More evidence that government run schools are completely out of control with very stupid people running them. They seem to think they are above accountability for how they treat our children. The more parents sue, like this one did, the more fear they will have about their behavior.

If you read the article, the girl was being a brat who threw her waffles into the can. The staffer retrieved it and made her finish it. I have seen a lot of food waste in schools and believe me, I’d be tempted to do the same. My mother taught us kids not to waste our food. If we didn’t eat our breakfast, it was lunch. If we didn’t eat then, it became dinner. By then we’d be too hungry not to eat. That was when we were real little. We learned quick.

#4, there is no excuse for a school trying to make a child eat, let alone eat something out of a garbage can.If this child didn't want to eat her waffles, so be it. She acted properly in throwing them in the garbage.I can only speak from my own experience but there are teachers and staff members who bully and insult children they don't like.

The kid sounds like a brat, but they should not have forced her to eat the waffles after they were thrown in the trash. They should have told her that was all there was for lunch and let it be her decision to eat or not to eat.

Waffles? Of course! Schools feed breakfast, lunch, send dinner and weekend food home in a backpack. Deduct it from the food stamps the parents get? Of course not! They need those for soda, to be traded out for pennies on a dollar for cash, to be used for drugs and alcohol. After all, the government is the real parents in the New America, (real, scary, abusive, heartless and authoritarian) parents... you know, like all the communist authoritarian regimes that came before it.

Physicians who still practice medicine cannot afford to write or say the following for fear of being canceled. As a retired physician, I cannot be coerced to keep silent with threats to my medical license or hospital privileges. COVID-19 is probably the greatest and most successful swindle in history. By comparison, Carlo Ponzi and Bernie Madoff were pikers. The COVID scam has affected most of earth’s 7.8 billion inhabitants, consumed trillions of dollars, and achieved a level of government control unprecedented in modern democracies. The COVID “pandemic of fear” is a con, perpetrated by those in power to extend and expand their power. Their scheme is simple.

The Food and Drug Administration is asking a judge to give it 75 years to produce data concerning the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine, up 20 years from a previous request. The FDA told the court it can work faster than its previously proposed 500-pages-per-month rate, but it also said there are more than 59,000 more pages than mentioned in an earlier filing. That discovery, and a desire to make sure it can work on other Freedom of Information Act requests at the same time, prompted the fresh request to the judge to allow production of roughly 12,000 pages by Jan. 31, 2022, and 500

DeSantis’s administration, through the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), will issue what is called an “emergency order” blocking the issuance or renewal of state licenses to DCF facilities throughout the state of Florida if any of those facilities are currently housing illegal migrant children — or illegal migrants claiming to be children — that the Biden administration flew into Florida.

The patient had contact with an out-of-state visitor who tested positive for the omicron variant, and is self-isolating as they recover, officials said.
