President Biden lost his train of thought a couple of times, but didn’t melt down in any significant way in his first presidential press conference. He called on only 10 reporters in roughly an hour and 15 minutes. All of the reporters called upon were friendlies, some of whom, especially NPR’s Yamiche Alcindor, seemed to be helping him present his narrative. (snip) he stuck closely to a list of reporters on whom he would call (snip) when he answered, he read the answers from notes in front of him. Not just facts and figures, but prepared answers. (snip) he didn’t seem to shuffle through his notes at all.

There was another time in U.S. history when a president was incapable of serving. His name was Woodrow Wilson, and he had had a stroke, a debilitating one. He never recovered. (snip) A little more than a century later, history is repeating itself -- sort of. President Joe Biden is functionally incapable of discharging his duties. Robotically signing executive orders doesn’t count. (snip) But disaster is in the making. The cabal-manufactured border crisis and its drive to end America’s energy independence are “destroying our country,”

Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski have once again betrayed the American people and voted to confirm one of the most insidious persons ever nominated to a Cabinet position, "Rachel" Levine. He will now be the assistant secretary of health. Levine was as toxic as N.Y. Gov. Cuomo when it came to rendering Pennsylvania nursing homes super-spreaders of COVID, but he put his own mother in a hotel. (snip) The question of the day is, why have any Republicans voted to confirm any of Biden's Cabinet appointees? Every one of them has been chosen not for his expertise in any sphere of influence, but for his radicalism

The common assumption on the right is that Joe Biden has been endlessly rehearsing answers to questions that will asked by friendly reporters when President Biden holds his first-ever presidential press conference. But his response to a question shouted out to him yesterday raises a couple of alternative possibilities to consider.
According to Peter Doocy, the White House correspondent for Fox News, “Somebody shouted out to Biden ‘how are you getting ready for your press conference’ and he said: ‘What press conference?’” (snip) are there any reporters that will ask Biden questions more difficult than his favorite ice cream flavor?

At less than 100 days in, Trump-haters have imposed growing disasters on the country. Trump-hating voters cared about one thing and it wasn’t the success of Operation Warp Speed, a strong economy, or peace in the Mideast. Bad Orange Man must go, the country, our kids’ and grandkids’ futures be damned. And we reap what we sow. (snip) So here we are. Unity? Moderation? Not in a Biden-Harris administration that brags about passing the most “progressive bill in American history.” Not in an administration driven by reversing Trump policy no matter how successful while driven by divisiveness, lies, ideology, and power.

What, exactly, are the taxpayers paying in the highly politicized and loaded-for-money wokester FBI these days?
The recent mass-shooting out of Colorado, from a murder-spewing freak they knew about, would suggest nothing. While they were out there busy looking for 'white supremacists' this admitted refugee from Syria was making plans to kill.
And he's not the first. (snip) the politicization of the bureau seems to be going hand in hand with the increased money and personnel being larded onto the bureau.
The FBI's annual budget as of 2020 stands at more than $9.3 billion, with 35,500 personnel

President Biden fell three times while climbing the steps to Air Force One. What’s most noteworthy about this is that he had a firm grip on the handrail throughout (snip) A simple web search reveals that 44% of Americans between the ages of 75 and 84 have some form of dementia. Biden’s family doctor, or even the White House physician, would have advised that changes in routine and environment, as well as increased stress, can make dementia symptoms worse.
Why did he do it? Well, I have a theory: Promises made but not yet kept.

The Democrats, whipped into a frenzy by shootings in Atlanta and Boulder, are once again coming for the Second Amendment. The Constitution, the relative rarity of mass shootings, the overwhelmingly positive use to which people put guns – none of that matters. The Democrats want an unarmed population and they will use whatever opportunity presents itself to achieve that goal.
Joe Biden freely professed his ignorance about events in Boulder but was certain that taking guns from law-abiding citizens was the fix

The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JPCA) is a bait-and-switch attempt that claims to help conservative news sources but would instead purge them from the marketplace of ideas. Congress should reject it for the freedom-killer it is.
JCPA would give media companies — broadcast and print — an exemption from federal antitrust laws, so they can operate in a coordinated fashion to negotiate prices that social media companies like Facebook would have to pay them to carry their content. It would ensure that these tech billionaires would have to direct some of their riches into content providers.

Nearly a year ago, after COVID hit us hard, I spent my endless at-home time online, looking at whatever I could find on pandemics. I found one treatise on possible methods of dealing with a pandemic. One method was presented as a cautionary tale about how not to treat a pandemic – and naturally, it was a template for 2020’s treatment protocols (snip) It then describes a world with national leaders imposing draconian rules and restrictions, from face masks to temperature checks. “Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified

The American Left and its wholly owned subsidiary, the Democrat party, has declared war on America by openly and ruthlessly attacking American society, its norms and foundational principles. While they previously had been somewhat restrained in their efforts to transform the nation, any pretense of subtlety has now been abandoned. Consequently, their asinine and self-indulgent theories and totalitarian tactics are on display for all to see. Yet this coterie of the credulous does not grasp the irrational absurdity of many of their cultural and societal pronouncements.

It begins. Faster than anyone anticipated.
As Joe Biden falls 3 times in a light breeze boarding Air Force One, the latest sign of dementia he presents, and as his first-ever press conference looms next week, the public is being prepared for a transition of power to Kamala Harris. The gay conservative site Outspoken reports that it has received leaked emails revealing: …the White House is shifting toward a communication strategy that seeks to elevate Vice President Kamala Harris in all official White House business.
