The office of Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis last week issued a blistering critique of President Joe Biden’s administration’s efforts to hamper the implementation of a rule the governor released in December to block resettlement of unaccompanied migrant children in state-licensed facilities in the Sunshine State. This latest push represents a further escalation between the Florida governor and the White House over Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC).DeSantis’s general counsel Ryan Newman wrote in a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) officials in Biden’s administration: It is critical that lines of responsibility and accountability are clearly drawn.

And how will the Useless Media handle this issue? Probably something like this: ''Once again, Florida governor Ron DeSantis shows his extreme racism towards the Hispanic people of color from south of the border. Why would a governor display such hate and disgust for people that just want to improve their lives. This racist and his small band of rightwing extremists must not stop President Bidens excellent program to 'Save the Children.' Everyone knows Trump is a racist and it seems DeSantis wants to dance to the same un-American tune.''

Anyone else lately noticed that Brietbart headlines have gone full HuffPo? Obfuscating terms like "Migrant" or even the more absurd "Border Crosser" instead of illegal immigrant.

Florida’s position is especially defensible given the remarkable size (and true age) of many of the “children” in Biden’s illegal alien flood.

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of polls. For one, I’ve never been polled by anyone. For another, the number of people being polled often strikes me as too small a sample from which to draw broad conclusions. Also, those samples more often than not tend to oversample one group, Democrats, let’s say, over another group, which again leads to questions of accuracy. Bottom line, I don’t trust ‘em and tend to ignore them in preference to the only poll that actually counts, the election itself. I’ve often asked myself, what would I do if I were to be contacted to participate in a poll.
