Attorney General Merrick Garland released a statement on actions the Department of Justice will take in response to Texas' pro-life "Heartbeat Act" that restricts abortions after a heartbeat is detected, usually around six weeks after conception. Garland said that the DOJ would "provide support from federal law enforcement when an abortion clinic or reproductive health center is under attack." "We have reached out to US attorneys' offices and FBI field offices in Texas and across the country to discuss our enforcement authorities," he said.

A nation that glorifies the killing of its own children will fail, as will those who support such.

Garland is also the Chief Priest of the Temple of Baal. He blesses the unborn children before they are murdered to the praises of Baal and Satan.

OP is correct. This pledge (read threat) has nada to do with the law. The law in no way even hints at violence against abortion facilities. Either this is just the administration running it;s mouth in opposition to the law or we need to watch for an upcoming false flag event against the facilities by, of course, white supremacists.

This jagoff makes Holder look like a rank amateur at being a stupid communist plick. If he isn't trying to take everyone's guns, he's trying to crush the life out of the unborn.
One of the few things Turtle ever got right was keeping this putz off the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, just like a case of the clap, he keeps coming back.

Not a large number of the partial birth abortions are done, so not many abortions will be restricted by this. The method is unbelievably cruel, though, which makes it scandalous that anybody would be fighting the restriction.

Estimated number of abortions since Roe v Wade: 62 Million
Estimated number of deaths attributed to Nazi Germany: 17-20 Million (depending on source)
Leftist philosophies have killed 3 times the number of people than were killed by the Nazis. Is this what all of these Commucrats, who care so deeply about a woman's body being sacrosanct, are defending? And if a person's body is sacrosanct, what right do the Leftists and their stooges have to force people to take a vaccine that doesn't really seem to work...especially those who don't need it...like children? They love murdering children.

Thankfully, Mitch McConnell kept this political hack off the Supreme Court. His performance as AG gives you a clear picture of what Obama was looking for him to do as a Supreme Court justice. He must never be allowed on the court as a reactionary liberal. We need wise judges, not activists.

I’ve been wondering that too, #16. For 48 years. Not only do they want to kill babies, they demand the “right” to do it as much as possible and they celebrate it. The only explanation is that they are demonic, satanic, evil, nefarious, wicked, cruel, blood thirsty….

It is remarkable to me that every human instinct says to protect a child, whether enutro or born. Expectant mothers protect their unborn child when attacked; fathers protect their wives when attacked; both will die protecting their children. Yet, here is our United States government vowing to defend the right of a woman to kill that which grows within. I just shake my head when I think that there is a just God who will judge us all.

Democrats have murder in their DNA death is a solution. After killing children they would love to kill opposition to their ideology if it were legal. Arming ourselves is the deterrent to these crazed idiots.

#16 Why? The Abortion business is moneymaking service that is subsidized by the government and the Dems get to say they are for a woman's choice...her body, her choice. That cop-out chant won't justify the act of infanticide. An abortion won't cleanse the act of killing a developing human being with a heartbeat. These women can scream all day long about their reproductive rights. However, the permanent stain on their soul will forever haunt them, especially as they get older.

Libs use that term "reproductive health" as cover. Bunk. The translation for "reproductive health" is butchering unborn children. Playing with the meaning of words is one of their tactics.

Has anyone discussed the regret and guilt a woman has by aborting her baby? Some loudmouths scream it's o.k. but many are plagued by what they've done. Years ago, a friend at a Women's Aglow told me she had had an abortion and she was haunted by the guilt by what she had done. It never leaves them. We talked about God's forgiveness, but I think she was having a hard time forgetting about what she had done.

#29, my former SIL had an abortion when she was in her late teens. A few years later, when she was married to my BIL, she gave birth to a child with Down Syndrome. She believes that having a handicapped child is God’s punishment for having had that abortion. Our nephew is now in his mid-thirties, has graduated high school and holds a job. He is the light of the family. But she still feels that guilt every day.

Of course, it never occurs to these idiots to take the matter up in Congress, where all policy matters belong. If they can’t even pass an abortion bill in Congress without placing half their seats at risk, what business does the Supreme Court have in preempting the #%*!s?

While AG Garland is trying to protect baby killers, he is not doing his day job....for example, he could be investigating:
- the mountains of hard evidence of Election Fraud;
- the organized terrorists of Antifa and BLM;
- the wholesale abandonment of the rule of law regarding the imprisonment of the Jan 6th protestors;
- the systemic corruption within the Deep State that led to Russiagate and the illegal spying on the Trump Campaign;
etc etc etc.
Instead, he's decided to protect baby killers.
There is no place in hell too hot for him...
