'History is watching': Chris Christie
slams Trump for saying Putin's decision
to invade Ukraine was 'savvy' and instead
Russian president faces 'unwinnable occupation
or humiliating retreat'

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie launched into former President Trump with dismay over his comments describing Vladimir Putin as 'very savvy' and a 'genius.' Christie, a former close advisor to Trump who trained him for his debates in 2020, wrote on Twitter: 'How can anyone with any understanding of the world call Putin's decision to invade Ukraine "genius" and "very savvy" as we watch him unite the rest of the world against Russia in nearly an instant?' Russia's invasion of Ukraine has triggered aggressive sanctions the world over-even typically neutral nations like Sweden and Switzerland have joined the European Union's sanctions plan to starve and isolate the Russian

Comments:

Not unlike the equally worthless Nimrata Randhawa, alias Nikki Haley the flag puller, Ann Coulter's favorite Jersey Whale Chris Christie surfaces from time to time to get some attention from the media.

I didn’t think the debates went that well, considering the mental state of Biden. President Trump was much more aggressive during the Hillary debate. Doughboy is probably one of those giving really bad advice to President Trump and now he’s attacking publicly due to delusions of grandeur that he could be President.

In World War 2 is was common even in the American press to refer to certain enemies as 'savvy' or 'smart' or a good tactician. General Patton said that the work of Erwin Rommel, General Feldmarschall, in north Africa and the Normandy defense was extremely smart at times. As Trump said, Putin looks smart in comparison to dumbell politicians in Washington and the European Union. Christie's words are from the Democrat playbook desiminated by the MSA. LETS GO BRANDON

Easy for Christie to say this now that a week has gone by after Trump's comments. And we all have seen how this mess has subsequently unfolded Pretty cheap shot by a fat political hack. I would call him 'gutless' but that would be an inaccurate description in this case.

Let's see, the whole world is united against Russia -- except none of them have the cajones to send any troops on the ground. That says clearly that they know Ukraine cannot win this war and don't want to physically get dragged into it. Putin is evil -- Hitler-level evil!!! But he is a strong leader and very smart. He is like a chess master -- always 6 steps ahead of his opponents. I don't say that as someone who likes Putin or thinks he is a good guy in any way. Like I said, he is Hitler-level evil. But he is very good at it!!!

RINOS and Novus Ordists cannot read maps. In Leningrad, now St. Petersburg, the 800-day siege by Germans and Finns starved 2,000,000 Russians. Not far away in Stalingrad another 2,000,000 died in epic combats. It is against the National interest of Russia to have US in their border. The Baltic Countries, like the Ukraine led by Stepan Bandera, were harvesters of Jews for the death camps. This is already bad enough for Russia, but if Sweden and Finland join NATO we will have triggered WWIII. Believe me for your own good. George Soros, Hillary Clinton, Trey Gaudy, Amy Klobchar and Lindsey Grahman disagree with me.

Both sides in this little ballet are flat out evil. The Russians have been committing wholesale slaughter for longer than any of us have been alive, and the Ukrainians are the most corrupt SOBs this side of DC. I really dont care who wins. Or loses. What does bother me is how much of the US political establishment and MSM are backing Ukraine, very vocally. That includes Soros. It appears our elites have more hands in the cookie jar than we know about. To blazes with all of them.

"Putin is smart, savvy and agenius", said Trump and all those suffering from TDS including those within the GOP, try to excoriate by taking him out of context: Trump only applies those epithets to Putin because the latter only flexes his muscles and resorts to force when there are weak US Presidents: he took over the Crimea by force when Obama was in the chair and under Bidet he is attempting to take over the Ukraine by force. Did not dare try anything under Trump;s administration tho.

Christie runs out to throw a little firecracker at Trump again. Anyone with a brain knew exactly what President Trump was saying. It was smart for Putin to wait for weakness before he decided to strike. And who has been weaker than old slow Joe? Christie is so utterly transparent. He wanted to pile on Trump with the media in hopes of being seen as moderate and thoughtful. Come on, man! Even old Joe can see Christie is nothing but an opportunist. He doesn’t have any core values other than positioning himself as a player even possibly a nominee. Fat chance! If the country needs anything it is an America first, country loving patriot who makes decisions based upon what is best for the country and people, not some corrupt political hack who is always playing an angle. Note to Christie: No one is listening to you. You have no political juice and even less integrity. Go grab some pasta and a good wine and enjoy yourself. You know that’s where your heart is.

