Sen. Chris Coons is calling for sweeping federal court reform following Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court, saying there are “hundreds” of President Trump-appointed judges in the lower courts who are too right-leaning to be “allowed to sit peaceably.” Mr. Coons, Delaware Democrat and member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, made the comments during an appearance Monday night on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show,” saying Democrats need to have “a wide-open conversation about how we rebalance our courts.” “Yes, the two Supreme Court seats that have been stolen

So he wants to "rebalance" the courts. Especially when they are called upon to consider "gun safety" laws.

Lets use Emmet G. Sullivan as the standard, show us evidence that ideology is violating legality. There is a line where Political Rhetoric crosses into criminal Sedition. Coons crossed it a long time ago.

"Sit peaceably"? Go straight to hell, Senator Coons, you vile venom dispenser. What in the blazes is that supposed to mean? Is the evil senator encouraging his brain damaged minions to follow Maxine Waters' instructions? That means to get in their faces everywhere they go until they leave public life in terror, mau-maued underneath some cosmic rock that could serve as a safe place from leftists who'd like to kill them in the street. The reason honorable Americans won't get rid of their firearms is precisely because of totalitarian wannabes like Coons, who ought to be given a plumeopician ride out of DC. That means tied to a rail, dripping tar and feathers. Deal Lord, how comprehensively evil some Democrats have become. If anything Coons's colleague Mazie is worse. They're the worst people in America.

Coons was a mediocre New Castle County Executive when asked to "take one for the team" by the Dems and run against Mike Castle for Senate Seat vacated by Biden. When the kooky Christine O'Donnell beat Castle in the primary, the seat became a shoe-in for Coons. He has since become Biden's handmaden.

That doesn't get hooked up in the moderation filters. I guess they are totally okay with the judicial activists illegally ruling on things based not on law, but their own bias? Using Coon's logic, I would offer that there are far too many left-leaning judges, Congressmen, military officers, journalists, and US citizens who are allowed to bully, lie, cheat, and do anything to acquire political power to be allowed to sit peaceably in our constitutional republic. My biggest takeaway for this election season is wondering just how so many people-people we all know-have been so successful at abandoning their common sense and adopting a monolithic Liberal Hivemind. How could so many people be brainwashed into pulling for the Democrats, when they are actually going against their own best interests? This is the mystery of the 21st century.

Balance on the courts would be defined as justices that uphold the law and constitution. The same judges would equally apply the law, regardless idealology. Anything else is partisanship. Democrats dont want balance in the law or ideology. They want a judicial system that advances their agenda, regardless the law or constitution.

He means that in addition to the Supreme Court, all circuit courts will be expanded in size to obtain a liberal majority, hence the conservatives will be facing an unfair fight on every politicized issue. It is the same principle as Gerrymandering by changing congressional districts from red to blue. The end-result of all of the Dem plans, including adding four Senate seats and adding 20 million new voters, is one-party rule to complement a one-party press. Within two years, the Republicans will be marginalized to a permanent minority, scorned, rebuked, chastised and driven from the the public debate. If we want to keep our jobs or get into college, we will need to get along to go along.

Mr. Walton and his family live on a Niger farm near the border with Nigeria. He was reportedly being held for ransom after his abduction Oct. 26. Defense Department officials offered little detail on the specifics of the mission but said that allies in Africa assisted with the operation. Officials also indicated that no ransom was paid to recover Mr. Walton.

No one, including me, will believe Texas is truly in play unless and until it’s called for Biden on election night. It’s not just decades of Republican domination informing that, it’s the fact that it’s one of the few “battlegrounds” this year where Trump continues to lead in the polls. RCP has him up by an average of 2.3 points and FiveThirtyEight’s model gives him a two-thirds chance of winning. We all have firm expectations of what an election in Texas looks like. Turnout tends to be low because there’s no point in voting. We all know who wins in the end. So what do we do

Everyone laughs at this. There is a truth to our line, though, one that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with: the truth that we ultimately have no idea who—rather than what—is growing inside my belly.
