Troops find religious exemption for vaccines unattainable

Washington—More than 12,000 military service members refusing the COVID-19 vaccine are seeking religious exemptions, and so far they are having zero success. That total lack of approvals is creating new tensions within the military, even as the vast majority of the armed forces have gotten vaccinated. The services, urgently trying to keep the coronavirus pandemic in check by getting troops vaccinated, are now besieged with exemption requests they are unlikely to approve. Meanwhile, troops claiming religious reasons for avoiding the shots are perplexed because exemptions are theoretically available, yet seem impossible to obtain.(Snip)In addition to discussions with chaplains to determine whether they have a “sincerely held belief,”

Comments:

The shots don't work, but do have nasty side effects, and they're leaving it up to others to determine what is a person's sincerely held belief. This is not the America we were told it was.

If course flat footed dumber than a brick Austin would deny religious anything. Parts from aborted babies are in this 'vaxx', so the soldiers have every right. Mmmm, perhaps they should claim they are Muuuuuuslims, that might give them a break. They might even refuse his critical race theory rubbish and start learning Chinese instead. The Chinese are on the move and dumbass Austin should be informed about that. Stick to your guns guys/gals. If they want to fire all of you there will be quite a lot of people gone from the military that the US can't afford. Of course, the dim lightbulb in the WH, who never had much of a brain to begin with, might see things differently. He is getting paid by them, don't forget!

I have a nephew who is about to get kicked out of the Marine Corps for refusing the depopulation shot. He will be alive when their corpses line the streets, so he has that. If absolutely zero religious exemptions have been approved, there was an order. I want to know who signed it. Hopefully someone will have a lawyer who can demand it. But why would anyone spend lawyer money just to stay and fight for a government that hates them and wants them to die?

I work for the fed gov and a co worker of mine tried to get an religious exemption to the jab. The paperwork looked like she was filling out the forms for a security clearance. It was that thick. Of course they will make it harder for you to not get it if you work in any capacity for the military led by the simpering morons in the WH and Pentagon.

Dozens of restaurants and businesses across New York City are closing their doors ahead of the Christmas holiday after the Big Apple became the epicenter of the latest Covid-19 wave fueled by the Omicron variant. If you aren’t white, you may not be able to go way outside. At least, that appears to be the belief of a North Carolina State University professor. KangJae “Jerry” Lee — of the school’s College of Natural Resources — recognizes the racism keeping you from enjoying the great outdoors. Cultural differences, he asserts, can’t explain why there aren’t more black people fishing, hunting, and hiking. Also an insufficient excuse: income disparity. The instructor laments America’s adventure/nature gap, but he’s bulls-eyed the culprit: systemic racism. Wichita’s KAKE recently jawed it up with Jerry on the lack of outdoor equity.

The fact that the FBI has lost its way has been on public display for at least five years now. Truth be told, it probably strayed off course way before that. How did our “premier law enforcement agency” stray so far from its motto of fidelity, bravery, and integrity? Simply put, the FBI’s current state is the result of horrible leadership.

Call it Woke Side Story. Because there’s woke, really woke, über woke, and then there’s this: not including subtitles for a movie’s Spanish dialogue because you don’t want to give “English the power over the Spanish.” That’s exactly what director Steven Spielberg did, and why, in his recently released West Side Story (WSS), a “remake” of the iconic 1961 film of the same name.
