The Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony, delayed a year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, drew 16.7 million viewers for NBC on Friday, the smallest audience for the network broadcast in the past 33 years, according to data from the Comcast-owned NBCUniversal on Saturday.

So nobody is watching the woke Olympics what a surprise!! I hope NBC (Nationally Broadcasting Communism) loses a massive amount of money. NBC is so anti-American it's now unwatchable. It's has even filtered down to the sports shows. Mike Florio is such a Xiden lover I'll bet he has his picture under his pillow.

I can tell you one better - most Americans hope those at the Olympics don't win a gold medal. We have no interest vested in anti-American athletes who hate their own country.

When will the countries that are hosting start taking a stand. And the athletes instead of complaining and not supporting our country should try to do things that build on what we have instead of trying to destroy it. Instead of de-funding the police lets de-fund the Olympics a few times.

The snippets showed an extremely airy fairy production that we were sure would be woke to the nth degree. Pass. It is difficult to watch coverage of events that is mostly inane nattering by that Mike Tirico who, having nearly destroyed ESPN’s coverage of some sports, is now doing the same at NBC. Useless, virtually unintelligible mutterer. But he is the woke color so...

Why should anyone watch? Politics aside, the games themselves are nothing more than a sports entertainment spectacular to sell cola, burgers, and lots and lots of athletic wear. National teams could be replaced with teams from Nike, Addidas, Puma, and UnderArmor. The games include many of the same high-priced professionals one can see on any given weekend. So, what's the point? Toss in the "wokeness" of it all...what patriotism is still allowable by our cancel society? Who wants to chant U-S-A! these days? We're all racists and supremacists. These Olympics are the beginning to a death spiral. The games aren't what they were; the world not what it was. The only thing that will save them is the athleticwear companies and government subsidies. In the USA, those should all end. Let the various "national teams" and competitors fend for themselves.

Well, well, well… surprise, surprise! From last November: Never Forget That Mike Tirico Was Suspended For Sexually Harassing and Stalking Women at ESPN The incidents are described in detail. Tirico calls them “misunderstandings”. Was it ever so.

Maybe the Powers That Be, in charge of everything Olympics, will take notice. Those of us who love the USA will never watch some Liberal Lesbian take a knee when our Anthem is played. Now most of the rest of her Team is doing the same. So, we do not watch. Now there are many more Athletes who think it's wise to show the world the hatred they have for their own country. So we don't watch! The next thing is what it costs to send an Athlete to the Olympics. It's very expensive and they are always begging for money, but they despise their own country, shame our Flag and take a knee to our Anthem. So, we won't give them a penny! That's the way we treat Traitors to our Country!

I've been spending a lot of time on the golf channel lately because there are some great players out there but when they attempted to show the Olympic golf events the other night, the remote was in my hand fast as lightning. The Olympics are going the way of most pro sports - out the door.

I gave up on the Olympics when the coverage became so fractured - 10 minutes of one sport, 10 minutes of commercials, back to a different sport, and so on for hours. They teased the popular sports all evening, then showed a few minutes late at night. I'd switch away when they changed sports, then never went back. I haven't watched since London Olympics in 2012, and even then, gave up after a night or two. Haven't missed it either.

The smart move would have been to cancel the games. Without the crowds it's not the same. The 2nd smart move would have been to ban ALL political stunts. No kneeling,no signs no nothing. Do your event & step aside for the next or leave the field with your team. Violate the rule you,& your team, forfeit any medals won. If no medals ban from rest of Olympics. Do it at end of Olympics banned from the next one. But the IOC is too stupid & corrupt for that.

Nothing is what or when it's supposed to be. The interviewers ignore or insult the young Americans. The US rugby team looks to have been recruited from The Bowery. Promising gymnasts were excluded to give Simone her privilege, which she now tosses aside. It couldn't be better if Dr Jill were running it...

When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil. CORRECTION*

Gov. I get a vaccine because I care about you,” Cuomo said, framing compliance to various methods of government coercion as an expression of selflessness. “We understand that we are all in this together. We understand that as goes one goes all in this city where we all live together and in this state where we all live together,” he continued.

Perhaps it’s because I grew up surrounded by extraordinarily tough people, but I found myself singularly unmoved by the spectacle in the House on Tuesday, which reminded me of a bad mash-up of Dr. Phil, Oprah, and BLM-produced soap opera, rather than a legitimate inquiry into an event that Democrats have seized upon to consolidate their power by destroying their opposition. As sobbing congressmen and Capitol Police officers took turns talking about their psychic injuries, I was alternately embarrassed for them if they were really that weak, and frightened of them if they were that sociopathic as a pathway to power.
