Thirteen states are joining forces to sue President Joe Biden’s administration over his power grabbing American Rescue Plan which banned states from cutting taxes if they received COVID-19 relief funds. The Daily Caller reports: “The 13-state coalition argued that the provision included in the Democrats’ $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package preventing states from cutting taxes if they accept relief from the federal government is unconstitutional. The coalition, led by Republican West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, filed the federal lawsuit Wednesday evening in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.”In a statement released on Wednesday, Morrisey said, “Never before has the federal government attempted

Since Blue states ignore Fed laws Red States must ban together against this fraud regime.

All 50 states should sue Old Joe. He is a fraud, liar, and a disgrace to our country.

The SALT (State And Local Tax) tax limits are what to keep and eye on - if they've not been reversed yet by Biden's phone and a pen already. Talk about getting a subsidy.

I'm hoping that the governors and state attorneys general who take on the Biden administration in court become wildly popular, so that more and more states will see their officials do the same. A Ron DeSantis in every state, that's my dream. Or at least in every Republican state.

Thank goodness for this action. #6, I agree. Let’s hope that we see more of this. We cannot just roll over and give the democrats free reign. We must fight back against this illegitimate cabal of criminals.

I like seeing states banning together on law suits.
Secession seems to be the only solution to this mess.

Jim had better fuel mileage if they drove at a faster rate od sped than 45.y Carter, during his dismal presidency, lowered sped limits nationally, 55for cars, 45 for trucks. (He changed the truck rule because truckers argued that they had better fuel mileage at speeds higher than 55.)
How did Carter do it? He threatened to cut highway funds to states that didn't reduce their sped limits.
libby Dole, under Reagan, forced states to increase drinking age to 21, with the same threat.
Wil Chief Judas John Roberts and his merry band of leftists support Biden on this matter?
I don't know.

A bit of a coincidence that 13 colonies threw the British off our backs through violent revolution. This could be an encouraging sign. DO NOT give up your scary black rifles, it's all we have left.

Good to see. But, who or what is actually being sued by the states. Biden the cheater can't be sued in the form of civil and criminal claims in the discharge of his duties as president. Of course he is impeachable by the House and can be convicted in the Senate. But, this is only political theater. So this leaves suing biden the cheater for criminal acts he committed as a private citizen. Good luck with that because his China shenanigans sure haven't drawn much attention.

I’m glad to see that my state is on the list. #13, it is possible to sue the president and his administration - the demonrats did it all the time to President Trump. They are not so much suing him as they are suing against the bill.
And, BTW, people, it’s banding together, not banning together.

One step at a time folks....every American... whether politician or citizen must do their part in calling out these outrageous dictates...pass the words to everyone...cross your arms and say..."says who?"...the democrats want control...but... they can only RULE if the people are willing to listen... and WE are not listening...any democrat that will allow small children to be brutalized at the border must be called out... that includes nervous nancy and chuckie schummer ...and let's add dickie durbin of Illinois...aoc is a twit and doesn't deserve mention...

Our new adopted state, Idaho, should be on this list. But they are still fighting in Boise whether to cut the grocery sales tax and the ever increasing property taxes. Prices of homes here have shot up 200% in the last year with Idaho becoming the fastest growing state (refugees from CA, Oregon, Washington's tyranny) and with the home prices increasing so have the property taxes gone sky high. But the politicians (rino) in Boise are having a hard time cutting taxes, even though we have a surplus of over 600 MILLION DOLLARS in the State Treasury. Talk about greedy

Biden and his Ho want to grant 15 million illegals welfare and voting rights.
Democrats don't care the millions of Americans are living in tents and have nothing to eat.
Trump won the 2020 election.
It was stolen from him thru fraud and fake ballots.
Trump should have never, never conceded!

Even worse, Biden&Ho propose to increase the business tax fron 21% to 28%. In the words of the great Donaldjtrump.com: “Biden’s policy would break the back of the American Worker with among the highest business tax rates in the developed world. Under Biden’s plan, if you create jobs in America, and hire American workers, you will pay MORE in taxes—but if you close down your factories in Ohio and Michigan, fire U.S. workers, and move all your production to Beijing and Shanghai, you will pay LESS. It is the exact OPPOSITE of putting America First—it is putting America LAST!2

I feel like I live in an alternative universe. How evil do you have to be to concoct laws like this? We need to find the low-life, progressive woke staffers who make this stuff up (it sure as heck doesn't come from Congressmen or Senators) and corral them. Perhaps cutting Congress' budget is the way to go, after we institute term limits.
