The attorney for Capitol Hill protest participant Ray Epps, former FBI agent John Blischak, told The Epoch Times on Jan. 12 that his client has been interviewed by federal law enforcers and “unequivocally, he is not an FBI informant.”(snip)“Please refer any questions to our attorney John Blischak,” Epps wrote. “He will be happy to answer your questions, as I’ve been advised not to talk to anyone at this time.”
When reached by phone the next morning, Blischak vigorously denied that Epps is a federal informant.

All the attorney’s statements means is that epps has told the attorney epps is not an fbi plant. Neither epps nor the fbi would ever tell the atty otherwise. Perhaps the atty was selected or suggested by the fbi.
Perhaps epps was not an informant but an agent provocateur. I suppose an informant would have a paper trail but an agent provocateur would not. Etc etc.

FTA: " former FBI agent John Blischak" is Mr Epps' attorney. Nah, that would just be a coincidence, right.
There's an old saying that goes even if you're paranoid, it doesn't mean someone isn't following you. Kind of applies here. There sure is a lot of coincidences and happenings that at some time you just don't believe that it's random occurences.

He should be asked whether he was an agent or informant for ANY law enforcement agency, not just FBI

[Ray Epps] has been interviewed by federal law enforcers and “unequivocally, he is not an FBI informant.”
Are they asking the right question?
Is he an FBI informant?
Is different from:
Is he now, or has he ever been associated in any capacity
with any government agency or office, Federal State, or Local?
Because, you know, the government is an enormous hydra...

With a former FBI agent as his attorney? He’s an FBI plant…

Epps is probably not an "FBI informant" he is more correctly and "FBI agitator" or "FBI instigator", a much higher paid form of criminal thug than a mere informant.

Ask him if he now or has ever worked for the following: CIA, DIA, NSA, or any federal or state agency? We’re you hired directly by any law firm Perkins Coie? or member of Congress to instigate a riot at the Capitol? We’re you hired by an envoy of the Chinese Communist Party? What inspired you to direct people to go to the Capitol on Jan 5th and why were you directing people into the Capitol on Jan 6th? Have you been interviewed by any member of any government agency and if so, who by name date and time?

Then what is he, who is he and why was he there and NOT under arrest like the others so involved? Why did he get a pass? Who, specifically interviewed him and may we see the notes on that interview?

In my opinion, the reason why he's able to walk a "free" existence is because he sang like a canary to the FBI. Get as much information as possible and in return you're now able to blend into society in plain sight.
Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland and FBI Director Christopher "Wicked" Wray need to provide Nancy "Putrid" Pelosi with as much information as possible. BTW, I look for the "committee" to keep looking for things up until November 2022. Their need to cause havoc is insatiable.

Is George Soros a sub-contractor for the FBI? CIA? Homeland Security? Who else could be a sub contractor, paying Epps as an instigator, promising him that he will be defended by a former FBI agent, now an attorney?
Ever since Ronald Reagan was president and tried to reduce federal employment, the deep state went over to NGO sub contractors, in many cases.
Fauci sent federal dollars top Eco-alliance, a 'non profit' research outfit, to send to the Chinese.
(In the interests of full disclosure, I, through my employer, was once a subcontractor for a federal agency, back in the 1970s. They paid us 300,000 dollars for a survey to be completed, thus evading Government Printing Office regulations, which would have delayed the survey by two years.)

I'm not even going to read the article but let me guess what this lawyer said.," My client is not an FBI informant. " Epps was directing people to storm the Capitol. It's on video of him directing people toward the Capitol, but he's never been charged or jail as a result of his actions. Meanwhile, people who didn't even go into the Capitol, were nowhere near the building, but stayed outside are charged and jailed for trespassing and some other trumped-up charges. But Epps? Noooooo! He's not involved at all.

It would be a shame if something bad happened to Mr. Epps. I hope he has a good security team.

That response was a bit too quick for it to have been a real attorney. I can print a good ''letterhead'' on my awesome elderly color printer.

This should be interesting...
Any one of those in jail can claim they were directed by Epps, which would make him a witness at any trial. Now, we know the FBI lies. It would be interesting to probe his activities, which he says was "Merely there."
What about the several others "identified" as acting in apparent accord with Epps? They should be brought to ground by some intrepid investigative reporter, too. Has anyone pulled out those pics of him in close consultation and asked who, what, where, when, and how they got plugged in together, as shown in the photos?

Sadly, former FBI agent John Blischak's full title would be: Comrade John Blischak [D-FBI] Ret'd.

Denied being an FBI informant. Ask the attorney if Epps received any money from anybody re Jan 6.

These days, with the Left seemingly owning the English language, ordinary words can mean something else or mean whatever the Left is silently thinking while in front of a camera.. However in this case, with the FBI involved, they can easily claim Epps is not an FBI plant by silently claiming that he is indeed not a biological green potted plant. No lie there. I wouldn't put any absurd idea as out of their mental options these days because as far as I'm concerned the Left is getting closer and closer to totally imploding. Their lies are catching up with them to the point where craziness is now SOP. Just examine Biden's ability to explain things without any degree of ordinary understanding.

Revolver news video shows Epps, tower bullhorn dude and others taking down gates and fences before Pres Trump finished his speech. Is does not matter if they were undercover or informant to me. They should rot in the dc jail. Those actual Trump supporters who walked into now invisible do not enter area and busted for it should sue those who took down markers and egged people on to "go in." Epps and tower bullhorn guy are the domestic terriorists! How many of the undercover dudes broke windows and fought police?
