The USA has a large population group who are really feral animals who want to be treated as exceptional ethnic and racial Royalty by the modern majority population that makes the country go. The leftist Democrats are pleased as punch to cover for and enlarge that feral population in return for their votes.

It will in all likelihood be available for free through smartphones. Vaccinated Americans will be able to flash a scannable code while those who do not have phones could print out a code on a piece of paper, according to The Washington Post.
