Georgia’s Republican House Majority Leader Jon Burns and others are calling on the secretary of state’s office to review the absentee ballot process ahead of the Jan. 5 runoff for two Senate seats.
Burns submitted a letter (pdf) signed by over 100 state House members to encourage Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger to ensure that Georgia voters “have confidence” in the state’s election process ahead of the runoff, after conflicting statements issued by Raffensberger’s office and Fulton County officials since the Nov. 3 election.
Burns and the other GOP lawmakers did not make mention of disputes over the Nov. 3 presidential election.

Smoke and mirrors , they will do anything other than their Constitutional obligation to reject this fraud election.

They get rid of the consent decree this idiot signed with the dems and Stacy Abrams. It is illegal if it was not approved by the legislature !!!

I listened to their closing statements after the testimonies, and they were mostly congratulating themselves for having the courage to hold these hearings and being nice to each other in the process. One person said the video was a game changer. What? After all the evidence of fraud, the video was icing on the cake for most of US, but a game changer for most of them. At least one said the video contradicted what they were told earlier by the SoS staff, but they needed to talk to them again. Have we heard anything about follow up on that? I haven't. They wanted the Trump team to get them the answers they had concerning the video, instead of getting those answers themselves. Only one person asked why didn't they have this tape themselves the day after the election. Another county can't find the chain of custody for absentee ballots, and the state of GA has over 250 open fraud cases, but they need a video game changer. And they still haven't done anything of substance.
A few spoke strongly about acting now and responding to their constituents, but you got the feeling most were only willing to do just so much--enough to appear to be doing something was my take. They clearly hope the SC will take this burden off their backs. There was one person who indicated that he would gladly go through another election to make this right. The SoS went ahead and certified or re-certified Fulton County, but what has the legislature done? They want to put this back on the governor and his refusal to call a session; time is on their side if they're looking to weasel out of their responsibility. If they sit on their hands and do nothing, the GA patriots need to deal with their representatives first. The only reason they'd be fixing the voting issues after the fact would be to save their own behinds.

I forgot this one: one of the reps said they needed to get help from the AG, FBI, or their state law enforcement. Where have these reps been? They sure are out of touch.

#4 I certainly hope Georgian Conservatives aren't that dumb, the future of the country rides on the Republicans holding the Senate.

Why are all of these people afraid of Fat Stacey? The Governor and Secretary of State are scared to death of her and made idiotic deals allowing her to cheat. Kemp beat her fair and square and now he gives her the tools to take over the state. You can't fix STUPID!

If this story didn't come from the Epoch Times, I'd pay more attention to it.
I got a couple of free copies of the Falun Gong Times as advertising inserts to my local paper. I was curious where their editorial offices were. The paper's masthead gave the address as 2433 De La Cruz Boulevard in Santa Clara, CA. That is a tiny building that as of last March was still the address of Michley Tivax, a company that sells portable vacuum cleaners, cases for tablet computers, wine glasses, and various other goods. Tivax has since moved to Mountain View, CA according to its website.
I'll say one good thing about the Falun Gong folks: they hate the Chinese Communists. That's all I have to say for them, though.

Hey, I have a surprise for you morons in the GA legislation, you can have one because you are the legislators. Do it now. You don't need approval from anyone.

Over many embarrassments, the most egregious one Georgia lawmakers must acknowledge is that signatures were not verified. Such negative headlines. Why are we observing mass complacency? They are silent because they want to help but are too afraid. But they aren't afraid for their lives being attacked or their homes being surrounded. They are afraid of not knowing how they can possibly say something positive to their constituents without being embarrassed in front of them. Well hey! They can't. The human mind does not work very well under those constraints. But there is hope. It is true that embarrassment is the great silencer of even a well planned speech; unless, of course, unless it is the topic of the speech. The only way out is go through it publicly, transparently and with bull horns in hand. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY EMBARRASSING ELECTION PROCESS for all of us, they should admit it. Hiding their part in it only makes it bigger, and last longer. Confronting what each is embarrassed about, what to do about it and seeking forgiveness from all of us will unite all of us. Now that would make for some positive headlines.

#4 - Not staying home! We will vote on Jan. 5th and then we'll sort all this $@!& out later -- trust me -- once the dust settles, there will be hell to pay over how all of this has played out, but we have to save the Republic first. I can assure you that both Kemp and Raffensperger will be one-termers in their respective offices.
