Explosives have gone missing from the in Twentynine Palms Marine Corps base in Southern California, the military said Tuesday. Jeff Houston of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service said a probe was launched into the missing devices, The Associated Press reported. KGTV reported last week that military officials had launched a search after some 10 pounds of C-4 vanished from the base during a training exercise. A federal judge in Texas has extended the block on President Joe Biden’s deportation moratorium for two more weeks as the case continues to play out in court.

The owners of a Minneapolis restaurant that was destroyed in the riots after George Floyd's death filed a lawsuit against the city and Mayor Jacob Frey.
In the lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County District Court on Monday, Kacey White and Charles Stotts, owners of Town Talk Diner & Gastropub, say the delay in response to the riots by the city and Frey allowed for more destruction and cost them their restaurant.
"Mayor Frey and the City's failure to control the significant (yet manageable) number of malefactors on Lake Street resulted in his failure to protect Town Talk," the lawsuit states, in part.
Twitter is considering adding subscriptions fees for some features as the company looks to diversify its revenue beyond ads, a company official confirmed Monday. "Increasing revenue durability is our top company objective. One person is in custody and multiple people are injured after a shooting at a health clinic in Buffalo, Minn.
Buffalo Police Chief Pat Budke told KSTP the shooting happened inside the Allina Clinic Crossroads campus. He said the situation was contained as of 11:42 a.m. and there is no continuing threat to public safety.
Budke added that there are victims, although "we don't know of any fatalities right now."

New legislation has emerged in South Dakota that seeks to nullify any of Joe Biden's executive orders deemed "unconstitutional" by state lawmakers.
State Rep. Aaron Aylward (R-Harrisburg) introduced HB 1194 which aims to give the state’s attorney general the authority to review executive orders from Democrat Biden and potentially override them.
According to South Dakota news station KELO-TV, the process to potentially block an executive order, and bypass congressional approval, “begins with a review by the Executive Council of the Legislative Research Board, followed by a referral from the Council to the attorney general and the governor.”
