These Are the Roughly 200 Businesses
Whose Leaders Are Backing Gun Control

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms launched an initiative last year aimed at providing information to Second Amendment-loving Americans. The goal was to provide a comprehensive list of companies and/or CEOs who back gun control initiatives and legislation or have anti-firearm corporate policies in place.“When we started this project last year, we were actually surprised, and in some cases disappointed, at some of the businesses we added to the list," CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb said in a statement. "We discovered several brand name businesses and corporate leaders who evidently have a nefarious agenda to limit gun rights.

Most I have never heard of. Many of them cater to the college woke crowd so not really many surprises. What they seem to forget is the purpose of a business, any business, is to make money. By taking a political stand of any kind they risk alienating people who might want to spend money there. That is bad business and the mark of a stupid owner.

You know if 500 companies support gun control measures that should not matter one bit. The second Amendment protects our right to keep and bear arms. Period. It is not contingent upon how many companies are against it. It is our right. Democrats know the procedure for changing an Amendment and know they cannot achieve their goal in that manner so they are going to chip away at it until there is nothing there. I guarantee if democrats are successful with removing our guns, the purge will begin. Never give them up because to do so would be suicide. If you ever had any doubt about democrats willingness to do such a thing, it should be crystal clear that they are willing and ready to do whatever it takes to make us submit and that is very hard to do when we are armed. A meme going around the internet is: The only reason the government would want to disarm us after 243 years is because they are planning on doing something to us that we would shoot them for.

Remember how democrats have traditionally had quite a disdain for corporations? Some democrat, maybe Bubba or Zero, wanted to make it a law that employees of a corporation had to to vote, in majority, before their corporation could donate to a political candidate. That didn't fly, so now in an about face, they have weaponized corporations, probably via extortion, against us. Foxtrot Tango Sierra.

That's a big list. Of course there will be no repercussions for them, as others have pointed out, the leftists already has them cowed. They probably see it as "the cost of doing business." If our side could get its act together we'd target just two or three of the most convenient--the weakest -- of these companies and make an example of them. ("pick a target, freeze it..." ) From then on our threats will be taken seriously and computing the "cost of doing business" will include us.

Even if you don't use them now, or would never use them in the future, there are often ways to make companies aware that their anti-2nd amendment behavior might be hurting their biz. For example, I'll be stuffing the numerous GEICO pre-paid postage envelopes that come to my address with other junk mail (sans any information that would identify me), along with a colorful note telling them why I will never be a GEICO customer.

The hypocrisy is astounding, isn't it? Not one of these companies would dare to hang out a sign in front of their buildings saying that there were absolutely "NO GUNS ARE INSIDE THIS BUILDING". In fact, their security teams carry weapons, many use armed personal body guards when traveling, etc. If they call 911, they expect police immediately .... carrying guns! Disney and HBO make movies glorifying guns and armed violence and AMC Theaters show movies that do the same ... but you shouldn't be allowed to protect YOUR home and family the way they protect theirs! President Biden criticized decisions by the governors of Mississippi and Texas to lift their state’s mask mandate as “neanderthal thinking” during a talk with reporters on Wednesday. “I hope everyone has realized by now these masks make a difference. We are on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease,” Biden said, in comments reported by Bloomberg. “The last thing, the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime everything’s fine, take off your mask, forget it,” the president added. “It’s critical, critical, critical that they follow the science…

The House canceled plans to hold a Thursday session after security officials warned of a potential plot by an unnamed militant group to breach the Capitol, according to a new report. While the Senate plans to be in session Thursday, the House will hold its final votes of the week on Wednesday evening over concerns of credible threats of violence, according to the Washington Post. Extremists have reportedly circulated threats for March 4, which they have called the “true Inauguration Day” when former President Donald Trump will be sworn in for a second term. In a memo on Wednesday, House Sergeant-at-Arms Timothy Blodgett told lawmakers that the Capitol Police.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he was "embarrassed" and "ashamed" on Wednesday over the way he behaved with women who have recently come forward to accuse him of sexual harassment. "I now understand that I acted in a way that made people feel uncomfortable, and I truly and deeply apologize for it," Cuomo said. "And frankly, I am embarrassed by it. And that's not easy to say, but it's the truth," the governor added. When asked if he would resign, Cuomo talked about the looming budget deadline of April 1 and insisted there is much at stake for New Yorkers. Another reporter asked him specifically

The House passed Democrats' massive election reform bill, the "For the People Act" on Wednesday in wake of lingering bitterness over the 2020 election and Jan. 6 Capitol attack. Republicans warned that the legislation amounts to a federal takeover of the election system that will create opportunities for fraud, while Democrats say that the longtime wishlist of reforms would expand voting access and reduce the influence of money in elections. Democrats previously passed a version of H.R. 1 — the bill number saved to signify a top priority of the majority party — in the last Congress in 2019, but it never got a vote in the Republican-controlled Senate.

US Sen. Bernie Sanders criticized the Israeli government for sending COVID-19 vaccines to foreign allies before sending them to Palestinians. Sanders was responding to a New York Times tweet stating that "Israel's vaccine donations to faraway countries have angered Palestinians who say Israel is responsible for the well-being of Palestinians in the occupied territories, where vaccines are scarce." The former Democratic presidential contender claimed in a tweet that "Israel is responsible for the health of all the people under its control. It is outrageous that Netanyahu would use spare vaccines to reward his foreign allies while so many Palestinians in the occupied territories are still waiting."

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D) said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” the Republican Party is a “cult of death.” Discussing Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) lifting the COVID-19 mask mandate, anchor Nicolle Wallace said, “It sounds like it isn’t going to work on the science side. There’s a lot of skepticism in Texas that it’s not going to work on the economic side as well. Why is he doing it?” O’Rourke said, “They literally want to sacrifice the lives of our fellow Texans, for I don’t know, for political gain? To satisfy certain powerful interests within the state? This isn’t hyperbole. You heard our lieutenant governor,

Yesterday, Texas and Mississippi announced they’d had enough of the CDC-recommended precautions to stop the spread of the China virus. We are now nearly a year into “fourteen days to flatten the curve” and “thirty days to stop the spread,” and, needless to say, none of the wishcasting by the brainiacs at CDC have had any measurable impact. In fact, the data indicates quite the opposite. Mississippi bought into the entire draconian scheme and has one of the highest death rates in the nation. Texas has blown off nearly all the restrictions on civil liberties and is right at the national average in Wuhan virus death rate.
