Hillary Clinton has warned the US will face 'huge consequences' from President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw troops from Afghanistan.
The former secretary of state voiced her disapproval publicly for the first time in an interview with CNN on Sunday as violence erupted immediately after the US formally launched its withdrawal of 2,500 troops and began handing control back to the Afghan government.
Asked by CNN's Fareed Zakaria what she thought of the withdrawal decision, Clinton said: 'Well, it's been made. And I know it is a very difficult decision.

The witch is so radioactive that even the White House cabal doesn't want to give her an official position. It could relate to hubby Bill and his buddy buddy friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. Many want to hear new details on what happened on the "island". What say you Chelsea?

For once, I kind of agree with her. Does Biden know what will happen if we just pull out? Didn’t Obama’s pull out from Iraq lead to the rise of Isis? I’m all for ending wars that just go on and on, but there has to be a strategy for keeping things from descending into chaos—and potential terrorism.

What #5 said and THAT is what this is all about, folks. The military industrial complex always will come up with “reasons” why our troops can never ever truly leave Afghanistan.

FTA - "Clinton and fellow former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice reportedly appeared before Congress on Friday to warn against the withdrawal".
"reportedly", Megan? Either she was there or wasn't there. Next time, review the congressional record to verify. Even though the House Foreign Affairs Committee is dim-controlled, the record would show if bag lady Billary was in fact there and why she was asked to appear. Besides, why would a supposed pubbie like Condie Rice want to be seen in public with this hag.

Her message: If you enjoyed Benghazi on 9/11/12, you'll really get a bang out of Kabul.

We are pulling out so China can move in.
The Afghani's will be missing us in the worst way.

America, its 50 states, will experience NOTHING from leaving Afghanistan. Just as life in America was exactly the same the day after Vietnam fell to communism as it was the day before. Except we spent 60,000 lives getting to that point.

Wrong, #13. ISIS, the Taliban and all the rest of the world’s terrorist groups will come after us. Have you forgotten 9/11/01 or all of the many attacks on this country since then? The North Vietnamese did not have a jihad against us and had no means to attack us here on our own soil. But the Muslims have both, especially now that our weak doddering senile fool of a president has given the green light to Iran to continue their nuke program. They know a pushover when they see one and they will take full advantage of Xiden’s mental condition.

While Hitlery is correct in this instance, her comment also highlights her warmongering bloodthirstiness. Had she become POTUS, she would have embroiled us in more conflicts than we could have even imagined..

#14, the problem with your post is you mention "all those attacks since 9/11".
We've had forces in Afghanistan since 9/11 and it did not deter those attacks you mention. One does not deter a mall sniper in Moline, Illinois by maintaining a base in Kabul. And terrorists can, and have set up operations in places other than Afghanistan. Africa, for example.
So, your answer is to play continuous global "Whack-a-mole"? I say we change our whole attitude about our "role" in the world. In short, no more underwriting the globalist post-war model. Let's be Switzerland.

Crooked hillary is one sorry mess... no one cares what she thinks... I wonder how much she paid CNN to air the interview...the swamp wants nothing to do with this drunk...it is well know she tips to many each day... which is why she keeps falling down...perhaps she could have cocktail hour with hunter....they seem to be on the same page...

What's going to happen when we leave? I expect a reversion to normal, with the Afghans then fighting with the Chinese who will follow us into this quagmire. The question for them is whether the Chinese will put up with this, or apply the methods of modern warfare to their intransigence.
Let's stop kidding ourselves into thinking our occupation of Kabul was some sort of accomplishment. The fact is the US could not, after two decades and a trillion bucks in manpower, equipment and payoffs, create an Afghan security force that mattered. Another decase or two...well, then some would be clamoring to have Afghanistan join NATO to vex the Russians. We should have been long gone...and we're still there.

The problem with Afghanistan is that no one can force the country unwillingly to move out of the 7th century A.D. Women and children will suffer most, and the Taliban and Al Qaeda will resurge. There will be more terrorism, particularly from Middle-Eastern jihadi's sneaking across our southern, fenceless border. I suppose the best alternative may be to maintain our satellite surveillance and be prepared to send in missle-carrying drones to blast some of the more obvious terror hideouts.

The British, the Russians, now the U.S. have been incapable of winning the guerilla war in Afghanistan. What will happen when we pull out? First, intertribal warfare for control of the country, then perhaps China would like their hand at spending gobs of blood and treasure to try to win an unwinnable war.
