The Office of the Attorney General in Nebraska issued an opinion Friday in response to the request of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services that states there’s no “clear and convincing evidence that a physician who first obtains informed consent and then utilizes Ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 violates the UCA (Nebraska’s Uniform Credential Act).” Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson together with his Solicitor General and Assistant Attorney General issued their opinion in response to a request by Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services CEO, Dannette Smith. She wanted the AG’s office to examine carefully whether doctors could face legal action or be subject to discipline

This needs to happen in more red states. My covid case was initially diagnosed as flu and bronchitis. They sent me home with two different antibiotics and an inhaler. Had I been diagnosed with Kung Flu, I would have been sent home with NOTHING but the best wishes of the physician who saw me. So why are we not throwing the collective book at this thing upon initial diagnosis??

Thank goodness, sanity. I had lunch with an old friend, retired pharmacist. I asked what he thought about ivermectin....he said, "We used it for parasites for years, and it's been used around the world for a long time." I said, "Yeah, and now they call it 'horse wormer'" He said, "Yeah, but CNN is full of s***. Just because you use it on horses doesn't mean it isn't a human drug too. Lots of drugs used for both people and animals." Sanity prevailing. But, the very smart, very concerned, very Christian doc who prescribed ivermectin and doxycycline for me and some friends and family has been threatened with firing by her practice managment if she does it again. Evil folks out there, still trying to get people away from life saving drugs.

Maybe the puppet masters are afraid of subjecting HCQ and IVM to a precedent setting legal investigation.

My physician has prescribed hydroxychloroquine, felt by advocates to be as effective (that is, very) as Ivermectin, to at least forty covid positive people. No deaths, all responded quickly, but some few have post covid syndrome, as some do following the “vaccine”. Monoclonal antibody treatment also very effective. I was surprised to see a book, “Autopsy of a Pandemic” by Julius Ruechel, available on Amazon. Definitely worth a read, very well researched and presented. Get it before it is removed.

Like it or not we are all subject to some form of government tyranny because at some level we all take our tax money back with government controls.I am surprised medicare, medicaid and social security have yet to be used to coerce the jab. We brought it upon ourselves by electing lawyers to represent us.Lawyers know little of economics or science but know how to create mountains of legislation which benefits their clients.

Dramatic footage has captured the moment an Amtrak train slammed into a semi-truck car hauler at a railroad crossing near the Oklahoma-Texas border, sending cars flying into the air and leaving four people injured. Amtrak Train 822, which runs through Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was passing through Thackerville when it slammed into a tractor trailer that got stuck on the track. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio may have inadvertently started a religious revival in the Big Apple after announcing the elimination of the Gifted & Talented (G&T) program for the city’s schools. The Diocese of Brooklyn, which serves 1.2 million Catholics in Brooklyn and Queens, cited that their Catholic elementary schools’ enrollment grew by 2.4 percent for the current school year, according to a report by the New York Post. The increased interest in religious education comes after more than a decade of decline in enrollment for parochial schools in New York. But this year the tables are turned as public schools

Using his mixed martial arts training, a Virginia man fought off three would-be alleged carjackers. In addition to perhaps picking the wrong potential victim, i.e., someone who has a particular set of skills (to quote Liam Neeson’s memorable line from the movie “Taken“), the alleged suspects’ attempt to flee the scene in the vehicle, moreover, was apparently thwarted because the ability to operate a stick shift has become a lost art. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Anytime Fitness in Stafford, Va., which is about 40 miles south of Washington, D.C., on Tuesday at about 5 p.m. when the attackers

China launched a new hypersonic nuclear-capable missile that circled the entire globe at low-orbit in August, the Financial Times reported. US Intelligence and US Military officials were left stunned. “We have no idea how they did this,” a source told the Financial Times. According to the report, the missile missed its target by about 24 miles and caught US intel by surprise. Earlier this year, a satellite image showed China had expanded its nuclear missile silo field. “Identified via satellite imagery, the new missile base in China’s Xinjiang region may eventually include 110 silos, said the report released Monday by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS).

President Joe Biden’s chief of staff brushes off record-high inflation and the supply-chain crisis helping fuel it as “high class problems.” It’s a stunning admission of indifference from a well-connected multimillionaire — but just the latest example of this administration’s cluelessness about Americans’ suffering from its failures. “This,” Ron Klain emphasized Wednesday in quote-tweeting Harvard economist Jason Furman, who wrote, “Most of the economic problems we’re facing (inflation, supply chains, etc.) are high class problems. We wouldn’t have had them if the unemployment rate was still 10 percent. We would instead have had a much worse problem.”

Last year marked the 40th anniversary of the release of “Airplane!,” the comedy I wrote and directed with my brother Jerry and our friend Jim Abrahams. Just before the world shut down, Paramount held a screening at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, followed by a Q&A in which an audience member asked a question we never used to receive: “Could you make ‘Airplane!’ today?” My response: “Of course, we could. Just without the jokes.” Although people tell me that they love “Airplane!” and it seems to be included on just about every Top Five movie-comedy list, there was talk at Paramount of withholding the rerelease

Joe Biden visited the University of Connecticut today to dedicate its Human Rights Center to former senator from Connecticut and now lobbyist, Christopher Dodd. Biden is a long time friend of Dodd’s. Dodd was even involved in helping Biden pick his running mate, who ended up being Kamala Harris. That says a lot about Biden, that he would have the execrable Dodd as such a close friend. Of course, Biden has his own history of allegations of improper behavior with women. But of all the things to say when you’re trying to claim what a wonderful guy Dodd is,

Several years ago, during a high school class discussion on the cost of education versus training, my son brought up the fact that his brother was a Navy SEAL. He mentioned the cost to training him was about $1,000,000. One his classmates said: “You’re parents spent a million dollars on your brother?”. We didn’t, of course. The government paid for his training and, when he reenlisted overseas with a substantial bonus, his training, education, and bonuses totaled, well, let’s say a lot of money. If my son was still on active duty and he refused a vaccine that he didn’t want and didn’t need,

My colleague Sister Toldjah wrote a sweet story last month about a four-year-old boy enjoying the parade at Walt Disney World. As the Disney Princesses passed by, the little boy tipped his hat to each one, and his delighted mother caught it on video and shared it with the world. It was a beautiful reminder that chivalry is indeed alive and well, and shows up in the most unexpected of ways. I am thankful there are still parents and grandparents who choose to teach their children the importance of manners and etiquette. Nearly a year has passed since the 2020 election, yet there has not been a clear, satisfactory answer to the central mystery: How did a dull, declining Joe Biden manage to get more than 81 million votes and win the presidency? After all, Biden spent most of the pandemic-laced campaign in his Delaware basement and his appearances were marked by sparse crowds and signs he had lost more than a step. Yet he flipped five states Hillary Clinton lost in 2016, including Georgia and Arizona, and racked up 306 electoral votes to Donald Trump’s 232.

The Art Institute of Chicago fired all of its roughly 100 volunteer museum guides, or docents, in September because too many of them were wealthy, white women. The news of the mass firing has only trickled out slowly, partly because the institute asked docents not to speak to the media, and because the left-leaning Chicago media showed little interest in covering the issue.(Snip)Ironically, the Journal was able to speak to one of the fired docents, who happened to be black, and defied the museum’s request that no one speak directly to the media—perhaps because she had less fear of being accused of racism.
