Well, at least Charles Manson died in 2017. The way things are in California, they'd have let him out next.

Nobody dies any more for brutal homicides in California..He’ll probably shoplift himself a nice suit of clothes, some jewelry and a tv.
Then apply for free college and health care.
And maybe run for office in Sacramento too.

In exchange for parole...he must now tell us the truth. With multiple exits of the Ambassador hotel,...HOW DID SIRHAN KNOW KENNEDY WOULD GO THROUGH THE KITCHEN?

Too bad Manson didn't hang on for a couple more years. After all, he was just the mastermind; he didn't kill anyone.
Would this be Governor Newsom's (Nancy Pelosi's nephew) way to hang on?

Sirhan is an assassin who should have seen the inside of San Quentin's Green Room a half century ago. The Kennedys don't deserve this. Officialodom in California is mad,

Camelot is long past.
RFK was a sleeze and a thug, and a patsy for thugs. I was relived when he died.
I objected when Hinkley was released. He's stupid enough to do it again.
I expect we'll hear from Sirhan Sirhan, again. He was the first Palestinian terrorist on U.S. soil. He will, at least, cheerlead more to come.

My uncle was a treasury agent and was at that crime scene the day after it happened. Briefly, his takeaways-
RFK's security detail lead him into an ambush. He explained to me that the security are positioned like a football play. This particular formation only needed two agents to turn it from a protective detail into a textbook assassination play. RFK was steered into the gunmen.
2 - GunMEN. My uncle said there was too many bullet holes in the walls to come from Sirhan Sirhan revolver. He said that it looked more like a spray of submachine gun fire. Automatic fire with a pistol round.
My uncle told me these observations but he made no conjecture about who and why.

Next up, the Manson family. If Sirhan Sirhan can be paroled, anyone can. Get ready for even more crime as prisons in blue states let out murderers and rapists.

Re #18, #20: As you say, how big of them. I sure as hell wouldn't react the same way if my father had been murdered. Sometimes I err when I assume that others of my generation (Baby Boomer) have sense. Some of them have none. Forgiveness is holy; it is a good thing in the personal sense. It is godly. But parole and official forgiveness of the crime of first degree murder is obscene after the proper punishment should have been death. Sirhan lost fifty-three years of freedom. Is gun-allergic California going to consider giving him back his Iver Johnson? We're living in the Twilight Zone.

The release meshes seamlessly with the democrats belief that actions should not have consequences. This does not surprise me. Yet, they are holding 600 political prisoners in a Washington DC jail since January 6th on trumped up charges…the tragedy? Most elected Republicans are okay with it because they certainly aren’t making a fuss about it. Once again, it appears that democrats are always sitting in the catbird seat and they will advise us what is and what is not justice.

Please explain how there could have been 16 opportunities and each was denied, but now there's something different with the 17th. This is insanity.
And I won't bother to ask for an explanation about how Kennedys think. Maybe I missed it, but I think Ethel is still around. Is she okay with this?

That’s the trouble with not having a death penalty ( I know it was ruled cruel and inhumane but reversed again). When someone is given the death penalty but it’s “downgraded” to life in prison, good chance they’ll be set free at some point. If anyone deserved to be put to death it was him, a refuge who America took in to give him a better life. But wait! With thousands of these UN vetted nuts pouring into the country thanks to Biden, I’m sure there are a few more Sirhans in the lot.

Only two members of the Kennedy family have come out in favor of granting him parole. One is Robert Kennedy, Jr., who has a ton of baggage, including being an ex-heroin addiction and a wife dead by suicide (hanging). Six have openly opposed it and two have yet to voice an opinon.

I think we're all looking at this the wrong way. It's what is called a 'false flag'. (I think I have the terminology right). No way is he going to be released. Just an announcement to get everyone outraged and then Newsome, the shining knight will say wait a minute. 'We are not going to pardon the murderer of one of our beloved politicians.' His approval ratings will skyrocket and there is no way the voters will recall him.

Sirhan was three feet in front of RFK. The fatal wound come from a shot behind the right ear that was so close that Cornoner Noguchi said had powder burns. There were many more bullets found that those out of Sirhan's weapon.
He was the perfect Manchurian Candidate, but the a woman in a polka-dot dress was the "Red Queen".
When there are more bullets lodged in wall that were in the accused assailant's weapon, it leads to more than one person.
A security guard named Thane Eugene Caesar was behind him....
