I&I/TIPP Poll: Just 42% Now Think Biden
Is ‘Mentally Sharp’

Original Article

Concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental abilities have gone mainstream. Although the press has largely overlooked Biden’s gaffes, his disastrous performance at a decidedly friendly CNN townhall prompted the Wall Street Journal to editorialize that Biden’s “frequent public confusion about the major issues of the day is a reason for the growing public concern.” Even the notoriously partisan “Saturday Night Live” has started to use Biden’s mental acuity as a punchline. One of the show’s characters has quipped about how “insiders are also saying that, during meetings, President Biden repeatedly uses the f-word in conversation. More concerning, the f-word he keeps using is ‘forget.’”

For most people the best measure of another persons intelligence is whether he thinks like themselves. Apparently this holds very true for the lowest 42% of the population who probably have either an information deficit or an intellect deficit or both. I have to admit that until Jimmy Carter became president I kind of thought Democrats had my interests at heart. Thanks to that man I quickly acquired a healthy amount of political cynicism and possibly even some small amount of wisdom. Then came Ronald Reagan and more recently Donald Trump and I saw how God has blessed the USA. I am aware of the saying that a Democrat is simply a person who has not yet been mugged. Well, I know that for many of us the life experience of living through the years of the Carter administration, the Obama administration and now the Biden regime is probably a stronger intellectual awakening than any single criminal victimization.

Biden is down to reading speeches written by others off teleprompters and crib sheets, beyond that Biden cannot answer questions from the media and others that would require him to give a credible and spontaneous answer. A percentage of the USA population in that respect, has been fooling themselves regarding the severity of Biden’s age related declining cognitive abilities, while the greater world thinks that Biden should be home with a bowl of soup, as it is clear to them that Biden is but a figurehead, and that the real (Presidential) decisions in the White House are actually being made in the background by top staffers who are aligned with Barack Obama.

When she hit the "complete test' button to record her score.....it switched to her 'score sheet' for the various tests that needed to be completed....showing her score as 90%. After Mark Halperin admitted the media manipulates these polls to make them more favorable to the people they like, this 42% cannot be right. It is probably more like 22% without all the manipulation. That was the biggest gaffe the media ever made in 2004, allowing Halperin to admit that on air. Nobody with a working brain trusts the media driven polls. Halperin went from being the top dog political analyst for ABC to obscurity for releasing that honesty to the nation.

Over the weekend, a song by little-known rap artist Bryson Gray leaped to No. 1 on Apple Music, supplanting the latest song by 15-time-Grammy-Award-winning Adele. More surprising is that Gray’s song – “Let’s Go, Brandon” – is a Biden-bashing tune that had so offended the delicate sensibilities of the censors at Google’s YouTube and Facebook’s Instagram that they banned the video from their platforms. The Big Brothers at YouTube said the song contained “medical misinformation” and Instagram’s excuse was that the video spread “harmful false information.” Let’s rewind the tape.

Swedish socialist economist Assar Lindbeck is semi-famous for saying that “in many cases rent control appears to be the most efficient technique presently known to destroy a city – except for bombing.” It’s becoming clearer that one of the most efficient ways to destroy the U.S. economy, outside of bombing the country, is to put Joe Biden in the White House. Economic growth in the third quarter was a meager 2%, the Commerce Department reported Thursday, the most feeble increase of the pandemic recovery. Some economists had forecast a gain closer to 3%, leaving many disappointed. As the Asia Times accurately summed it up, the U.S. “economy ground to a halt.”

While governments from Washington westward to California are forcing vaccinations on Americans whether they want the shots or not, don’t forget that policymakers want to do much the same with renewable energy. But renewables aren’t the unalloyed good we’re told they are. They have nasty downsides. The forms of energy accepted by activists and politicians as “renewable” or “green” are restricted to wind and solar. While both are renewable (and are intermittent and therefore unreliable), neither is truly green. In this editorial, we will focus on solar, just to keep things short.

President Joe Biden’s command that private businesses require their workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 is a shocking abuse of presidential power. Just as bad, by discouraging workers from staying on the job, it might tank the economy, which is already reeling from COVID-related shortages and soaring inflation. On Sept. 9, Biden announced that businesses with 100 or more employees would have to require them to be vaccinated or take weekly COVID tests to prove they don’t have the Wuhan bug.
