Dems sweat Latino turnout in California recall

Original Article

With two weeks of early voting left before the California recall election, Democrats are tracking a worrisome sign for Gov. Gavin Newsom and the party at large — the governor’s relative weakness with Latinos. California is so solidly Democratic that it would take a near-total Democratic turnout collapse for Newsom to be recalled. But Latinos across the country shifted incrementally toward Donald Trump in 2020, with headline-grabbing defections from the Democratic Party in Florida and Texas in particular. Now, polls suggest this once reliable and fast-growing voting bloc for Democrats is softening on Newsom, even in this heavily Democratic state. It’s a reminder that Latino support for Democrats is not

Comments:

The Dems only had a little over 40% of the registered voters in 2020. There is a potentially big swing vote in the high 20% No Party Preference registrations. And do all those Latinos they signed up at the DMV actually vote? We’ll see.

Oh they will vote OP, whether they realize it or not. I don't know what the suspense is all about with this election. The state has mailed out millions of ballots already, so Newsom is going nowhere. He will have a miraculous come from behind win from late arriving ballots, if necessary.

Every single PERSON present in California on election day could vote to recall and Newsome would NOT be recalled because it is the demoncommierats who mail in the ballots, who stuff the ballot boxes and it is they who COUNT the votes. Stop kidding yourselves, mi compadres; THE FIX IS IN!

The recall vote is already lost. Anyone can now print out ballots and register to vote up to election day. Mail in ballots have the signature outside so checkers can identify the party and discard Republican signatures that "don't match." How can Newsom lose with Democrats who have perfected the corrupt election process?

I agree with the opinion that vote fraud will protect Newsom, just as it will Biden in 2024 with illegals replacing the phantom Biden voters of 2020. I saw the You Tube posting of the LA Times Zoom call interview with Larry Elder. He was like a tank just rolling over pathetic attempts at Gotcha. They tried to include the filthy racist woman who penned the column saying Elder was the black face of white supremacy - Larry and his Doberman aid (woman was epic!) were having nothing of it and she was gone. My specific observations: 1) Larry Elder did not hesitate in his answers, 2) had very specific responses that went straight to the heart of the Democrat fascist created issues 3) used plain and direct language and 4) showed absolutely no sign of intimidation. My only disappointment was ceding the climate change hoax, but on that he pushed for fracking and would rescind any climate dictates. When asked if he thought the 2020 election was legit, he cited Hillary's contention that 2016 was stolen by the Russians and that serious issues have been discovered with the 2020 vote count. His initial response was that Joe Biden is in the White House and Trump is in Florida, which was a good way to diffuse the Left's attempt to marginalize him. He clearly believes the election was stolen. I highly recommend watching this on You Tube ("Larry Elder Schools the LA Times").

Baloney. They already flooded the state with mail-in ballots, and they have many days after the recall date to turn them in. This will allow the democrat vote counters plenty of time to create more mail-in ballots, as needed.

Does not matter. It's already rigged. They would dump ballots, or find boxes one week later. They have now their playbook to win any elections. And if you disagree and point out the flaws, you are a domestic terrorist, or something.

The U.S. military may work with the Taliban terrorist group in the future, the military’s top officer said Wednesday. Asked if the United States would coordinate with the Taliban against ISIS in the future, Gen. The suicide attack that killed 170 people including 13 U.S. troops provides the crowning disgrace for President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and the military leadership going all the way up to Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This disaster in Afghanistan is worse than Benghazi, worse than Jimmy Carter’s hostage crisis, because those were inept responses to an external situation. By contrast, this is a disaster that Biden and his inept team themselves created. I remember well how Carter’s hostage crisis ended. According to the data provided by the U.S. State Department in the last few days, the total number of people evacuated from the Kabul airport was 122,000. Of those, 6,000 were American citizens (AmCits), and 116,000 were Afghan refugees. Today the State Department admits the “majority” of the qualified Afghan people who assisted the U.S. during operations in Afghanistan, Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants, did not get evacuated. That admission begs the question: then who the heck are those 116,000 refugees?

At least two deaths from flash flooding were confirmed on Thursday morning in New Jersey’s Passaic city. The U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) “remains divided on the most likely origin of COVID-19,” according to an unclassified report released on Aug. 27. “Two hypotheses are plausible,” the report explains, “natural exposure to an infected animal and a laboratory-associated incident.” In May, when President Joe Biden urged the agencies to “redouble” their efforts to find the origin of the virus, the IC had “coalesced around two likely scenarios but has not reached a definitive conclusion on this question,” he said in a statement. To reach essentially the same conclusion now, the IC must have ignored major revelations, and there’s more to the story.
