Less than a day after armed robbery suspect Daunte Wright was shot by police, the name of the police officer who pulled the trigger was publicly released. A short time later, her address was leaked. Now her home is surrounded by concrete barricades, metal fencing, and armed police guards, in hopes of preventing the violent mob from burning it to the ground. This is generally how things have played out for all of the high-profile police shootings in recent memory. All except one.It was announced yesterday by the DOJ that the officer who shot Ashli Babbitt,

Matt Walsh you're an imbecile...David Bailey the avid BLM supporter and virulent Anti-Trumper, who by the way wished Trump supporters dead in a now-deleted posting, is the dirty cop who MURDERED Ashli Babbitt!

Please allow me to explain. Ashlii Babbitt was a white woman, a veteran, a person with no outstanding warrants. She exercised her right to visit the Capitol of her Nation. Her life did not matter. The lives of white persons, not involved with police, not fleeing from police capture, do not matter. The name of her murderer is permanently sealed; he or she will suffer no consequences.
Daunte Wright, on the other hand, was a black young adult. He had an arrest record and outstanding warrants. He was told to stop; he fled, avoiding arrest. His life matters bigly. His death will be the excuse for months of rioting, fires, looting, and murder. The officer who fired the fatal round will be punished for the rest of her life.
Do you see the difference? If you are white, fear the police. If you are a black felon, you have a get out of jail card. You can kill as many as you want without penalty.
It is only fair. 400 years of slavery provide blacks with permanent immunity.

FTA: “ As we have seen, Babbitt was treated, and continues to be treated, according to an entirely different standard. We live under a two-tiered system — one that favors some and not others. Ashli Babbitt falls on the losing side of that coin. And no matter what they might say, or excuses they might offer, in the minds of BLM and the media and our government, that is why her death is not an outrage or a crime.”
Exactly. No big deal. Most Americans would disagree. We have seen the video. There seems to be no logical reason to shoot this woman. Was she trespassing? Yes, as were many others who were not shot and killed. This whole thing smells. There is more to the story and that is why the democrats are trying to bury it.

I don't consider it a cold blooded murder.
The "Officer" -----and I use that term loosely---who shot her did not wake up that moorning with an intension to kill anyone. He went to work like every other day and was doing his job--which is basically standing around the Capitol and watching visitors.
Capitol Police are not usually subjected to people who do not obey them when they are told they cannot enter the Capitol, but things went screwy. This man (or we think it was a man) was met with a situation he could not cope with, he was frightened, scared, he didn't know what to do, so he drew his weapon and fired.
IMO he did not kill this woman because of what she did or what she was attempting to do he killed her because of fear, and that does not make him guilty of cold blooded murder, but it does make him unfit to be a Police Officer of any kind.
Should he be charged with Manslaughter, or Negligent homicide?? Probably.
But the least thing that should be done is to get him out of a Police officers uniform.

Stop pussy-footing around the obvious...Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed white woman with no criminal record, was shot by a black male Capitol police officer (based on photos of the incident shown on the Internet). THAT is precisely the reason why this is being kept Top Secret by the completely politicized law enforcement and justice officials in DC, as well as ALL the media (including conservative outlets).
Prove me wrong.

I don't see this as a racial issue, but as a congressional privilege issue.
Street cops be damned, but if you are one of the cops who protects us from those horrible citizens, we will have your back.

#5 He was wearing a nice suit, not a cop's uniform. I hope the Babbitt family sues the federal government and gets a payday like Daunte Wright's and George Floyd's family. In the millions. But I doubt that will happen. They are the wrong color.

It was a case of self defense. The ''officer'' was concealed beneath the window the retired veteran was entering. There is no way in heck I believe the DOJ either knows nor cares who the ''officer'' was. How long has it been since you took anything as fact published by the DOJ?
#1 is completely wrong about Matt Walsh. He is a very intelligent and entertaining writer and speaker and kudos to OP for posting something he has written.

#9 is right, a law suit against the US Government by the victim’s family would most likely start with discovery proceedings where the Government would have to make the shooter’s identity known to the plaintiffs. However the chances of them ever getting a non bias jury in DC in such a racially charged case is very doubtful.

Say his name:

If he'd been fired after his restroom snafu, Ashli would be alive today.

This cannot be allowed to stand. Ashli Babbitt was one of us. The Republican Party should force justice to had on this issue. No holds barred.
