'Unmasking’ probe commissioned by Barr

The federal prosecutor appointed by Attorney General William P. Barr to review whether Obama-era officials improperly requested the identities of individuals whose names were redacted in intelligence documents has completed his work without finding any substantive wrongdoing, according to people familiar with the matter. The revelation that U.S. Attorney John Bash, who left the department last week, had concluded his review without criminal charges or any public report will rankle President Trump at a moment when he is particularly upset at the Justice Department.

Comments:

So, here we have it. The dims will skate. While this disclosure comes from US Attorney John Bash who left the DOJ last week, the disclosure essentially reflects what AG Barr would also say. What a disgrace and embarrassment for the nation. Meanwhile, Gen. Flynn can't get the dim monkeys off his back. Spygate - the perfect crime.

Here we have the elites who care nothing about the law, integrity and justice versus the little guy out here in flyover country who still holds to the principles of equal justice under the law. Are we just a bunch of chumps out here who put our faith in people who do not deserve it? The consequences of this inability to hold individuals responsible for wrongdoing is doing grave damage to the Republic. #17 -- Democrat vote stealers are getting greedy. At least when pros, like LBJ stole elections, he'd salt in at least one vote for his opponent. The story of Box 13 in Jim Wells County (1948 Dem Senate Primary) is that two hundred votes were added at the end of the voting rolls, all just voting in the Senate primary. 199 were for LBJ. The last one was for his opponent.

McConnell warned Republican senators Tuesday during a private caucus call not to object to the election results on Jan. 6, according to two sources familiar with the matter. McConnell told his caucus that challenging the results would force Republicans to take a “terrible vote” because they would need to vote it down and appear against President Donald Trump.

The Capitol Police have over 2,000 sworn officers. A police force dedicated to protecting Capitol Hill has more personnel in its service than the police forces of most of the country. Congress' private cops are the 19th largest police force in the country. It’s a larger force than the police forces of Atlanta, Baltimore, Denver, or Milwaukee with a massive $460 million budget. It’s the only legislative federal force in the country that is answerable exclusively to Congress. While Democrats advocated defunding the police, their private police force budget shot up from $375 million in 2016 to $460 million in 2020. After the Capitol Hill riot, expect it to go higher. Much higher.
