On his first day in office, President Joe Biden embarked on a campaign to rein in domestic oil and gas production. On his 204th day in office, he was pleading with OPEC to increase its production to stem the sharp rise in gasoline prices, to which OPEC said no dice. Virtually overnight, the nation has gone from Trump-era “energy dominance” to a Carter-era energy crisis. But unlike Jimmy Carter, who blundered his way into gasoline shortages, Biden is intentionally creating

Democrats HATE Americans being free. Having wealth is a fundamental source of freedom. They are threatened if someone outside their cliques and associates acquire wealth similar to theirs, because that's one more person they can't control. They are happiest, when they feel like feudal lords surrounded by serfs.

We watched a Biden created disaster unfold in the past week. There is another Biden disaster that will unfold coming in the winter season. The natural gas and coal fired plants that were curbed by this vindictive buffoon, Biden, will pay dividends this winter with misery. What happened in Texas should have been a lesson but it could happen on a national basis if these green peace warriors keep up. You all witnessed and heard fraudster, Joe Biden, and what he thought of the Afghan people and Americans stranded in country. That's the same speech you'll hear about the plight of Americans in the winter season, count on it.

The average crude price in 2020 was $39.68 cents. In the United States, prices generally less than $50 yield an operating loss. You're a patriotic American producer. How much for how long will you produce as your patriotic duty? You're a refiner. How much American crude are you going to buy at $10/bbl over market price to "buy American"? Oil wells are expensive to drill, to operate and to maintain. So, while losing cash on production, watch your other cash flow, too. Is this a good business model? Nothing Biden has done has stopped one drop from coming to market. American producers have done that as a sound business practice. They're largely in a holding pattern. Flooding the market with $18/bbl oil benefits no one except the consumer...until the market collapses for lack of supply.

The Demonrats wanted us subservient, and unable to move around the country freely. For some reason, extreme leftists are thrown into a rage by observing ordinary people enjoying a free, pleasant, comfortable lifestyle, and they are furiously driven to make sure that it doesn't continue. One of the best ways to enslave us all and make us miserable is to remove the energy required to power all the modern conveniences which power the American lifestyle. They just hate us being free.

It’s one thing to lose a war intentionally, quite another to botch it so badly that it damages our relations around the world. But thanks to the epic ineptitude of the Biden administration, our military leaders and dysfunctional intelligence agencies, that’s exactly what has happened. The news couldn’t be more depressing. Our president’s response was, no joke, a strongly worded letter to the Taliban from our United Nations ambassador. At the same time, our own State Department informed U.S. citizens now stuck in the capital of Kabul that they should make their way to Karzai Airport if they can

It’s fair to say Americans, especially the pre-revolution colonists, have always had a healthy skepticism of government. What’s frightening is some days we seem dangerously close to losing the unique quality that separates this country from every other. The Washington Examiner’s Byron York posted last week in his Daily Memo some interesting data that tells us a lot about Americans’ attitudes about their government. He tracked a long-term Fox News survey in which respondents are asked which message they would send the government if they had the chance: “lend me a hand” or “leave me alone.” Over the course of

In early July, President Joe Biden said the sudden withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan wouldn’t cause a repeat of the Saigon disaster in Vietnam. “None whatsoever. Zero,” Biden said in response to a reporter’s question about the chances of a repeat. “There’s going to be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy in the — of the United States from Afghanistan. It is not at all comparable.” Five weeks later, that is exactly what happened, as the Taliban took over Kabul and,

It’s that time of year again, the season of headlines routinely screaming about “record” amounts of acreage burned from out-of-control wildfires caused by, of course, “climate change.” But is it true? Is global warming driving a surge in wildfires? The answer is no. The media started again this week with the release of the United Nation’s latest dire climate change report, based on the same faulty models and filled with more apocalyptic predictions that won’t come true.

The hysterical responses to the Summary for Policymakers from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s Sixth Assessment Report were exactly what we expected. “A Hotter Future Is Certain, Climate Panel Warns. Throughout the COVID crisis, we’ve witnessed an amazing display of leftist logic. No matter the circumstances, Republicans were always at fault. When the coronavirus first swept the nation in early 2020, the deaths were concentrated almost entirely in the country’s liberal enclaves: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania. And we know a big reason: Democratic governors in those states panicked and ordered nursing homes to take sick elderly out of hospitals,

In eight years, half of American car buyers will be forced to purchase overpriced, underperforming electric cars they don’t want, courtesy of the federal government and a compliant auto industry. That, at least, is what President Joe Biden announced at the White House on Thursday, and it’s just as we predicted in this space three months ago. With a wave of his pen, Biden ordered that 50% of new cars and trucks sold by 2030 are to be electric. Since the auto companies already have their 2022 model year cars in production, that means they have less than eight years

Prior to that, the network had carried water for him, skewed the news, and engaged in sycophancy, to the point of ending up a target of James O'Keefe. Now it's The Atlantic's turn. Just this morning they ran three bam, bam, bam commentaries that also pinned the blame for the fiasco squarely where it belonged,
