Afghan reporter Ali Latafi joined Yalda Hakim at the BBC to discuss the recent missile attack by Joe Biden that killed an Afghan family including several children in Kabul. According to Latafi the family killed on Sunday by a US drone strike had Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) to leave for the US and were about to leave Afghanistan.

Comments:

Another fun little story about Mission Accomplished Xiden and his remarkable success. Not only do they blow away a family for their aspirin factory moment, but it was ones that had a State Dept. SIV. Well done, Comrades.

Chances are you will not see any of this story reported in the US media that has transformed itself into the propaganda arm for the leftist and socialist Democrats.

So? What special aura surrounds journalists? Ernie Pyle was killed by a Japanese bullet. Anyone remember him? Hold it against Japan? And given its GWP, who knows what the real story is. War is hell. Surrender not much better.

So, this is why the Idiots In Charge wouldn't give any names of who they killed. They had NO IDEA who they killed, it was just to try to draw attention away from their massive failures. Only evil people kill innocents for political theater.

JAKE TAPPER: You’ve been fairly supportive of President Biden, but not of the execution of this withdrawal. I think you also support a residual counter-terrorism force left in the country, right? BILL KRISTOL: I would have, yes.

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar possibly committed a felony by failing to properly report her assets and income in her financial disclosure reports to the House of Representatives, a conservative-leaning watchdog group alleged in a complaint filed Tuesday. The group, National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), demanded the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) investigate why Omar’s financial disclosures make no reference to the income she may have received from her memoir published in May 2020, as well as the Democratic lawmaker’s apparently gross undervaluation of her new husband’s consulting firm, which raked in nearly $3 million from Omar’s political campaign from 2018 through 2020, campaign finance records show.

U.S. companies created far fewer jobs than expected in August as the Covid resurgence coincided with cutbacks in hiring, according to a report Wednesday from payroll services firm ADP. Private payrolls rose just 374,000 for the month, well below the Dow Jones estimate of 600,000 though above July’s 326,000, which was revised downward slightly from initial 330,000 reading. Most of the new jobs came from leisure and hospitality, which added 201,000 positions in a somewhat hopeful sign that an industry beset by a labor shortage continues to recover.

"We are f*cking abandoning American citizens," Army colonel wrote in a frantic series of texts that detail how a group of Americans were rejected at airport as rescue flight awaited. President Biden declared to a puzzled country on Tuesday that the U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan was an "extraordinary success," while his Pentagon portrayed a prosaic, workaday process to repatriate Americans still stranded in the war-torn country.

President Joe Biden received praise from an unlikely source on Tuesday: Ann Coulter. Biden had just concluded his address to the nation on the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, ending a war that had lasted 20 years. The president has been criticized for failing to anticipate the rapid crumbling of Afghan security forces in the face of the Taliban’s advance. That caused a chaotic scene at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, where the U.S. military hurried to evacuate more than 123,000 Americans and Afghans despite being surrounded by the Taliban and ISIS-K.

Rep. Madison Cawthorn on Sunday warned there will be "bloodshed" if the "rigged" electoral system suffers from fraud in the future, despite officials' assurances that U.S. elections are secure. The freshman Republican lawmaker from North Carolina , who attended former President Donald Trump 's "Stop the Steal" rally on Jan. 6 before rioters breached the U.S. Capitol in an effort to prevent Congress from certifying President Joe Biden's 2020 victory, suggested armed conflict could result if elections, which experts insist are not susceptible to fraud, continue to be "stolen."

I have no idea how to leave," the Afghan man said in the audio clip, recorded around the time the final U.S. plane left Kabul.

Ivermectin, often used as a deworming agent in animals and sometimes for humans, is not approved to treat COVID-19 and has not been shown to work for that purpose. Poison control centers have recorded a five-fold increase in calls related to ivermectin, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
