President Trump has been deeply dissatisfied by the reluctance of the Republican establishment to support his challenges to November’s election results that he and millions of voters attribute to vote fraud. Trump has been particularly unhappy with the laissez-faire attitude of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), who has discouraged GOP senators from openly backing Trump’s effort. The president had his revenge Tuesday night when he denounced the coronavirus stimulus bill that McConnell had finally finished Monday evening and hailed as a “historic rescue package to help American families through this pandemic.” Trump demanded a “suitable” bill that includes $2,000 checks for individuals and contains no wasteful spending.

The idea was to make PDT into Grinch, or captive to "the best we could do." Mitch can stew. I suspect, however, that his majority is safe, payback for GOP/UNIPARTY silence in the Presidential election fiasco. (It also freezes out the radicals demanding the DEMs do something radical.) We discovered elections can be fixed...the two in GA will be for the GOP/UNIPARTY candidates. Back to the profiteereing!!

Immediately upon taking the oath, Kelly Loeffler will quickly make her way to the opening meeting of the Collins-Murkowski Coven where she will be welcomed with open arms as a thoughtful and moderate Republican.
I am so tired of being coerced into supporting mediocre candidates who carry the GOP name. Romney, McCain, Dole, Bush, Bush, Bush, Loeffler and Perdue are anything but conservative and yet we are nagged to vote for them. From now on I am not contributing any money to any Swampy GOP. A pox on all their houses...especially China-boy Mitch.
Hugs and kisses to President Trump!

here is an alternate COVID plan...
- Scrap the relief bill. The federal government is 27 trillion in debt and climbing.
- Declare all government imposed lockdowns illegal. All levels.
- Get back to work.
- Build herd immunity as quickly as possible.

Trumps demands make far more sense than 1.5 billion to Egypt. Several tens of millions to the Palestinians. Several million to Pakistan for gender studies and plethora of other non-related covid issues. I can think of several people that would be helped immensely by a 2k payday. Its preferable to union payoffs and state bailouts.
While I disagree with the entire package, Trump is a genius. He points out the massive pork and draws attention to Congress's disregard fir the citizens. Peanuts for us, billions for others. It puts everyone in congress in a lousey position of defending the bill. Trump may or may not win, but everyone looks bad in the process......except Trump.

President Trump does not have to do anything else with that “insider” so-called COVID relief Bill. How can the “insiders” in the Congress justify sending huge amounts of taxpayer’s money to corrupt foreign countries and give what amounts to crumbs to the hard hit American people! All Trump has to do when the bill hits his desk is put it in his pocket and forget about it until this Congress permanently adjourns making the bill meaningless.

Like Obi-Wan Kenobi said, before being struck down by the saber of the evil Darth Vader, he will come back stronger in death and exact his revenge.
Trump was “Julius Caesar’d” by his own; most notably, by The Turtle. Trump will get his revenge, the Machiavellian that he is, and with his tens and tens of millions, will yet see another day.
Trump has not yet begun to fight, but his vengeance will be swift, and certainly just.

Congress members of both parties are so careless with the taxpayers' money. A billion here and a billion there, what's the big deal? Trump should veto this monstrosity without cuts to everything not Covid-related.

Trump does what is right for the country. Trump is a good man, and is never motivated by revenge. Only the nasty Democrats do that.

#1, The biggest traitor is Kevin McCarthy. He is responsible for packing the pork and telling his republican congressman to hold the line on the original stimulus bill. He is no better than Paul Ryan or John Boehner.

"No wasteful spending" essentially kills anything that The Turtle and his brother and sister across the aisle can conjure up. Pull your belts in a bit tighter, America, the end is near.
Define "end" in any way you prefer.

Let the DC folks have some skin in the game. Suspend FICA, SS and federal income taxes for the next year or two. Of course, the printing machines will be working overtime to make sure the DC crowd gets their paycheck. However, there's a big difference between 0% interest on $30T than 20%. They might want to read up on the Weimar Republic.

I still want to know why a stimulus bill to help Americans has $250million for Palestinians.
If they are helping Americans out of work and small businesses survive, why does it take over 5000 pages ? More concerning is what somebody said about the part that takes executive authority from the President.
