Thirteen states are joining forces to sue President Joe Biden’s administration over his power grabbing American Rescue Plan which banned states from cutting taxes if they received COVID-19 relief funds. The Daily Caller reports: “The 13-state coalition argued that the provision included in the Democrats’ $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package preventing states from cutting taxes if they accept relief from the federal government is unconstitutional. I'm hoping that the governors and state attorneys general who take on the Biden administration in court become wildly popular, so that more and more states will see their officials do the same. A Ron DeSantis in every state, that's my dream. Or at least in every Republican state.

Jim had better fuel mileage if they drove at a faster rate od sped than 45.y Carter, during his dismal presidency, lowered sped limits nationally, 55for cars, 45 for trucks. (He changed the truck rule because truckers argued that they had better fuel mileage at speeds higher than 55.) How did Carter do it? He threatened to cut highway funds to states that didn't reduce their sped limits. libby Dole, under Reagan, forced states to increase drinking age to 21, with the same threat. Wil Chief Judas John Roberts and his merry band of leftists support Biden on this matter? I don't know.

Good to see. But, who or what is actually being sued by the states. Biden the cheater can't be sued in the form of civil and criminal claims in the discharge of his duties as president. Of course he is impeachable by the House and can be convicted in the Senate. But, this is only political theater. So this leaves suing biden the cheater for criminal acts he committed as a private citizen. Good luck with that because his China shenanigans sure haven't drawn much attention.

Our new adopted state, Idaho, should be on this list. But they are still fighting in Boise whether to cut the grocery sales tax and the ever increasing property taxes. Prices of homes here have shot up 200% in the last year with Idaho becoming the fastest growing state (refugees from CA, Oregon, Washington's tyranny) and with the home prices increasing so have the property taxes gone sky high. But the politicians (rino) in Boise are having a hard time cutting taxes, even though we have a surplus of over 600 MILLION DOLLARS in the State Treasury. Talk about greedy

In the words of the great “Biden’s policy would break the back of the American Worker with among the highest business tax rates in the developed world. Under Biden’s plan, if you create jobs in America, and hire American workers, you will pay MORE in taxes—but if you close down your factories in Ohio and Michigan, fire U.S. workers, and move all your production to Beijing and Shanghai, you will pay LESS. I feel like I live in an alternative universe. How evil do you have to be to concoct laws like this? We need to find the low-life, progressive woke staffers who make this stuff up (it sure as heck doesn't come from Congressmen or Senators) and corral them. Perhaps cutting Congress' budget is the way to go, after we institute term limits.

The White House's decision to push twin sprawling infrastructure packages is complicating its pathway to passage and the Biden administration's messaging strategy. President Joe Biden unveiled his monster $2.25 trillion "American Jobs Plan" in Pittsburgh Wednesday, along with a corporate tax hike framework as administration officials said another massive spending bill would soon follow. But the White House's decision to divide the packages, bundled together as part of the "Build Back Better" infrastructure platform on which Biden campaigned, so far is confusing lawmakers, lobbyists, and experts alike. The president's generous "infrastructure" definition not only means he has plenty of what Republicans see as poison pill spending
