Republicans knocked Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on Friday for laughing when asked about the 'Granholm plan to increase oil production' in response to rising gas prices. 'That is hilarious,' Granholm told Bloomberg's Tom Keene. 'Would that I had the magic wand on this.' Granholm went on to explain that the higher gas prices are thanks to OPEC.
