Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, said Friday on Newsmax TV’s “Stinchfield” that the president’s legal team will continue filing lawsuits even after the Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit by Texas, which was backed by 17 other states and 126 House Republicans, to overturn the election results in four swing states. Giuliani said, “The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing. So the answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging some of the same facts where there would be standing and therefore get a hearing.”

Tell me this ain't happening. How many lawsuits must we make to make it stick? The good attorneys are doing everything they can to undo the WRONG for the future of AMERICA. But what are the patriots doing and are there more that can be done? Secession or Civil war? Because GOOD and Evil cannot co-exist and live happily-ever-after.

Being ignorant of the intricacies of the legal system., I was dearly hoping there was away to keep this alive, and to ultimately get to the truth.

Giuliani is a great American Patriot. Donald Trump is the greatest because he made the country proud and wealthy again.

The Suit was rejected for a Procedural reason-
Lack of Standing - Not on The Merits of the Case
I think that SCOTUS was wrong to reject the Suit
but they Indirectly Suggested that they would Accept a Suit brought to them by an Entity or Entities that Had Standing such as Citizens or Officials of the 4 Swing States in question
Sidney Powell is filing Suits from those 4 States, With Standing, she says
Never Underestimate Sidney
Be Patient
Keep The Faith
JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL

Reply 1 is so right. What we have now in America is not 2 political parties that want the best for the country and differ on the details, we do have Good vs. Evil.
The Evil Democrat Party wants to kill babies, take our money away to give to non-earners, take our guns, and invite all of South America here, just to name few things. The Democrats want to become the Dictators of America.
I'm in my 70's and it is so sad to see what this country is becoming.

God sent us Rudy! I know he means well, he's a Fighter! Maybe he can save the Day against all odds. Maybe! But I'm not holding my breath. I feel like I had the Stuffing beaten out of me by the Supreme Court decision. Not sure how much more I'm up for! I will pray for Rudy, who is no Spring Chicken, to get a win for Trump! Other than that, my TV will be off any News Stations for the Weekend. It's going to be a Hallmark weekend for me. Yes, it's Sappy and predictable, but it's what I need right now. A little Christmas Fiction and a lot of Happy Endings!

The SCOTUS knows that if they have to take this case they have to rule against Trump in order not to set the cities on fire.
They know that as upset as Conservatives are they will not riot and loot.
They claim that Texas and he other States were not harmed by what Pennsylvania did, which is ludicrous.
We are all harmed by their ignoring their own laws.
We are stuck with Joe Biden and Willie Brown's concubine.

Well, #1 and #6, wallow or be sad all you want but it will not accomplish anything but complacency and giving up. America went this way because people allowed it to go on for so long.
Liberalism = a rejection of God's ways. That is my definition of liberalism. Look at all aspects of life and liberals have had a hold on our attitudes. Hollywood & celebrities, sports figures, corrupt politicians, ineffective schools, etc., etc.
We elected Donald Trump as President of the USA in 2016 and all of the figures in above paragraph have been doing everything possible to oust him. They accomplished it in 2020 by cheating and stealing the election.
This fight is far from over. I bought a book a few years ago, Ten Tea Parties by Joseph Cummins and never opened it to read. I will now. There were a lot of brave people years ago that fought this overtake by individuals or groups. Are you willing to?

Good luck, Rudy. We hope you can win one. But, judicial has just discarded rule of law. The swamp is winning...for now, anyway.

Hallmark is not much of an escape #7. Wife and I put some on sometimes to escape. So far, all of the Christmas movies have caught the diversity bug. Homosexuals might make up 2% of the population but, from what I've seen, have 100% representation in Hallmark's latest offerings.

When I heard about the ruling, I was numb with disbelief. This morning, after a sleepless night, I am heartened by Rudy and Sidney. If they're not giving up, neither can I, neither can any of us.
Today, I plan to watch the rally on OAN. I believe Rightside Brodcasting will cover it on their youtube channel.
As for SCOTUS, I guess they feel it's more important to be on the DC cocktail party circuit than to actually follow the law. Yeah, I know about standing, etc but if votes are diluted due to fraud, who has more standing than the collective voters from harmed states??
SCOTUS --Supreme Court of the US or more commonly known now SCAM--Supreme Court Allowing Mayhem.
Please, dear God, don't let us be subjected to the rule of the mob. I fear for or kids and grandkids. Amen.

2nd post here. Complacency has plagued all of us. I am reading such irresponsible things like we should take on looting and burning like the other side, not pay our taxes, etc., etc. We cannot let the other side cause us to sin and do bad things. That is for the other side. We can be responsible, pay our taxes but start going to our city council meetings, contacting our legislators and start speaking up. I am not giving up and you should not either. God tells us not to be afraid - we will be smart about this and keep the truth going. . .

#4 has it right.
The Republican legislatures of the four states should jointly petition the SCOTUS for remedy.
Surely, they have "standing", do they not?

One thing that just occurred to me is that this Supreme Court doesn't have the backbone to even litigate this mess, there is no way in the world they will have the backbone or interest in looking at abortion.

I think the SC might be afraid of this case. Logic would overturn the election, unleashing the crazies, antifa and the Black Lives Marxists, smashing and grabbing, which is all they know what to do. All with the encouragement of the dodos at CNN.

Fight on indeed, although the uphill climb seems daunting at this point. But ultimate winners keep fighting when all seems lost. It ain't over 'til God wins.
Remember that the backdoor to unravel our Constitution was opened with Marbury v Madison Hamilton et al considered the potential problems, but many of the Framers themselves acquiesced. Their Constitution is now in peril because of the 1803 SCOTUS power grab. If we ever get another chance, this backdoor must be slammed shut. Judicial Review must end. The Constitution is what the people and the states say it is, not what any court - "Supreme" or other - says it is.

According to Scripture, God chose Donald J. Trump to become the 45th President of these United States of America. God saved President Trump from COVID-19 which suggests God is not finished with President Trump. God has a plan for President Trump. God always works to the good of things so we trust in His will and we thank Him for President Trump who has been and will continue to be a blessing to our country and to the world.
And we thank Mr. Giuliani, the Trump legal team, Sidney Powell, and Lin Wood for their patriotic dedication and perseverance on behalf of President Trump and the citizens of this country.

Stop wasting your time Rudy. The Supreme Court justices have given their final answer to fraud in a national election. They've decided to be on the side of fraud and the inner circle of D.C. and be against the Constitution.
