Judge Rules Miss USA Can Exclude
Transgender Women

Original Article

A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit brought by a transgender woman who accused Miss United States of America of discriminating against her after they denied her the right to compete because she was not a biological female, according to reports. Pageant contestant Anita Noelle Green sued Miss U.S.A in December of 2019 after she alleged the pageant denied her application and refunded her entry fees on the day she applied. The Miss U.S.A pageant only allows “natural born biological females” to compete, according to a Motion to Dismiss filed by the pageant. The pageant argued that under the First Amendment it has rights to free association.

See? That was easy. Separate competitions for men and for women. It´s basic -- and very obvious -- biology. If the LGBTQ community wants to have another competition for trans contestants, then go for it! No one says they can´t. One snag: the name "Miss USA" is already taken. Come up with another name if you want to host a contest. Then again, this isn´t about any damned contest, it´s about stirring up trouble and whining about all the "hate."

It's not a good sign that these cases, which ought to be enforceable by mores, not laws, even get as far as court. There are abundant judges who wouldn't rule as Judge Mosman did. In a different place and circuit the pageant wouldn't have won this incredibly easy, common sense case. With the 2020 Olympics most likely coming up in 2021, I await the inevitable. Speaking of inevitable, if an biological male appears in the Olympics claiming to be female, say, in track and field, he ought to have his gym shorts pulled down to his shoes on worldwide television. Ridicule is the best way to deal with these panjandrum, DNA-denying cheaters.

I wouldn't rule out a transgender winning the contest given the leftists who are chosen as judges these days. They'll bend over backwards to "send a message" to middle America that mentally-ill people who want to mutilate their bodies are "perfectly normal."

The Biden administration has managed to quickly duplicate the Obama administration's disastrous foreign policy of appeasement. Now it's busy copying its opposition campaign. One of the dumber campaigns by the Obama administration was Operation Rushbo. Operation Rushbo was a campaign by Obama's people to target Rush Limbaugh personally, as the most outspoken voice in the conservative movement, and to, seemingly 'destroy' the conservative movement by making Limbaugh into its public face. [SNIP] Now, the Biden administration has decided to relaunch Operation Rushbo to target Tucker Carlson.

The Justice Department and FBI are gathering evidence to try to build a large conspiracy indictment against members of the Oath Keepers for their roles in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, according to people familiar with the matter, but the group’s sometimes fractious and fantasy-laden internal workings may complicate efforts to bring such a case. In the wake of the short-lived insurrection, the Oath Keepers is the most high-profile, self-styled militia group in the country. While members use the jargon and trappings of a paramilitary organization, in daily practice they are often more akin to a collection of local chapters with a similar, conspiracy theory-fueled ideology..."

The media loves to churn out, "What we don't talk about when we talk about X" pieces. Those pieces are invariably talking about the things that the media talks about non-stop. Meanwhile, many of the things that it does talk about have notable omissions. Anti-Asian hate crimes are constantly talked about, but not who's committing them. Oakland’s Chinatown had suffered over 20 attacks against the elderly and women in two weeks. The wave of attacks against Asian people in Oakland, like the previous attacks in New York that I documented, are being carried out by minorities with a criminal record, not by conservatives.

I have been telling parents for decades that sending a child to almost any college is playing Russian roulette with his or her values. But it is a different version of Russian roulette. In the traditional version, only one of the gun's six chambers contains a bullet. In the college version of Russian roulette, 5 of the 6 chambers contain a bullet. If your child attends almost any university in America (or Canada or anywhere else in the English-speaking world), the odds are that your child's decency, intellectual acuity, faculty of reason, character and moral compass will be damaged, perhaps permanently.
