Lots may be going on behind the scenes that very few are aware of. Time will tell. We know the President put into place an Executive Order where he mandated that the DNI (Ratcliffe) provide a report of election interference in the 2020 election from foreign sources and then the Attorney General is mandated to provide a report on how to address this interference. The Ratcliffe report was due a week ago and may have been provided earlier. The AG’s report might also have already been provided to the President.

From the Gospel According to Luke, Chapter 2, Verses 1 through 20: And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Cæsar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judæa, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David). To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

Clement Clark Moore was born in New York City in 1779 and, long before his death 84 years later, established a reputation as a scholar. A noted lecturer and writer, he also generously supported theological education. Yet his life would merit little more than a footnote in New York’s history — except for the one poem for which he is remembered. Written for his children in 1822, it was first published (anonymously) in the Troy, NY, Sentinel the next year. The poem was, of course, “A Visit From St. Nicholas” (“The Night Before Christmas”).   ’Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

An American university student imprisoned for breaching lockdown measures in the Cayman Islands, has had her prison sentence cut in half. Skylar Mack, an 18-year-old pre-med student at Mercer University in Georgia, was arrested on 29 November after she broke Cayman Islands quarantine rules to attend her 24-year-old boyfriend Vanjae Ramgeet’s jet ski competition. Both Ms Mack and Mr Ramgeet, who is a resident on the island, were sentenced to four months in prison last week, after she pleaded guilty to breaking a 14-day isolation period required of all visitors. For the most part, Americans assume that the Vice President lacks power. The President may assign him responsibilities, but the Constitution does not. Instead, he’s the understudy, there just in case something happens to the president. Except that, in this strange year of 2020, we may learn that the Vice President is the most powerful man in America. Ivan Raiklin, a constitutional lawyer, claims that the Constitution grants Mike Pence the power to overturn a manifestly fraudulent election. On December 22, Raiklin sent out a tweet urging Pence to inform the Secretaries of State in those six contested states that, despite overwhelming evidence of fraud, certified Electors, that he cannot accept

“Put your damn mask on” said a guy three seats behind me on a Southwest Airline flight heading to Washington, D.C. to the passenger walking down the aisle. The man's mask had slid down under his nose as he negotiated his carry-on bag while holding his little daughter’s hand. I turned around to see who was making such a demand so rudely. Just as I suspected, it was the guy who came aboard sporting a full N95 mask, face shield cover and surgical gloves. Forget for a moment that the father’s mask slipping actually posed zero risk to the hazmat-protected, delusional passenger. Who appointed him

Americans increasingly live in two parallel universes, and this is a shame. One side takes it as Gospel that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won an overwhelming victory on November 3 and will take the oath of office on January 20. Another half of the population – according to a recent Rasmussen poll – believes that Donald Trump won the highest number of votes in history for the re-election of a sitting president and was cheated out of victory by overwhelming and widespread election shenanigans. An earlier poll found that even 30% of Democrats said it was likely or somewhat likely that the election was “stolen from Trump.”

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh signed off his show on a somber note, thanking listeners and saying how much he appreciates them.Limbaugh said he was making an “attempt to thank everybody in the audience, all of you, for everything you mean to me. That last call … reminds me how much I love all of you. How much I so appreciate everything you’ve meant to me and my family. You don’t have any idea.” Limbaugh, who first announced his lung cancer diagnosis in February, told listeners in October that despite some early success fighting the disease, more recent scans show the cancer was “going in the wrong direction.”

We’re all in this together. Certain truths only become clearer over time, and the importance of community, family, friends and neighbors joining forces in trying times is chief among them as we wind down the lamentable year that was 2020. That thought kept returning to the forefront of my mind as I watched Frank Capra’s classic 1946 Christmas fantasy-drama “It’s a Wonderful Life” for the first time this month.
The Real Stakes of the War on Christmas replies

This year the annual attacks on Christmas went beyond complaints about holiday salutations or public creches. Blue-state governors and mayors like California’s Gavin Newsom and government clerks like Anthony Fauci have issued diktats forbidding even private celebrations of Christmas by more than one family at a time. These orders follow on this year’s lockdown protocols that made liquor stores, pot dispensaries, and violent protests “essential,” while church services were verboten. These assaults on faith illustrate how far secularism has infiltrated our culture.

My Christmas memories are sparse – no tree, no presents, no guy in a red suit riding in a gravity-defying sleigh. That wasn’t for a Jewish kid growing up in a small town in upstate New York in the 1960s. Still, I’m warmed by the memories, even those tinged with sadness. In high school, I worked in my parents store at Christmas. They had a ladies clothing store, the elegantly named New York Hosiery and Silk Shop, on West Main Street in Johnstown, New York. I wrapped packages, rang the cash register and held the door for overburdened shoppers.

On December 16, 2020 the Justice Department issued a press release about the arrest of alleged terrorist, Cholo Abdi Abdullah, who was conspiring with other terrorists from an al Qaeda-affiliated terror organization to carry out a 9/11-style terror attack inside the United States. This substantiates a point I have made on numerous occasions, where the threats posed to America and Americans by foreign radical Islamic Terrorist organizations are concerned, the “All Clear” has most certainly not been sounded. However apparently Joe Biden and Kamal Harris never got or, more likely, never read the memo. Biden and Harris have both enthusiastically promised (threatened) to all but end immigration law enforcement

While there has been an ongoing push to get President Trump to pardon traitors like Snowden, instead the first set of pardons includes the heroes and patriots of Raven 23, Dustin Heard, Evan Liberty, Nicholas Slatten, and Paul Slough, who have been through a lot. The four decorated military veterans had been protecting a State Department official when they came under attack in Baghdad. They defended themselves and were hung out to dry. While the attack happened under the Bush administration, the Obama administration decided to make an example of them.

Dr. Thomas Frieden told CBS that 'done right immunity passports could be one of a series of things that could help us get to a new normal as soon as possible'.(Snip) In an op-ed published Monday in The Washington Post Dr Frieden wrote, alongside human rights attorney Aaron Schwid: 'As more and more people are vaccinated, it’s time to carefully design a system of “immunity passports".'
