This will not be an anti-vaccine post. It will, however, be an attack against the CDC for using discredited and inapplicable authority to justify its latest mask and vaccine guidelines and for ignoring credible opposing authority. (snip) the basis for the CDC’s latest guidelines about masks and vaccines is a study that not only was not peer-reviewed, but that also has nothing to do with America, right down to its studying a different vaccine (snip) there’s the little problem (which Tucker mentions) of the millions of illegal aliens pouring over the border carrying COVID with them. Maybe it is about building that health database of your age, health, and other data about you that Gates, the pharmaceutical, and Medicare seek. But congrats to those that have had the vaccine, and how you didn't mind, because now you get to have the shot again, and a periodically thereafter, and you still get to wear those masks you love perpetually. No matter what you do with the communists, it is never enough. If you are able to rise and walk, you still have blood that can be sucked.

Guidelines are not law. Never were. Never will be. The CDC is dog whistling governors to implement masks - even though 'executive orders' aren't laws either. The electoral fraud carried out under cover of covid was so successful that it put 50-year loser Joe Biden in the White House. Dems don't give up power voluntarily and they certainly don't give up shiny new toys that enable them to take it while claiming to protect the population. You should, however, keep an eye on a former mask zealot like Mike DeWine. He's watched his polls tank as his reelection bid approaches and despite the usual RINO fundraising he knows that taking a hard line is politically risky. He's already punted on masks in schools.

Who in their right mind would trust ANYTHING the CDC has to say? All they can offer are suggestions. They have no ELECTED power to mandate anything. We are allowing politically biased unelected bureaucrats to make demands and urge mandates on American citizens. This is a corrupt agency within the most corrupt administration in the history of this country. Why have we not revolted against all this corruption and intimidation that defines the democrat party and specifically O’Biden’s regime? He should have been impeached in January and certainly needs to be forced to step down for his ongoing corruption and mental deficiencies. He is wholly unfit for the office he holds. He stole what he could not win and now assumes powers he does not have under the Constitution. The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing. Where are our good men? Will they actually allow this godless anti-American regime to defeat this great nation? Get your battle gear on and fight to save this country or get out of politics because you are worthless in the fight to save this country. The American people want FREEDOM!

Mandate, huh? Sounds more like "man-hate". Are we in East Germany now, circa 1970, where some shiny-pants bureaucrat with an orange shirt and a purple tie gets to tell us all what to do? Sorry ... not yet! This is really simple. Just make it a law ... as in passing both houses of Congress and then getting signed by the POTUS. I want to see Nasty's lousy 5 vote majority hold for this one and UpChuck's slim 50/50. What a debate that will be! Then we'll sue on the grounds it is unconstitutional if it makes it over all the hurdles. Funny how as the virus subsides, the restricts are getting tighter. But only in America. Why's that? And is the whole world ... 7.5 billion people ... all going to be vaccinated? Or have to wear masks? Even in darkest Africa, deepest Asia and inaccessible Latin America? Even on the small islands of the Pacific? No! The "government" and its agencies have power only when you hand it over to them! Some people will quietly just put on their masks ... again ... just like some peacefully just got on the train in 1940. But many of us won't do either! At least not without a huge fight ... which seems to be coming. Losers will be forced to get a shot but the winners will be free.

Wasn't there a recent Supreme Court case on how the CDC does not have the authority to tell landlords who can or cannot evict? And of course, the Supremes whiffled on that one as the "mandate" on evictions was soon to expire. My gosh people, there is no 100% promise of safety, perfect health, etc in this world. We have always lived with risk.

Days ago I read a refreshing article about the success of Sweden combating the Covid-19 flu, they did 'nothing at all. Tending only to vulnerable mostly aged people not restricting others. The biggest combat was no one drifting in and out of their borders. Restricted foreign travel coming in, unlike our open, deadly southern border. There's your model for combating a minor virus that wreaked the world.

My fear is that Democrats, media, and associated anti-Americans activists intend to stretch this out to next year’s election so they can make the case for implementing the same voting requirements as in the 2020 election. The Justice Department has also indicated their desire to force the continuation of the same voting methods by its recent threats to states performing ballot audits and revising state voting regulations.

The CDC is now saying the RT-PCR test that they used to justify locking down and masking the nation is not working, gee, who would have guessed after all those that told them a TC >28 was worthless and that the test detected all COVID related traces. I guess the fact that the seasonal flu magically disappeared coupled with the CDC admitting that the RT-PCR tests are garbage has woken a few people up, now the CDC has to tell everyone that has been vaccinated that the 'experimental stuff' that was injected into their bodies can not be undone, in the long term what this means is not known and perhaps the CDC will admit that the 'experimental stuff' is causing deaths and crippling side effects while not acting as a 'vaccine' as it was never designed to be a vaccine.. Thanks to the MSM, Tech gods and the democrats hundreds of thousands have died and millions will be living with crippling side effects. What the Nazi doctors did to humans during WWII pales in comparison to what has been done in the name of COVID-19

There is no science backing this latest mandate for masks on those who have had the shots or those who have natural immunity from having caught and recovered from Covid-19. The study cited is from India involving a vaccine that is not approved in this country. It seems that "he who must be obeyed without question" Fauci is channeling his inner tyrant in pushing this as Science.

We’re finally getting some clarity about what’s going on with COVID and it’s information that makes even more perplexing the Biden administration’s fanaticism about reintroducing all the COVID restrictions that not only didn’t work last year but were lifted completely for the Black Lives Matter protests and riots. The short version is that the vaccine doesn’t seem to protect against the Delta variant, we’re all still contagious, but (thankfully) we’re not dying like flies. That news, while not uplifting, doesn’t seem to justify the Democrats’ hysteria.

This week in history witnessed a small band of Christian knights terrify and brutally defeat a massive horde of Muslims -- at the battle of Jaffa. On July 27, 1192, Saladin, the great hero sultan of Islam, surrounded and besieged the tiny Christian-held town of Jaffa. According to chroniclers, the Muslims numbered around 20,000 and “covered the face of the earth like locusts.” Messengers were instantly dispatched to King Richard I, who was then in Acre, preparing to sail back to England. Before the battered and bruised messengers had finished relaying their message, “With God as my guide,” Richard declared, “I will set out to do what I can,”

The Oxford English Dictionary defines tolerance as "the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. A recent poll by the Survey Center on American Life at the American Enterprise Institute found that Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans to report ending a friendship over a political disagreement (20% versus 10%). Liberals are also "far more likely than conservatives are to say they are no longer friends with someone due to political differences" (28% versus 10%).
