Donald Trump was one of the best American presidents in years for workers and labor. Protecting the interests of American workers and bringing jobs back to America was at the very center of his campaign and presidency.
In spire of this, the nation’s largest steelworker union decided to endorse Biden in 2020 for some reason.
Now the very same union is begging Biden to keep Trump’s tariff on foreign steel in place.
Reuters reports:
Steel industry groups urge Biden to keep tariffs in place after EU truce
Unfortunate for the union workers.
But they need new leadership.

Before this administration is done bringing America to it's knees a lot of "biden supporters" will be wishing they had voted with their heads and not their union. I still feel it was a stolen election but if these workers had voted with President Trump it might have been an overwhelming number even the dems couldn't steal. Trump loved us and America and these asshats want nothing more than to "remake America in their sick, twisted, unworkable" image. Hope you are happy because I'm not.

The Steel Union knows very well not to beg Joe Biden. Send him some money, and you will get what you want.

Picture Biden holding out his hands, balancing between them, saying "Let's see, American workers, Chinese cash, American workers, Chinese cash...". Who do you think will win?

Watched this crap all my life. Since the 60s. Union thug bosses controled their members vote. Sad to say in the past it paid off, under republican and democrat rule. President Trump crushed that meme. I believe the rank and file voted for Trump and would do it again.

Psst! Do you want to win favor with Joey?
Plunk a chunk of money (at least 100G) to his grandchildren's blind trust.
(It's a win-win. The grands have to obey gramps to benefit from the trust.)

Good side is that if JoeBoy screws up badly enough (and he's capable of it) no union member will EVER vote for a Democrat again. We've just got to survive the next 3 years.

Bidet talks about his policies "creating good union jobs". Unions are dim money launderers. I managed represented employees in a right to work state. About half the employees were dues paying members. The most active and fervent were under performers and relied on the union to keep their jobs.I would estimate that half of the membership was intimidated into joining the union - many vehicles were keyed in the parking lot.

Union leadership for the most part does not reflect the views of the union workers. Teachers unions are like that, and I suspect so is this one.

A lot of union members did vote for Trump. Unfortunately their leaders take the dues and spend them getting Democrats elected. If this is going to change it needs to start at the grassroots.

I guess PDJT bringing jobs back home was just chopped liver to the union members? Oh, wait! MSM didn't report it so unless they read lucianne.com or another conservative site, they wouldn't know about it!

Elections have consequences - the rank and file may have voted for Trump, but they also elected the corrupt union leadership that endorsed Biden and spent millions on behalf of the democrats. Too bad, so sad.
