What got us here, to this sad and sorry state, is that we were polite for too long. In a misguided sense of misplaced kindness we failed to call it as we saw it. Stupid people, deluded people, and/or malicious people all confronted us with their stupid, deluded and/or malicious nonsense, and instead of telling them to cut the Schiff, we smiled and tolerated it. Now we got dudes setting records in women’s sports, roving bands of mouth thong vigilantes pestering those of us who exercise facial freedom, and communists who have decided that racism is cool as long as it’s useful to their agenda.

With the latest conviction of former media star Michael Avenatti, I’ve made my case. Not only does the story of his rise and fall illustrate my point, but the failure of the media that gave him so much praise and coverage is not the end of it. Their lack of curiosity about his funding, even to this day, further condemns them as mere propagandists for the Left.
At present he’s facing a number of charges for extortion and fraud.

Our daughter, now 15, was 13 when she was coached into believing that she was born in the wrong body and could change to be the opposite sex. This led her to self-loathing.
But instead of finding a partner within the Roman Catholic Church, we discovered that our local Catholic high school had adopted procedures that promote transgenderism. This situation has left us with no safe place to educate our child and a profound feeling of disappointment and abandonment.

Prince Andrew has reached a legal agreement that include(s) an undisclosed settle(ment) with a woman who has accused him in court of sexually abusing her as a teen, according to news reports Tuesday. The settlement with plaintiff Virginia Giuffre will reportedly lead to a dismissal in the case being brought in Manhattan federal court.
Giuffre and Andrew will file a stipulation to dismiss the case inside of the next month, according to court papers filed on Tuesday.
An unsigned letter included in the settlement filing acknowledged Giuffre has suffered for years as a result of being trafficked by the late Jeffrey Epstein, with whom Andrew consorted for years.

This bill is already getting a lot of pushback, led by the four delegates who homeschool their children, including my son-in-law. Nevertheless, Maryland has a veto-proof Democrat majority and I am seriously worried. Even more so because another bill would "create an American Studies and Social Equity Standards Advisory Board." Its purpose would be to make race and ethnicity the basis of the teaching of history in schools. I'm sure this homeschooler board would be the weapon to force home schools to become mini-indoctrination factories.
