The health departments of New York state, Minnesota and Utah face potential lawsuits alleging they discriminate against White people by giving priority to select minorities for scarce COVID-19 treatments, part of a growing backlash nationwide against the race-based policy. America First Legal, a conservative law group founded by former Trump adviser Stephen Miller, is demanding the states rescind their policies or face legal action for “blatant discrimination.” “What we are seeing popping up across the country is antithetical to everything we stand for as Americans,” said Gene Hamilton, the group’s general counsel. “And while the allocation of medical treatment based on skin color is not something any American

I cannot wait to see how the judges rule on this one. My guess is the judges won't touch it without asbestos gloves and a long handled tool. This could open up precedent for others going after whites on many other issues.

Need to find some who have been denied therapy because they were white who then went on to be harmed. The financial penalties could be enormous when the law clearly forbids discrimination on the basis of race.

It is absolutely illegal. But today, racism is becoming systematic and intentional, against whites, after decades of there being nearly zero racism. This ant-white racism began with 'affirmative action' and when that wasn't stopped, things began to accelerate.

This might explain why late last week Utah quietly changed parts of the scoring system utilized for determining whether people qualify for the monoclonal antibody treatment. The health department denied this change had anything to do with Tucker Carlson’s piece regard discrimination in Utah and other states. More likely this was done so that the state could argue in court that the previous practice was no longer in place, similar to what Newsom did in California. If you think such things happen without the governor being aware, you are mistaken. This doesn’t happen without the governor’s guidance. Utah you wanted a woke cuck as governor, you got it. Reap the rewards.
