Sean Hannity’s show on Monday had an exclusive with reporter Sara Carter who interviewed farmers that are angry and frustrated at President Biden over the COVID-19 relief package that awards billions in debt relief to farmers of color. The farmers called the package “divisive.” Biden signed the $1.9 trillion bill last week. The debt relief for farmers is premised on race-based criteria which makes no sense to these farmers.“I’m sorry, but I was raised to not see color and not to see race, but to see the character and the person’s heart,” Tennesse farmer Kelly Griggs said to Sara Carter. “That’s how I was raised, that’s how

Sadly, as white families were raising their children to not see skin color, black families were raising their children to see nothing but.

Just guessing but I suspect you can qualify as a farmer nowadays if you own a couple of tomato plants.....assuming you got the right pigmentation going for ya.

A farmer is a farmer regardless of racial make up.
What happened to the idea that we have equal protect under the law regardless of race, color, or creed???
This is nothing but reverse racism with our tax money from people who sold U.S. out

Our politicians learned long ago that we will tolerate circumnavigation of the rule of law, and the directly expressed will of the people. We didn't elect Bernie Sanders but we are getting reparations and wealth equity regardless. Sure they have had to go through verbal contortions, careful branding focused on emotions, but we are getting the socialist dream nonetheless.
If they had Scandinavian social program laden style in mind we could survive, but that's a decoy. They are going full blown totalitarianism with the blending of lines between the big private corporate and government worlds following the fascist model. We are experiencing our own version of Nazification. Political correctness has yielded to cancel culture which is a euphemism for our Nazification. I'm sure you will find that the Nazi's believed themselves to be "awakened" or the woke of their time.

The text is clearly race-based and therfore unconstituional:
(5) Socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher
The term "socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher" means a farmer or rancher who is a member of a socially disadvantaged group.
(6) Socially disadvantaged group
The term "socially disadvantaged group" means a group whose members have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice because of their identity as members of a group without regard to their individual qualities."

I would bet that Tennesse farmer Kelly Griggs voted for Biden.
Elections have consequences. Biden has a debt to pay to blacks who voted for him.
He has no such debt to pay for the idiot white votes.

It's easy in today's USA just 'claim' your race is black and call yourself Leroy Jones. Tell the government the last flood washed your crop away. This was done with the Pigford Act for farmers. I know a person of color who took advantage of it and didn't have a farm. He leased a tractor, bought bags of seeds, leased and acre of land and waited for a heavy rain. At the time he worked with me at an oil company he had the same job that I did. This is so wrong.

How is this any different from what the government did in Zimbabwe? The "farmers of color" were given all of the farms stolen from the white farmers. Now everybody is starving. That is our future if these farms are shut down here. Or is that the intention?

Well, since Susan Rice is Biden's czar of domestic policy. I see her grubby fingers all over this garbage. I know there are a lot of blacks who support President Trump and his policies but this anti-white racism is getting old and I fear, many blacks will get caught up in this if things heat up.

It’s kind of like unconstitutional to favor one racial group with government money over all other Americans, and is like the Congress relieving all Black people from having any tax liability in the future. The aggrieved farmers should go to court on the matter and when it comes gets to the Supreme Court, if that court can find the intestinal fortitude, those sections of the so-called stimulus law should be found to be unconstitutional with the debts being reinstated.

Where are the legal groups filing lawsuits against this bill? If the Republicans had passed a bill as this there would be a line of attorneys already with a judge already in place to strike this down. Republicans had better learn how to fight>

Since Oblabber we have seen people who have borrowed money have their debt wiped out:
Mortgage borrowers
Student borrowers
Farm business borrowers
Pension funds geting bailed out
None of which the vast majority of the rest of the country benefits from. It feels like a pressure cooker of disgust getting turned up hotter and hotter.

If, when, some person or group, as in class action lawsuit, does take this to court, they should argue that the USDA move to supposedly fix the error of bias, is repeating the same error, as long as they are cherry picking groups to appease with the relief money. The relief should be for EVERYONE.

There's a reason Democrat politicians don't want you to judge people by " character and the person’s heart..."

There is your 'systemic racism', just switched around to be against whites now.
I wonder if it is even possible to do a anti-racial bias lawsuit in favor of a white person in our corrupted courts?
