Two Kettle Moraine High School students could each face a disorderly conduct charge for sending a racially insensitive social media post to another student, the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department said Saturday.
The sheriff’s department said it was notified on Friday evening that two juvenile students sent another Kettle Moraine student "a racially insensitive" image on Snapchat.

Free speech. But unfortunate and inappropriate? Probably. Still legal.

The frontal lobe of the human brain controls reason and logic. And it is not fully developed until around the mid-20s. Until then, young people are far more prone, biologically, to making bad decisions.
But go ahead. Prosecute them for an image.

These are baby fascists who want lawful people prosecuted for mocking a criminal. Their "victim" status is that they attend the same school as the thought criminals. And the school and the local police are fully cooperating in this Stalinist action.
Mark Steyn said in podcast last week: "Don't fear the mob; fear the Appeasers."
It is unconscionable that grown adults play along with the demands of these baby fascists.

A good lawyer could make them financially well-off, if the thought-crime unit goes through with their stupidity and harassment.

Nowhere in the article does it say what they said, nor is there a link to the so-called 'insensitive' image. So we can't decide for ourselves whether or not the charges have merit. The charges rely only on the subjective interpretation of something as offensive or insensitive. Such a baseless and useless charge. Typical of leftists to try to criminalize others for their own feelings.

That's prolly intentional #8 - they can better jigger up the masses if they don't give too many details. But let the riots begin!!

It won't be the first time this year the Principal of this high school has sued for putting a Leftist agenda ahead of the Bill of Rights. You would think that the school board would want to get rid of the guy just to save the legal fees.

These should not be called "baby fascists," but fascists-in-waiting.
They are merely waiting for power. And meanwhile they will behave autocratically with whatever power they have. And Mark Steyn is right (#4), the appeasers are just as dangerous.
We've seen this before in history. My hope is they've decided to launch prematurely, goaded by Hillary's defeat, gerontic leadership in the Democratic Party, and the serendipitous pandemic.
We flatter ourselves to imagine that this great nation cannot fall.

Wow! "Racially insensitive".
Hmmm. It seems to me that somewhere I heard that we had freedom of speech. I think that this is NO going to be actually illegal.

I received a racially insensitive email from a black woman about "White Fragility" written by Robin Di'angelo and some other idiots. Ticked off ? You betcha. Kiss my grits.

Now "racially insensitive" is illegal to post on the internet. The jails in Wisconsin should be overflowing! Hit the kids with the good old "Disorderly Conduct" charge. Let's talk about "bullying" and "government censorship". This used to be the stuff parents would take up with one another to settle. Now, call the cops and school control freaks. "Book'em, Danno."
