Slippery Slope of the New CDC Eviction Order

As we previously reported, Joe Biden announced that the CDC would be coming down with a new temporary eviction moratorium order.
What was so stunning about Biden’s remarks is that he indicated he knew it was likely to not pass constitutional muster, his own advisors had said the day before that they didn’t have the legal authority, that they had “quadruple-checked it.” Yet he decided to do it anyway, caving under pressure from the progressives. But, in the process, he also said the quiet part out loud — that they were going to do it anyway even if it was unconstitutional because it would take time

To say Kavanaugh is a disappointment would be an understatement. Maybe he's trying to curry favor with the regressive democRATs? Don't he know they hate him no matter what he does?

Ah, they'll do it anyway, which sounds like the whole DACA fiasco created by the Obama administration.
What they are hoping to do, IMHO, is to create a whole "class" of people who need their help, and when it's given will feel obligated to vote for them.

#1, why? Kavanaugh is on record saying he would not vote to uphold a CDC moratorium on evictions. That, with the 4 dissenters, is a majority. Do you think it would have been different if the Court had ended the moratorium earlier? The Democrats don't care what the Court says, obviously.

The Article's author and almost all persons commenting under the Article are putting the blame on justice Brett Kavanaugh. I believe this is unfair criticism. Biden admitted that the CDC did not have the authority to mandate any eviction moratorium, which of course includes an extension without authorization from Congress. The Supreme Court's ruling all but held the moratorium is unconstitutional.
I fail to understand how justice Kavanaugh is responsible for the CDC extending an unconstitutional extension of the eviction moratorium.

When I think of the mental energy I expended during his difficult confirmation, it makes me sick. And I am having doubts about Amy of the three names. If they seem too good to be true, they are probably hiding a lot.

Kavanaugh = Kandyass
After what the commies did to him and his family - - you'd think he'd be out to get them on every case. But fighting back is not the kandyass way. He's too morally weak to do that.

Well, its called the Supreme Joke of the United States cause it earns that name. Nothing the Supreme Joke does is based on screwy little things like law and the Constitution. Just politics. Usually leftist, fascist politics.

The Supreme Court. now needs to hold the president and the CDC in contempt, and order the immediate arrest of anyone blocking a legal eviction.

Maybe landlords need to shut off water, gas, electric, and most important, cable TV, to the non-paying renters. That's one way to get them to flee.

You and I are now out of step with the Democrat concept of consitutional democracy. Not only was our Constitution written by white supremacists, it's outlived its usefulness and no longer applies. Examples: DACA, immigration laws and border security, the concept of equality (replaced by equity), freedom of speech (government now cedes authority to Facebook), the second amendment, and now the transfer of executive authority to a health agency. Also, watch out! It's okay now for the FBI and the NSA to read your emails.

Instead of immediately striking the moratorium Kavanaugh tried to thread the needle and find common ground with common sense. As usual, the socialist moved the goalposts. That said, Kavanaugh of all people, considering the debacle of his confirmation hearing, should have known better than expect reason from the left.

He took an oath to defend the constitution of the United States. His oath is worthless, as is he and his minions.

I don't see what the fuss is about. We have an illegal President issuing illegal proclamations.
Did anyone expect anything different?
Get used to it we have 3 more years of it coming to us.
