Joe Biden has announced that the extension on not making student loan payments is ending in February. This is a pet issue for progressives who wanted Biden to forgive all student debt. They are not happy that he is not doing their bidding on this and MA Democrat Ayanna Pressley is even calling student debt “policy violence” whatever that means. There’s a new form of violence in Democrats’ vocabulary. Democratic Rep. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts took to social media to push President Biden to universally cancel student debt for U.S. college students and graduates. Reporting on her own canvassing efforts, Pressley said allowing student debt to continue was a form

If someone held a gun to their heads to force them into signing the student loan applications then there might be an argument of violence. Other wise go have sex with yourself.

A grant, GI Bill and two student loans helped me while at College. The loans were LOANS. I paid back both of them. It was not a surprise to me that the loaners wanted to be repaid. Managing money or lack thereof if part of being an adult.

Well dang! Can you manage to pay back to my brother's estate the Hazardous Duty Pay he got during the VN War? He sent it home to my parents to pay for my college. Other parents and students also did it the hard way (2 or 3 jobs and no vacations, rice and bean diets before Dave Ramsey was out of knee pants). Only a fool would go into mountainous debt to pay for a sub-standard education.

Pressley, everyone who has debt signed their name accepting the responsibility to pay back their debt! No one put a gun to their heads to make them sign! Now it’s time to “pay up or shut up”! That includes you, Pressley!

Sooo...expecting people to pay back a loan they got from the taxpayers, entered into freely, received the benefits from, is "Violence"?
What is Politicians such as herself recklessly spending Taxpayers money(against many of their will), demanding ever more taxpayers monies, for which many receive ZERO benefit, and currently having them on the hook for over $250,000 per taxpaying household?

Federal student loans are a major cause of the massive inflation of college/university tuitions, etc.
There is no analysis of "costs to benefits" that exist when private lenders loan money to finance the monetary costs of higher education. Results: large sums of money spent to acquire degrees that are a waste of such money.

So student debt is policy violence? Has Pressley suggested then that government stop making student loans? No? Whoever said more women in Congress would be a good thing definitely didn’t have the Squad in mind.

The government took this over and charged about twice the interest banks were charging. They should never have taken it over without no oversite of the program. Veteran's schooling is paid for directly to the education institution. They should have done the same for school loans. This is the most abuse government program in history. There is no oversite in any of the government programs. A person can claim a disability problem and get paid, but no one ever checks the validity of that claim. They will give 'child care' payments of $300 a month when the parent or guardian does not work. Just give American taxpayers money away to buy votes.

Pressley's remark is attempted assassination of language. "Policy violence"? Get the facebook out of here.
Unilaterally canceling student loans (not allowing student debt to continue, as Pressley asserted) would be committing violence to the policy.
Democrats today (and to some extent politicians in general) are guilty of egregious reverse-speak.

The fact is, liberals and blacks predominantly default on their student loans. Those are the demographics the government refuses to share or announce. It's just not PC.

Paying your willingly taken on debt is what it means to be adult. If those snowflakes chose poorly in their majors, that is not the fault of the taxpayers. That is the fault of the snowflakes and their parents.

Word salad from an unimpressive person trying to impress people. She's a Representative in Washington,
and should not be there. Who is more stupid? Ayanna Pressley or the people that elected her? Perhaps she stole her election. It would explain alot.
