Alaska Republican Kelly Tshibaka leads Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) by double digits in the race for one of the state’s Senate seats, according to a poll released Monday.
Tshibaka, a former Alaska Department of Administration commissioner, leads Murkowski by roughly 15 points, or 33.6 points, to Murkowski’s 18.8 percent. Democrat Al Gross polls at 17.6 percent, and Alaska Independence Party John Howe polls at 5.7 percent, with 21.1 percent of voters remaining undecided. The survey, conducted by Cygnal, found that Murkowski’s polling has plummeted since she voted to impeach President Donald Trump.Across all voters, only 33 percent have a favorable image of the Alaska Republican, and 63 percent

The Murkowski woman lost the GOP primary last time she was up for reelection and still won in the general. Demonrats, knowing their candidate had no chance, crossed over and elected her over the man who beat her in the primary. The demonrats knew that she is a progressive loon and, while not as insane as their preferred candidate, would do far more to advance their preferred idiocy than the GOP candidate.

She's only a Republican because her daddy was a Republican, and Alaska rarely sends Democrats to Congress. She's not the first liberal to sneak into office under the Republican label, but hopefully is the last.

She will run as an independent to make the Democrat win. But then how could you tell the difference. Voters of Alaska got their work cut out.

I don't think that is correct... if my mind recalls correctly, she was beaten in the GOP primary... she instituted a "write in" campaign while trashing the conservative as "extreme"... she won the democrat vote and split the republican vote in the general election. We cannot let that happen again.

Are there no men able to run for political seats in this country? We don't need more women in politics unless the goal is to become a communist country.

Murkowski will be ramping up yet another write in vote scheme like she did before.

All it will take would be a couple of rallies by president Trump and she'll be gone forever.

Lisa "Bridge To Nowhere" Murkowski wants power at all cost. Expect some DemocRATS to campaign for her in return for favors.

Kelly be careful, Mitch McConnell is going to support lefty trash Murkowski! I suggest you all drop a note to aging mumbles and make it clear we want Murkowski out, if she remains we want him out. I personally can't wait that he and his wife take a long one way trip to China and stay there!

Is it still in bad taste to wish that certain people would just die? My list is growing and I'm pretty ashamed of it.

I stopped donating to the RNC but still return their postage paid envelope with a note indicating as long as the RNC keeps supporting RINO's Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney and Liz Chaney, I won't be sending in any more contributions. I will however donate directly to the campaign of any MAGA Republican running against incumbent RINO's.

Alaskans are contrarians, by nature. That's why some of them live there.
Let's hope Murkowski doesn't polka her way to reelection.
(Dementia Jo's fake victory hurt Alaska tremendously. I hope they remember that.)
