Biden's Handlers Want Skyrocketing Gas

The Democrats are well aware of the old adage, “Never let a good crisis go to waste,” and are busy applying it as gas prices spiral out of all control. As PJM’s Chris Queen discussed Monday, Transportation Secretary Pete “Mr. Mom” Buttigieg appeared to be fantastically out of touch when he responded to skyrocketing prices at the pump. “Clean transportation can bring significant cost savings for the American people as well,” asserted Buttigieg. “Last month, we announced a $5 billion investment to build out a nationwide electric vehicle charging network so that people from rural to suburban to urban communities can all benefit from the gas

I hear that in the Western States each charging station will be equipped with a diesel generator. Climate change never had anything to do with it. When the foolishness of battery powered cars becomes apparent we will just get moved to public transportation the transportation busses and trains which was the whole idea to begin with. Freedom of movement will not be tolerated by a controlling government. A well managed crisis can be stretched out and broken down into many little crises. For a politician there's just no profit angle in fighting for liberty and freedom. And limited government .........well that's just crazy.

Number two is spot on! If you go back and look at the Agenda 21 documents, you will see they have plans to develop movement corridors for people. The open areas of the UD will be for roaming animal herds and people can only travel in these mass transit corridors. It’s truly amazing how perverted these clowns are and they are now executing this BS.

It's like an old-time movie where a bunch of kids are sitting around with time on their hands, and someone jumps up and says, "I know, let's have a show". They make it up as they go along, or make it up after watching an episode of "West Wing". It's scary.

As the other posters have noted, the goal is to ensure that you don't drive outside of your "community". You'll walk, bike, lease a short-range EV, or summon an "Uber". If you need to travel longer distances you'll use mass transit - buses, trains, and planes - if you are approved for travel at all. The Interstate road system will be for truck transport of goods, buses, and the high-end motor cars of the Elites enforced by a federalized Highway Patrol (see "Red Barchetta" by Rush). You'll spend a lot of time planning how to stay warm in your electrically heated home during the rolling brown-outs on the over-taxed grid based on the vagaries of the wind and sun. greyseal

I hope all the people who committed voter fraud are inflicted with a natural justice, since they certainly won’t get it by legal means. I hope that every Senator and Congressman that is wrapped up in the machinations of international corruption are left in poverty and disgrace. I hope that every Patriot rises up and resumes control of our out-of-control governments (national, state, and local), turning out the True Believers and the Grifters. I pray that God’s justice is meted out with vengeance on those who have destroyed the weak and the innocent.

Until these bozos explain why the Earth has been warming for the last 14,000 years, then the push to reduce CO2 emissions has no credible foundation in science. Is the Earth warming now? Sure, just measure all the melting glaciers...the same glaciers that have been melting since they covered two thirds of North America. The question that none of the climatologists have credibly answered, is this: If your climate models cannot history-match the last 20+ ice ages, then why should we trust them to predict anything?

Gee, Pete, where is all the electricity for those charging stations going to come from? Yeah, I know, windmills and solar panels. Try looking into the messes created by the need for rare earth elements required for the batteries and the panels. Apparently the Biden crew does not intend to cause all Americans, especially those who are thought to be prospective Democrat voters in the upcoming November election to have to pay the very high gasoline prices. I was watching the FNC this morning that featured one FNC talking head interviewing the liberal Republican or RINO Dana Perino who is also a FNC talking head. Perino reported that the Biden crew is thinking about providing gasoline waiver cards, that would be similar to the old 1940s era gasoline ration cards to all “low income people” throughout the USA, which would allow them to purchase gasoline at a price much lower than the market price until sometime next year, obviously with Americans who actually pay taxes indirectly paying the difference. Perino is grossly naive, and failed to mention that if that happens that Biden would be creating a massive new black market, involving “low income” people who do not own motor vehicles and who do not purchase gasoline, who no doubt would be selling their gasoline waiver cards to others who would readily purchase those cards to be able to purchase gasoline at a much discounted price, in ways and places where the federal government would be shown to be incompetent and unable to stop that obvious involved fraud. Who would the “low income” people be, people who do not own motor vehicles, would incarcerated people and illegal aliens be included for “equity” purposes? But remember according to Biden all that is the fault of Putin and Trump!

So the Biden* administration has said they're building EV charging stations all across America. How many petrol stations did the US government build back in the days of the expanding horseless carriage era? It's not the government's job to pick and choose industries to partner with nationwide. If EV stations are profitable, private companies will build them. If not, they should go the way of the dodo.

What is better for America in the long-term, some opinionated and tough tweets from Trump along with gasoline and oil energy independence for the USA that generated low USA gasoline and oil prices; or massive gasoline and oil price increases brought on by Biden and his climate change cabal in support of a “green” climate change political agenda, while fraudulently blaming Putin and Trump, and telling Americans that if they don’t like the high gas prices to go out and purchase a $60,000.00 electric motor vehicle that most Americans cannot afford by a long-shot? If over 80 million Americans voted for Biden and that political agenda in the 2020 election, they were a very dumb electorate indeed!

President Biden’s announcement that the United States will ban imports of Russian oil caused the price of crude to surge on Tuesday morning. However, the pain that Americans are set to feel at the gas pump could eventually be offset if Congress were to pass Biden’s Build Back Better agenda, a new study finds. An analysis released Tuesday by the nonpartisan think tank Energy Innovation finds that the climate change provisions of Biden’s now-defunct proposal, such as tax credits for buying new electric vehicles, would have reduced U.S. oil consumption by 2025 by half of the roughly 200,000 barrels of crude oil from Russia

Believe it or not, in my own lifetime a politician who left office disgraced by scandal and poor performance would at least feign having been chastened by the experience. Occasionally an official in that position really would be chastened and would turn over a new leaf; John Profumo in the UK is one famous example, Charles Colson in the U.S. is another. Whatever their personal sense of remorse, though, it used to be that if someone was driven out of public life by self-humiliation you could expect them to stay out as a tacit admission that they’d broken the public’s trust and were no longer fit for office.
