All large organizations suffer from the occasional presence of bad actors. The FBI is no exception. But it managed to retain a good relationship with the public in spite of its flaws because it was still solving rather than creating crimes. But something fundamentally changed in the last five years. The Comey clown car arrived in the center ring and unloaded under the spotlight. As the public watched the comedy of James "The Cardinal" Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page, searching for phantom Russian colluders under the bed, while actual Russian colluders cheered them on,

I've not trusted the feebs since Richard Jewel (if not a little before). I really started coming across more and more articles (pre-internet, actual magazines) detailing their heinous actions as agent provocateurs. They've always been glory hounds.

FBI Director Christopher "Wicked" Wray will send in his armed goons to infiltrate school board meetings and try to "tag" parents that ask what is the curriculum being taught to their children. Hunting down "domestic terrorists."
Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland smiles as he polishes his monocle.

I worked for a local police department that had dealings with the FBI when some cases merged like bank robbery or even civil rights violations. J. Edgar Hoover was long gone. The agents we met were not the "Dudley DoRights" of movies and myth. They were creeps and the sooner gone from our offices, the better. What they said in private conversations often was disturbing especially when money or sex was involved. Oh, and an agent left on a public counter by accident a cake of C4. I put it in my desk and called his office. Nothing happened ...long story...bad people at FBI.

The FBI is a criminal organization. It's just that simple.

Our local FBI office set up a satellite office in a mall, where they directed their overhead cameras to watch teenage girls changing into prom dresses. After a loud and long public outcry, a couple of them were fired.
If I'm ever on a jury, an FBI witness better have some darned solid physical evidence, because their word carries no more weight than a suspect. Maybe less.

Death Wray is a disgrace, hiding within a long line of disgraces-hiding in plain sight.
It breaks the heart to see , in the light of day, all the ds swamp monsters aided and abetted by these
treacherous reptiles- with blood on their claws.

The FBI has hidden it's corruption for years. It only surfaced because Trump was president and now their corruption is right in your face with Garland. I can see why this idiot was blocked from becoming a SC judge. He's totally unqualified.

I agree with the above. Louis freeh, waco, and ruby ridge overshadow every incompetence since. With no whistleblowers, hannity's theory about the rank and file is rubbish. Rotten to the core, they should be dissolved. Take the atf with them.

The bad actors in large organizations are not "occasional", they fight their way to the top by hook or by crook--crushing others on the way. I'm a mechanical engineer who has worked for some larger companies. The bigger they are, the more dysfunctional the leadership seems to be. I had to get out.

The FBI is only the tip of the iceberg. Our current government is rotten and corrupt to its very core......top to bottom, east to west and north to south.

Decades before Comey, the corruption of the FBI was evident...Before the criminal Mueller was Director of the FBI, he was a Special Agent but was also in the employ of Whitey Bulger, head of the Irish Mafia in Boston. You may recall, Mueller was responsible for the conviction of 4 innocent men sentenced to Life in Prison, for a crime Whitey committed. They served 30 years. Mueller's Partner, John (Zip) Connolley, was scapegoated and took the fall for much of the criminal activity, and was jailed.
Don't get me started on the innocent Atlanta Bombing Suspect Richard Jewel or the Innocent Dr. Steven Hatfil in the Anthrax case!

If an FBI agent asks you the time of day, get a lawyer before you speak. Moreover, if an FBI agent tells you what time it is, better check to verify that.
Liars, criminals, arrogant Stasi; top to bottom.

Abolish and disband the FBI. It is a political tool for the Democrats. It is not to be trusted ever again.

Simply put, the American Stasi really doesn't care. They've got government by the goobers, along with their "national security" and law enforcement partners, in ways ol' J. Edgar could only dream, and Winston Smith didn't imagine in 1984. We are into an age of Federal terrorism, rounding up people for infractions small and smaller in the best traditions of feared secret police. Lock them up. Deny speedy trials. Treat them like vermin in jail. No need to explain...it's all for "national security."
And Americans feel so strongly about it, there are no demonstrations outside the DC slammer demanding release. No street theater. Major political leaders demanding release on the steps. No marches anywhere demanding the release of anyone. That's how conservatives (don't) roll. Might go on someone's permanent record. Safer to vote Republican.

On the eve of MLKJR Day I'm reminded of the racist vendetta that Hoover had against him. He along with the sanction of AG RFK wire tapped, surveilled, harassed and sent explicit photos to his home. King was a public figure. Fast forward a few decades and what they did to Richard Jewel was an abomination after all he did was save peoples lives. I'm no doctor but I submit to you the stress of what happened to him caused him to die young. The FBI today under the direction of that swamp rat Chrissy Wray remind me of agents Johnson and Johnson (no relation) from that awesome Christmas movie Die Hard. Annoying, incompetent, authoritarian and lacking people skills. They are a running joke in my opinion and nothing will change my mind on that. Side note that is one of the many reasons why I no longer listen or watch Hannity. His stupid statement about FBI agents being good people doesn't hold water.

Like most others, I too believed Hannity...99% etc, and others. However, I began to think and read. Nixon and his dirty tricks involved the FBI, Deep Throat was Mark Felt asst Director of Bureau, and more. So......I no longer subscribe to the *99%* theory.
