A federal appeals court panel has ruled against former President Donald Trump as he tries to keep the National Archives from handing over his White House records being sought by the House Jan. 6th Committee. The panel of three federal judges – two appointed by Barack Obama and one by Biden on the powerful U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia – unanimously upheld a lower court's ruling denying Trump a preliminary injunction to stop the release of records.A separate administrative injunction pending the court fight is to dissolve within 14 days under the ruling, unless the U.S. Supreme Court agrees to take the case

This cannot stand. Sadly, the US Supreme Court will have its say. The rats never give up...

All three so-called "Judges" are Ex-Dictator and current Shadow Dictator Obama appointees. Our country's so-called Judicial System is broken, just like the rest of the Federal Government, beyond repair.
Every year in and year out we pay our taxes to fund a government whose sole purpose is to oppress and kill us. There is a breaking point, question is what is it and when it will happen?

Biden and the Democrats had better think twice about the precedent they are about to set. Once this starts it can be used at will by the next president when they decide that previously privileged things from their predecessors should be released.

I think Trump's fighting it for 2 reasons. First, the records ARE Privileged and it's his right. Second, (and I hope I'm correct) there is nothing in the documents that incriminate him or his administration and it will blow up in their faces so fighting it makes them want them more. Of course, if the 2nd theory is correct, once they get the documents, we will get nothing but radio silence.

Trump has no attorney client privileges, executive privileges, or privacy rights, say the Democrats, and their communist judges.

The problem is that the Appellate Court ruled 3-0. Nine times out of ten, the higher court will not take the case after a ruling like that. For the Supremes to take up the case, Trump's lawyers have to be very persuasive to sway four of the Justices. An appeal would have been easier if the ruling had been 2-1. One dissent is enough to make an appeal automatic, but 3-0 is very problematic. As I said, Trump's lawyers have to be very persuasive.

In the end the Democrats will pay for this.
It's wrong.
This fake 1/6 panel is a joke.

So let's all play that game. When there is a change in administration, the new folks will spend their first year revealing all the tawdry and personal supposedly-"confidential" information of the prior occupants.
Remind me to get started on that high-security shredding and electronic records destruction business. I might have to hire some of Hillary Clinton's IT folks. You know, the ones that used Bleach Bit, smashed phones and computers with sledge hammers, and returned them without memory or hard drives. And even wiped them with a cloth. Something tells me there is going to be a market for it in the DC area., especially in late 2022 and maybe late 2024.

Washington is an exclusive members-only club. Trump and the rest of us 'peons' are not welcome. There was no insurrection on January 6, but there was a government crackdown. Our government was telling us where we belong, and it was not in Washington.
The January 6 'commission' is a continuation of the crackdown. Both parties are in on it since they have let the charade continue. It's far from over. Eventually they will release their findings and recommendations. The 'commission' gives whatever they do the look of legitimacy. There is nothing legitimate about it. It is tyranny.

Then let the calls begin for brandon's records on everything. See how that works for the DC COA.

Other Presidents have had the benefit of Executive Privilege. This is a famously leftist, anti-constitutionalist court.
