Hubby works in radio so I’ve seen him several times in concert and enjoyed his tunes (and never paid...ha ha). I also enjoy his wife Tricia Yearwood’s cooking show. But, as is true with most “performers”, he’s a bit nits (uh, Chris Gaines). Not surprised by this at all. He was outed as leftist many years ago. Getting so I just can’t enjoy anything anymore. Thanks, Dems!

Democrats needed a country star to show support for their illegitimate President and they found one. It’s not hard when you are working with someone who can be manipulated by these evil people for their own gain. I am sure he was given the old “ you can help unite us” narrative. Frankly, I do not wish to be united with any part of the democrat party. Why would any reasonable person? They committed voter fraud, cheated to win and now want us all to just forget what they have done and worse yet, intend to do to this country. I can’t go along with it because I know who they are and what they intend for me and my family. Garth and his friends in high places can entertain all they want, but it will not change the fact that 74.5 millions of Americans had their votes nullified because the democrats could not win a fair election. To even think that we could forget what was done is a grave insult that will not be forgotten. So sing your songs, Garth. It only continues to solidify the list of people willing to appease a government that is the most lawless and corrupt in our history. Good men do not participate in evil, that’s what got us here in the first place. Far too many men and women are content to ignore evil if it benefits them.

Hubby and I have all but quit listening to current country music - it just isn't country music and the singers do not represent what country is. Hubby listens to a 70's hard rock station most days or depending on where he is, he will listen to a classic country station. Garth has a couple songs I like, but overall I never liked him.

I never got Garth Brooks. His voice is not that good. Best I can tell he is a competent guitar strummer but probably could not pick his way out of a wet paper bag. This is getting to the point of being petty. If an entertainer was contracted to perform for PDT, that's great...Medal of Freedom coming right up. Perform for Biden and it's traitorous, CD-burning, ban him behavior. He may have political beliefs that you don't share. And he's performing for the (fraudulently elected) President of the United States....like it or not. Now that's treason or a near-capital crime?

I cannot be fans of a guy who sets out to wreck his marriage and harm his kids by taking up with a nasty, singing little siren named Trisha Yearwood. Can't watch her show on Food Network either for the same reason. I care about and respect marriage enough that I just cannot ignore those who are willing to stab that marriage and family right in the heart and completely ignore the vows them made before God. Country music sold out to the pop world decades ago, when actual country music was seen as too staid and elderly by the young of this nation. So rather than stick with it, they instead abandoned their roots which came from Faith, Family and love of Country. Garth Brooks and his spouse Trisha are both trash and I just cannot support them at all.

As America says goodbye to President Trump, Democrats are doing what they do best: pushing forward, to the very last moment, with their four-year crusade to discredit, smear, and punish one of history’s truly great presidents. Having never given Mr. Trump so much as a moment of respite from their relentless torrent of defamatory lies, they have firmly secured their place in history as the pettiest, most lawless tyrants ever to defile our nation’s political landscape. Thus, it remains for the many millions of Americans who, with sober hearts and minds, are able to discern the monumental good that this president has done for the United States.

As if waiting for a stimulus check to arrive wasn't frustrating enough, now it turns out some people are throwing their $600 away. Jim Wallace almost tossed a letter he received in the mail the other day. "I received a white envelope, with clear plastic on the top left corner and in the middle," Wallace said. Nowhere was a U.S. Treasury or IRS return address in Washington, D.C. that would have indicated a stimulus payment. "There was this address here with a little seal, and it didn't look like U.S. government mail. It looked like junk mail," Wallace said.
"Mostly Peaceful" - Detaching Violence

While America burned, Democrats and their media insisted loudly that the Black Lives Matter protests were mostly peaceful. Aside from all the people dead and wounded, the $2 billion in damages across entire ruined cities, and the sheer level of devastation nationwide. Despite that, Democrats and the media claimed that the BLM riots were mostly peaceful by arguing that when considered across time and space, most of the protest activity was not violent. This was an exercise in serious hairsplitting with Democrats and the media classifying a protest as "peaceful" before it somehow "turned violent".

