An elderly California man has died from injuries suffered when he was punched in the face by a robbery suspect who prosecutors claim has a history of targeting older Asians. Seventy-five-year-old Oakland resident Pak Ho suffered a traumatic brain injury and brain damage after being knocked to the sidewalk from a single punch in the Tuesday attack. He died Thursday, and his alleged attacker, Teaunte Bailey, 26, now faces murder charges, police said.(Snip) The career criminal’s court-ordered GPS ankle monitor also reportedly placed him at the scene of the crime. In addition to the upgraded special circumstances murder charge,

Comments:

Unlike the string of violent random bias attacks fomented by Racist Gay Barry targeting WHITE people, the same attacks against Asians merit headline coverage and a special reprimand from President Placeholder. New Americans cannot credit bLACK people for these attacks because our Marxist critical race theory says all evil stems from Caucasians. Also, the bureaucrats responsible for releasing a dangerous repeat felon to home confinement should be charged as accomplices.

A convicted FELON out and about, committing more FELONIES. In an earlier, arguably wiser, age, a conviction for a FELONY was rather quickly followed by an execution. Often a public one. Cuts down on the number of career criminals and improves the whole neighborhood.
