The judge presiding over the Fulton County election case was expected to rule on whether or not the inspection of physical ballots that were cast and tabulated during the 2020 election can proceed. Judge Brian Amero’s ruling will decide whether an independent election audit can go forward as planned.
During the high stakes proceedings, the petitioners made the case that the examination of the ballots should proceed as planned to determine if the fraudulent counting of double ballots occurred.
“We are uncertain as to the weight and value of our vote, my clients’ votes, going forward,” the claimants argued. “And that’s what we are trying to address.

Effectively admitting that they DID count counterfeit ballots in the 2020 election, apparently.
A careful examination of ballots for counterfeiting should be a key part of these audits. Different printing methods are obvious under even modest magnification. My first assumption is that the real ballots are printed with offset printing, since that is used in large commercial printing operations. And, it seems likely that the counterfeits were printed with either xerography or ink jet printing, which are used in more modest sized printing operations or office or home printers.
Xerography uses a fine black powder, which is positioned into words by electro-optical patterning, and then melted in place on the paper. Under magnification, it looks like piles of melted powder in the shapes of letters. Ink jet printing is sprayed tiny dots of ink and under magnification, doesn't look like the smooth lines and uniform edges produced by offset printing, which is what real, large print shops use for very large commercial printing orders.
If my guesses are right, it will be quite easy to examine ballots and know whether they are printed by "means other than used on official ballots". PLEASE, have experts do this examination!

Now that we've said we won't count counterfeit ballots (wink, wink) in the future, you should stop trying to figure out how many counterfeit ballots we counted in the last election. Uhhh... not saying we counted counterfeit ballots in the last election... that theory has been debunked by the partisan media. Just saying... just because some ballots may have been printed on the wrong cardstock, using the wrong ink, clearly machine-marked and never folded to fit in an official envelope, which is the definition of a counterfeit ballot... Racist!!!

"The Fulton County defense noted that there were open investigations being conducted by the Secretary of State into the claimants’ allegations, including the issue of machine-generated ballots and multiple tabulation of absentee ballots at State Farm Arena. The defense claimed that the results of those investigations do not corroborate the claimants’ allegations, but those results have not been made public yet."
Comment: The discovery in this case is not complete. The trial judge can review the work product from the still "open investigations" and determine what, if any, value those products have as relevant evidence in this case.

"The defense then addressed the petitioners’ complaint as represented by the legal team that ‘my clients are uncertain whether their vote is going to count in the future.’ If you look at his second amended complaint,” the defense noted, What he asked the court to do is to grant a permanent injunction to enjoin and prohibit the respondents from counting counterfeit ballots in future elections. We agree with that. 'We will not count counterfeit ballots in future elections, the Fulton County defense conceded. Even if we were to assume for the sake of argument that they were right, that they were counted in the past, and we are not admitting that, we agree you can’t count counterfeit ballots. You can’t scan absentee ballots twice. You can’t count somebody’s vote twice.”
Comments:
(1) A hollow concession: The defense agrees that counterfeit ballots will not be counted in future elections!
(2) It's unclear whether "the clients who are uncertain whether their vote is going to count in the future" are voters who cast counterfeit ballots in the election under review in this case.

Future elections? This is SO absolutely disgusting. How about this: Don't count illegal fraudulent ballots in the current 2020 election? FIX IT RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW.

What a incredibly specious statement...
FTA: "We Will Not Count Counterfeit Ballots in Future Elections”: Fulton County Defense Argues
Counterfeit by definition is - made in imitation of something else with intent to deceive : forged.
They will be counted and when caught / confronted with evidence, they will simply say, 'I was fooled' 'They looked real to me'.
It's called: 'Plausible Deniability'
When you bring evidence of preplanned voting irregularities to the courts attention - You are told you have no standing, you haven't been affected by the irregularities, because voting is in the near future. Then, you bring evidence of voting irregularities to the court after the vote, the issue is deemed Mute as the vote has been cast, counted the winner sworn into office.
Regarding the Dominion counting machines: Adjusting the count was a feature; not a flaw...

That is all well and good to spout off, but how will you KNOW a Counterfeit Ballot when you see one! That was the problem back in November of 2020. Excuse me while I scoff in your general direction!

Frankly, I'm more concerned about the last election and the coup that produced a pair of idiots to run the most powerful country in the world. We are not yet ready or willing to let that slide. Until the republicans demand the actual results and make a serious attempt to eject the Biden/Harris Clown Show, I refuse to play their silly game any longer. Fool me once...

I suspect that counterfeit ballots will be easily identified. Several experts have commented in articles that printing methods show differences, paper weight, finish and quality can be different, and the way that the 'bubbles' are filled in on printed ballots which are not filled in by hand is easily detected by close examination, too.
This is why you have experts do these inspections and audits.

If you know you won't count any counterfeit ballots in the future, you surely are admitting you know you counted some in the past election(s).
Now, we know why the democrats have been fighting these ballot counts so vigorously.
And, seems those ballot drop boxes were likely a very convenient vehicle to ensure they would not have much scrutiny or a true chain of custody.
Any possible drop box MUST have video cameras that will clearly show who is dropping any ballot off, and a one page scanner that will require each ballot to be "dropped" much like how a credit, debit, or EBT card are used - one at a time.
Or, similar to how ballots are scanned at a voting location when doing so in-person.
Clean up the voter rolls to ensure ONLY eligible voters are listed (removing all who've died, moved, etc)

Throw out the results of the last election and revote. Hopefully either the Rev or Johny will be sent packing. Both are Chuck's lapdogs.