President-elect Joe Biden plans to unveil a sweeping immigration bill on Day One of his administration. It would provide an eight-year path to citizenship for an estimated 11 million people living in the U.S. without legal status, according to a person granted anonymity to discuss the legislation. It's a massive reversal from the Trump administration’s harsh immigration policies. The legislation puts Biden on track to deliver on a major campaign promise after four years of President Donald Trump’s restrictive policies. But it does not include beefed-up border security, which makes passage in Congress in doubt. It is set to be introduced after Biden takes the oath of office Wednesday.

The Capitol Police have over 2,000 sworn officers. A police force dedicated to protecting Capitol Hill has more personnel in its service than the police forces of most of the country. Congress' private cops are the 19th largest police force in the country. It’s a larger force than the police forces of Atlanta, Baltimore, Denver, or Milwaukee with a massive $460 million budget. It’s the only legislative federal force in the country that is answerable exclusively to Congress. While Democrats advocated defunding the police, their private police force budget shot up from $375 million in 2016 to $460 million in 2020. After the Capitol Hill riot, expect it to go higher. Much higher.

Nearly 200,000 flags have been placed on the National Mall ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, signifying the tens of thousands of people who won't be able to attend this year's ceremony. The Presidential Inaugural Committee first announced plans to install the public art display, which has flags representing all the U.S. states and territories, on Jan. 11. The display was lit up Sunday evening. Newly elected Rep. Jamaal Bowman said Monday that the U.S. Capitol riot provided Congress the opportunity to “stop spreading the myth of American exceptionalism” and seriously address systemic racism in the country. “This is a chance for all of us in Congress to sort of begin at a new baseline and stop spreading the myth of American exceptionalism and accept the fact that this is exactly who we are, and this is exactly who we’ve been throughout our country’s history,” Mr. Bowman, New York Democrat, told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes Monday evening. “Whenever there’s social progress, there’s White backlash, particularly from the people

Vice President Mike Pence is reportedly not expected to attend President Donald Trump’s military sendoff at Andrews Air Force Base on Tuesday, but he will attend President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, a source familiar with Pence’s plans told the Daily Caller. The White House declined to comment on Pence’s travel plans. Pence choosing to attend Biden’s inauguration instead of the president’s farewell would be the culmination of the growing rift between the pair. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. became the 46th U.S. president on Wednesday, completing the most daunting power transfer in recent American history. Inaugurated in a fortified Washington under the shadow of the coronavirus pandemic, the 78-year-old Democrat took the oath of office at the U.S. Capitol in front of a sparse bipartisan crowd. He enters the White House exactly two weeks after a mob inflamed by his predecessor, Donald Trump, stormed the Capitol, disrupting the transition to Biden’s administration and leaving five people dead. Biden took the oath of office from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, with his left hand on a family Bible. Biden, the oldest American president, faces swirling

If there has been one politician on these pages we have WARNED ABOUT over the years it is Senator Mitch McConnell. The Senate Majority Leader is the most conniving, cunning and Machiavellian member of the republican party. With his positions solidifying CTH warnings for well over a decade, his actions over the past several weeks now highlight the dark background of his politics. Today, McConnell took the final stab at the people’s president as Donald Trump prepares to depart the White House. The bloom is off the ruse: (Video)The institution of the modern UniParty senate chamber requires a voter to understand the shell game.

Ex-U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr said Tuesday that President Trump’s false claims that the election was stolen “precipitated the riots” at the Capitol. In his first television interview since his ouster and break from Trump, Barr blamed the violent riots on the weeks-long effort to cast doubt on President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the November vote. “That was the thing that precipitated the riots on the Hill’,” Barr told the British ITV network. Barr stopped short of accusing his ex-boss of inciting the mob of supporters, but he didn’t refute it either. “I’ll leave it to the people who are looking

Two executives involved in the early call of Arizona for Joe Biden on Election Night, angering many conservatives, are no longer employed at the cable network whose ratings took a subsequent nosedive. Both have been lightning rods for conservatives since the election. The Associated Press reports: Bill Sammon, senior vice president and managing editor at Fox’s Washington bureau, announced his retirement to staff members on Monday. On Tuesday, as part of a restructuring of Fox’s digital operations, politics editor Chris Stirewalt was let go. Fox’s decision to call Arizona for Biden took the network’s anchors by surprise and infuriated the White House, which believed the determination was premature.
