Yesterday, I wrote that it looks like Pennsylvania Dems are panicking over the audit of the 2020 election announced by State Senator Doug Mastriano, chair of the state senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee. Two days after the announcement of the audit, President Biden suddenly was scheduled for a trip to the Keystone State "to deliver remarks on actions to protect the sacred constitutional right to vote." Bringing the “The Big Guy” to pressure officials to obstruct access to the data which the state senate has an absolute right to examine.
But that was just half the story.

The Executive branch of Pennsylvania, egged on by the U.S. Executive branch, is violating the U.S. Constitution with their order of non-compliance with the only body recognized by the Constitution to proscribe the mechanism of elections for the state, the legislature. The Pennsylvania legislature decides the voting mechanism, not "the federal government" as stated by the state's Secretary. The Arizona legislature decides for Arizona; the Georgia legislature decides for Georgia, and so on through the 50 states that are the United States. Full stop.

Is it weird that this kind of behavior from the Democrats makes me sure we are right? They are in a flat out panic, they are acting dumb, and it is sooo reassuring. Yes, PDJT did win, and apparently the elections are filthy all over the country, and apparently most voters are sane people like me and did not vote any of these bozos into office. Hi All! Love You!!

All these years the Democrats said we need paper ballots so that we have a record we can check. Now they don’t want us to check.

The Secretary of State is likely neck deep in assisting the vote fraud, and even while making this desperate move to try to obstruct the Legislature from investigating the 2020 voting process, acknowledged that they have an absolutely valid legal right to investigate any and all of the physical infrastructure, data and the process of voting.
The stink of fear is in the air. And Traitor Joe is even going to come and probably privately threaten and bribe them to stop this audit.

According to the US Constitution it is the State legislatures who set the State election rules and not an Executive official. We will see how the courts rule on that Constitutional provision. Since the State legislatures get to set the State level election rules it follows that those legislatures also have the responsibility to ensure that their rules are followed and not sabotaged to further a partisan political interest. Apparently the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is dominated by liberal Democrats, so their decision is bound to be interesting, and will most likely be appealed through the federal courts.

Bringing in "The Big Guy" is a joke in itself. When has Two-percent Joe ever convinced anyone of his position? Even the Dems know he's just a placeholder. I'm sure his appearance will draw such a crowd like never seen before!! Does Jill count as one?

The legislature has already determined that almost 300000 more votes were counted than voters casting votes.
If the election was a pure as the wind driven snow, the democrats should be happy to conduct an audit providing that they can participate to prevent any republican shenanigans. However, their actions have been to obstruct at every turn and decry the partisan investigation.
That's their plan. When its proven that something stinks in Denmark, the democrats will down play the results as pure partisanship.

"...acting Secretary of State issues illegal orders to obstruct audit of 2020 election"
Wouldn't the proper response to that be impeachment?

The U.S. Executive branch has no authority to dictate any terms, whatsoever, to sovereign individual states regarding the management of their electoral process. The government answers to "We the People." This is not a top-down system. Ours is a nation of independent states, a "government of the people, by the people, and for the people."
Obviously, accurate historical truth is not being taught in schools anymore; making way for the dumbing-down of the populace, ripening future citizens for future dictator-style government. Until then, all you Marxist/Socialist, would-be dictators are faced with We The People! We are educated, armed, and intolerant of dictators trying to force their way into our Constitutional Republic way of life.
Oh, by the way, we are not fooled by any incompetent, mental deficient, imposter/usurper, pretending to be President, while scarcely functioning as a resident. Don't Tread on US or you will feel the bite!

All this tap dancing about who voted legally and the auditing of ballots will end in the Supreme Court. Why not by-pass all the preliminary stuff and take the cases directly to the court? We know ahead of time how the court will rule, in favor of the Democrat Communist Party, of course, but at least we would know the rules. Justices are fearful for thie personal safety and don't want Antifa or BLM types on their front porches. Besides that, cocktail parties with the rich and famous await those justices ruling in favor of the DCP.

The Hissy Fit that they're having has done one very helpful thing for Republicans. They have convinced thousands of people,, who may have been on the edge of believing there was no Fraud, that there IS INDEED something that needs looking at in the 2020 election. NOBODY fights this hard against an Audit unless they have something HUGE to hide. In the end, I think PA might just put Trump over the top. First AZ, then GA, then PA.. I hope they keep going and Audit every single state that went for Biden!

Dems continue to fight any and all investigations into voter fraud, both in and out of court, but keep insisting that there is no fraud.
