Mr. President, perhaps you should also bring this to the SCOTUS level and test the strength of the first amendment to the Constitution?

The judge's ruling to force Twitter to reinstate Trump's account should be a slam dunk. Recall that when Trump was President, he was forced by a federal judge to reinstate Acosta's White House Press credentials, which Trump had suspended due to Acosta's continual disruptive, argumentative, and disrespectful behavior.

The 1st amendment isn't at issue here. The 1st amendment protects YOUR speech from the government. I am under no obligation to tolerate your speech in my home or place of business. If the government told Twitter to suspend him for his speech, then Trump would have a 1st amendment claim. Trump is suing a corporation over a contract violation. Can a corporation discriminate against a person over speech or political opinion? Yes. They all do it every day. The problem for Twitter, Facebook etc isn't that they discriminate, its that they CLAIM to be fair and unbiased. If they publicly stated that they were Liberal and that conservative opinion wouldn't be tolerated, they would get off Scott free. What these social media outlets are truly guilty of is false advertising and applying the terms of service rules unequally. That and treason, collusion, conspiracy, election interference etc.

Torres said, “[T]here’s misconception about the price tag of the Build Back Better Act. The Build Back Better Act, the original draft, it is not 3.5 trillion over the course of a year. It’s over the course of ten years. So, it’s $350 billion. Which, for a $20 trillion economy like ours, is a modest investment. So, I think it’s shortsighted to focus on the price tag.”
