Minneapolis—Minnesota's largest school district will pay $300,000 to settle a discrimination lawsuit with a transgender student who was barred from using the boys' locker room, school officials and supporters of the student said Tuesday. The Anoka-Hennepin School District also agreed to make several policy changes, including a rule that allows every student to use all facilities consistent with their gender identity, along with a complaint procedure and prohibition on reprisals.(Snip) The student swam for Coon Rapids High School in 2015-16 and had used the boys’ locker room for much of that season, his attorneys said. That February, the school board stepped in

Comments:

More of the usual devilry from the ACLU. And yet, even with the $300,000 (minus the all-important attorneys' fees), she will never be a man. May as well target the town next; a place named Coon Rapids in 2021? Come on, man! Line up the victims howling in pain about this terrible insult.

Any of you out there still question Governor Noem's refusal to sign the SD bill as it's currently written? In her words, "The bill that my legislature gave me is a trial lawyer's dream." There are better ways to fight this madness than rush bad legislation into law and then have to live with the unintended consequences, and she's pursuing them.

This is a clear example of how the left changes our laws without the consent of the people. They have one of their own sue them, then settle out of court by paying the leftist miscreant with our money and changing the legal requirements without ever getting a law or even an administrative rule passed. Other people get a say when they do it the right way. The judge who okays this travesty is violating his/her oath of office, his/her sworn duty to the Constitution and violating the very same laws they are sworn to uphold and support. The judge, the "plaintiff" and the "defense" are each and all guilty of Sedition. Our "legal" institutions will not hold them accountable. Due to the obvious and total failure of our own government to hold miscreants accountable, even at the very top, even with overwhelming evidence, our formerly legitimate government has failed the Free American People. As such, every Free American Citizen has the right and moral obligation to seek out and destroy the Seditionists by any means necessary. The last time the Democrats did this we called it The Civil War. If we put them down at fast enough and hard enough at every opportunity, we may be able to spare ourselves another Civil War. Know in your hearts that blood must be spilt when the institutions of justice have become so corrupted that KNOWN INNOCENTS are terrorized by the FBI and wrongly and vengefully prosecuted by judges who are supposed to be neutral arbiters and that KNOWN CRIMINALS are never held accountable. In this news article at least 3 targets have self-identified as Seditionists. By any means necessary, we need to save our Republic.
