Vice President Mike Pence refused to sign on to a plan that would upend Congress certifying the election on January 6 for President-elect Joe Biden. Earlier this week, Rep. Louie Gohmert and Arizona's slate of Republican Electoral College 'electors' filed a federal lawsuit to get a judge to say Pence has the power to pick pro-Trump electors when he presides over the Congressional session where he will finalize the presidential election results. Politico reported late Tuesday night that a legal filing in the case indicated that Gohmert and the electors' lawyers had reached out to Pence in advance, trying to work out a deal - and it was shot down.

As we noted earlier, a group of patriots in Arizona held a presentation this evening outside the capitol in Arizona.
Arizona Patriots held the rally at the Arizona state capitol and their accounts were shocking.
An estimate by these patriots in Arizona is that between 160,000 and 400,000 ‘phantom’ ballots are present in Arizona’s 2020 election results: [video]
A number of ordinary Americans gave their stories of what they did and what they found out. These modern day patriots had numerous stories of voter and election fraud. One patriot for example, looked up the addresses for individuals who were listed as voting in the election

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Wednesday joined in the battle for a forensic audit of Maricopa County elections equipment and ballot images.
Mr. Brnovich filed an amicus brief in support of the Senate subpoenas.
A couple weeks ago the Maricopa Board of Supervisors voted 4-1 to refuse to comply with legislative subpoenas to turn over Dominion voting machines for a forensic audit.
Instead of supporting transparency and making sure there was a free and fair election, they filed a complaint in Superior Court.

Both Republicans and Democrats in Congress are cautioning House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) against any interference in the Iowa 2nd Congressional District election. Iowa certified the winner to be Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks over Democrat Rita Hart. The race was a nail biter. The final tally put Miller-Meeks on top by a vote of 196,964 to 196,958. Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) is under fire from Republicans after cutting millions of dollars in unemployment benefits from a state COVID-19 relief bill.
On Tuesday, Whitmer signed a massive bipartisan relief package that was easily passed by state legislators, but not before nixing a provision to provide $220 million to Michigan’s Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund. She adamantly claimed while signing the bill, the change wouldn’t affect people’s jobless benefits.
“To be very clear, this will not impact individual workers,” she stated. “General fund dollars have got to be used to fund essential services like vaccines and PPE, not to give tax breaks to big businesses right now.”

Massachusetts lawmakers on Tuesday implemented a law expanding abortion access for certain teens and mothers past 24 weeks into a pregnancy, overriding the governor’s veto of the measure. The House voted on Monday to override the veto, 107 to 46. The Senate voted on Tuesday to override the veto, 32 to 8, meaning both chambers secured the two-thirds majority needed to bypass the governor. “The ROE Act is now law of the land in Massachusetts… Beginning today, pregnant people who once faced near-insurmountable barriers accessing abortion care can now seize the right to control their own bodies,” said Sen. Jonathan Pollard, who spent 30 years in U.S. prison for spying for Israel, arrived in the country early Wednesday with his wife, triumphantly kissing the ground as he exited the aircraft in the culmination of a decades-long affair that had long strained relations between the two close allies.
Pollard was welcomed at Israel's international airport by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who presented him and his wife Esther with Israeli ID cards granting them citizenship.(Snip) Pollard was given a life sentence and U.S. defense and intelligence officials consistently argued against releasing Pollard. But after serving 30 years in federal prison, he was released

Our founders were visionary and provided ways to resolve disputed Presidential elections. Constitutional law expert Attorney Jenna Ellis, a Trump legal team member, outlined this procedure. The most straightforward solution is for the six contested states' legislatures to convene on their initiative by a simple majority vote without being called into session by a reluctant governor. Then by a resolution by a simple majority vote, reclaim their state’s electors pledged for Biden and appoint electors for Trump before Congress meets Jan. 6, 2020.
Patriots in the contested states should immediately deluge by phone, fax, and email their representative to demand the retraction of the electors pledged to Biden.

Should President Donald Trump’s election challenges fail to keep Joe Biden out of the White House, it’s a certainty that bleak days will be ahead. We’re staring into the barrel of at least four years of sclerotic economic growth.
Six days after the election, Biden, employing the Democratic Party strategy of sowing fear whenever possible, warned that the country is facing a long night.
“Before the surge in COVID cases we predicted, many predicted, and the deaths rise that we’ve seen in December … we head into a very dark winter ahead,” he said.
He also lamented the “grim” jobs

If you're from the Southeastern United States, you are very familiar with hushpuppies, and I mean the food, not the shoe. If you're not, they are a blob of cornbread dough about the size of your thumb that has been deep-fried to a golden brown. They are delicious. Tradition tells us they were often used by Southern farmers as snacks thrown to their dogs to keep them quiet while sitting down to supper. Thus the name hushpuppy.
Politicians, it would seem, have developed their own breed of hushpuppy,

One of the things elderly people are famous for is losing their filter, that little auto-edit in the brain that stops them from saying inappropriate things. Many lose their filter because they just don’t care (and good for them). Others, though, lose it because nature has cruelly attacked their brain function. The problem is exceptionally bad when the person wasn’t too bright or too filtered to begin with. And that brings us to Joe Biden, who just announced that Kamala Harris is the real President-elect.

President Donald Trump is fed up with “pathetic” Republican leaders who “only know how to lose.”The president unloaded his frustration with Republicans in a series of tweets on Tuesday as he reacted to the latest reports of “troubling discrepancies” in election data from Pennsylvania. After having the U.S. House of Representatives override his veto of the defense bill Monday, and with some GOP lawmakers publicly calling on him to concede the presidential victory to Joe Biden, Trump has understandably grown angry with his party. (Video) Trump tweeted a quote from a Fox News report that claimed a group of Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania said “200,000 more votes were counted

Nashville police were warned in 2019 that Anthony Warner was making a bomb inside his RV — but nothing was done to stop him.Warner’s girlfriend told Nashville cops on Aug. 21, 2019, that he “was building bombs in the RV trailer at his residence,” according to a report Tuesday in The Tennessean.City cops passed the tip off to the FBI and ATF. But when authorities showed up at Warren’s door no one answered, and a subsequent request to search the property was denied, The Tennessean reported. Warner’s bomb-making then continued unhindered until Christmas morning, when he detonated explosives in the vehicle and leveled a stretch of downtown Nashville.