How can a person with his greatest political "achievement" claim as governor of one of the most corrupt and incompetently-run states in the union make critical comments about a dog warden, let alone a President of the US? Christie's best-known political accomplishment was blocking the George Washington Bridge followed by eating so much at political events that meeting planners ordered twice the normal servings when he would be attending. Oh, the distance some politicians will go to take comments out of context. Putin WAS 'savvy' to invade Ukraine - savvy in an evil way. President Trump did not say that about Putin because Trump agrees with Putin and they're best buds - Trump said it as a cautionary tale or warning. Trump may be inelegant with his speech but I understood exactly what he meant. Too bad vermin politicians on both sides of the aisle hate Trump so much they'll glom onto any comment to make him look bad.

I seem to recall Trump calling Putler's initial limited incursion a shrewd move which is exactly how I saw it. Had Poot done this incrementally avoiding any move until the world adjusted their mindset from the last avoiding any significant wake up calls to the West he could have done this without destroying Russia in the process. Haven't we essentially "gotten over" the invasion of Crimea? I don't know that Trump expressed any appreciation for tactical methods after Stalin er.... I mean Putin went full scale invasion. If so I may have missed that.

Once again, Trump isn't wrong. Putin pulled this stunt not when someone with a real backbone was in the White House. He did it when there was a potted plant as president. Putin did this when the potted plant eliminated U.S. energy independence. The last time Putin did this was when the Kenyan was in office, and the potted plant was VP. Just because Trump called Putin savvy, doesn't mean Trump is cheering for Putin to succeed. Trump was commenting on the timing of the invasion.

Because I love the majority of Trump's policy decisions and would like him in position to undo Biden's destructively poor decisions, I just wish that Trump didn't require an army of 'context explainers' to assure those who only understand plain language. While I share the general disdain for Christie, the broad context of Trump's comments, coming as they did while Ukrainians were being killed and their nation's critical infrastructure was being degraded and destroyed were predictably taken as more grist for the anti-Trump mill.

Intercepted ballots, forged signatures and questionably high voting rates plagued Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other long-term care facilities during the 2020 presidential election, a state-appointed investigator said. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has caused confusion with her reaction to a moment during President Joe Biden's State of the Union speech on Tuesday. Biden was speaking about the dangers soldiers faced in Afghanistan and Iraq when Pelosi's response to this topic sparked debate on social media. Biden said one of the dangers was soldiers breathing in toxic smoke from burn pits while at their bases. At this moment, Pelosi began to rise to her feet while rubbing her knuckles together and smiling. Applause can also be heard from the crowd. This moment has been viewed over 1.5

U.S. Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said President Joe Biden's State of the Union address 'left a little to be desired' for Democrats because he did not push issues like renewable energy, student loan debt, education or immigration. The New York Democrat said Biden's speech on Tuesday, where he focused on COVID recovery and the conflict in the Ukraine, failed to capitalize on moving away from Russian oil by committing to green energy. 'I think it was a lost opportunity,' Ocasio-Cortez, 32, told MSNBC. 'There is profound bipartisan support to a long-term shift away from fossil fuels.' She added that Biden had glossed over issues of 'crisis in education,'

Former President George W. Bush recalled some of his memorable interactions with Russian President Vladimir Putin, while discussing how the Russian president miscalculated the invasion of Ukraine at an event Tuesday night in Chicago. 'I introduced Vladimir Putin to Barney, our Scottish terrier, and [Putin] dissed him.(Snip)'So we're watching him try to reinstate Soviet hegemony,' Bush said. But he miscalculated by going into Ukraine, the ex-president said. 'He picks weak people to do that,' Bush said. 'He thought Ukraine was weak, but it's not. Ukraine is showing a backbone and a spine that this world sorely needs to see.'

Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert heckled President Biden Tuesday at his first State of the Union address — making rare breaches of etiquette to show their disapproval of various Biden policies.Greene (R-Ga.) made faces and muttered throughout Biden’s roughly one hour speech, particularly when he spoke about administering COVID-19 vaccines to children — but Boebert (R-Colo.) earned greater gasps for slamming Biden’s Afghanistan exit by invoking the deaths of 13 US troops in an August bombing at Kabul’s airport. Many of Greene’s utterances were inaudible to reporters,

President Joe Biden kept up his hits on Russian President Vladimir Putin Wednesday–blasting his 'unprovoked' attack on Ukraine and invoking Jan. 6th as he said Putin had failed in his effort to divide' the United States. 'Vladimir Putin was counting on being able to split up the United States,' Biden said in a speech in Superior, Wisconsin. 'Look, how would you feel if you saw crowds storm and break down the doors of the British Parliament and kill five cops, injure 145? Or the German Bundestag or the Italian Parliament?' he asked. 'I think you’d wonder. Well that’s what the rest of the world saw. It’s not who we are.

Ever since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the western public has been carpet bombed with the claim that Russian president Vladimir Putin is some sort of unhinged madman. This notion is being feverishly spread by the establishment and those in its pay: the political class, the media and the commentariat, career diplomats and technocrats as well as those connected to the security and intelligence communities. The most remarkable thing about the Mad Vlad claim is that it is obviously false. Whatever Vladimir Putin may be, he is certainly no irrational madman.

One year into his presidency, it seems like Joe Biden and the Democrats in Washington, D.C. have sent the country back in time to the late-1970s and early 80s, “when runaway inflation was hammering families, a violent crime wave was crashing our cities, and the Soviet army was trying to redraw the world map,” Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds said Tuesday night, in the official Republican response to Biden’s State of the Union address. Speaking in front of the Iowa state capitol in Des Moines, Reynolds attacked Biden’s international and domestic record, and she made the case for putting faith in the American people. Is the needle finally moving? Seems the election takeover by Mark Zuckerberg's minions in Wisconsin has now been declared 'bribery' by Wisconsin's special counsel, who was appointed to investigate the state's 2020 election. According to the Federalist: Nearly $9 million in Zuckerberg grant funds directed solely to five Democratic strongholds in Wisconsin violated the state’s election code’s prohibition on bribery. That conclusion represents but one of the many troubling findings detailed in the report submitted today by a state-appointed special counsel to the Wisconsin Assembly. Last August, Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos

The committee in the US House of Representatives investigation the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021 said in a court filing Wednesday it believes that former President Donald Trump violated 'multiple laws' in his attempt to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. The court document was filed in federal court in Los Angeles as part of the U.S. House of Representative Select Committee's dispute with John Eastman, a lawyer who advised Trump on a plan to invalidate election results in key battleground states. Eastmann is behind the notorious 'coup memo,' which argued that former Vice President Mike Pence had unilateral power to overturn Trump's loss to Joe Biden.

It’s not exactly news that Whoopi Goldberg is a lunatic. After all, this is the same person that was suspended from her television show for two weeks after she suggested (multiple times) that the Holocaust wasn’t predicated on race. I guess she thought Adolf Hitler just didn’t like the little hats the Jewish men wore or something? But, if you thought that episode might produce some levity in the Hollywood star, think again.Oh, who am I kidding? No one thought that, so when Goldberg entered orbit over Lauren Boebert heckling Joe Biden at the State of the Union, it was completely expected. Here she is ranting and raving,

The sicko who allegedly smashed his own feces in a Bronx straphanger’s face joked with cops that “s–t happens” before sneering to a Bronx judge, “F–k you, b****.” Frank Abrokwa, 37, was busted Monday at his homeless shelter in connection to the revolting Feb. 21 attack, according to cops and police sources. Upon arrest, he made light of the attack, quipping to cops, “S–t happens. Haha. This is a s–tty situation. Haha,” Bronx Assistant District Attorney Grace Phillips said during Abrokwa’s arraignment late Tuesday. Abrokwa—apparently impatient because Brooklyn detectives showed up to arrest him for an unrelated hate crime from September—also made a scene
