Wisconsin Supreme Court deals Trump
election challenges 3rd defeat in 30 hours

Original Article

Posted By: MDConservative, 12/5/2020 1:09:40 PM

For the third time in less than 30 hours, four justices on the state Supreme Court dealt President Donald Trump a setback Friday, saying they wouldn't accept a lawsuit by Trump allies who wanted to let Republican lawmakers instead of voters decide how to cast the state's electoral votes. As with two decisions Thursday, Friday's ruling was 4-3, with conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn joining the court's liberals to rebuff the president as he seeks to take away Democrat Joe Biden's narrow win of the state. "The relief being sought by the petitioners is the most dramatic invocation of judicial power I have ever seen," Hagedorn wrote.

Comments:

Read further down the article to U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig (a Trump appointee), who told a Trump campaign attorney he was asking for "pretty remarkable declaratory relief" by asking to have Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes decided by the Legislature instead of voters. The judge asked an interesting question. As the Trump lawyers argue the Legislature has the power to decide electors, "why isn't the plaintiff going to the Legislature?" No court anywhere is going to overturn this election.

Gutless Judge. He is not a conservative and just violated his oath to the Constitution besides the legislature is as gutless and corrupt as this judge.. The federal government - all branches is hopelessly corrupted and is broken beyond repair. Do not look for the gutless cowards on the Supreme Court to do the right thing.

It is incredible how ignorant , stupid or in on the coup these judges are. If the cabal of unAmericans take control of America they will never let go. This court, as will ALL courts be compromised. IF they are allowed to sit on the bench they will only be able to agree with the power of our masters.

I suspect some Dem voters sense the suspiciousness of this election, even if not as deeply as Trump voters. How does a country go forward when this Right and Left majority thinks the leadership is tainted?

I believe it's time for the Supreme Court to step in and settle this mess! There is more than enough proof of fraud. If they are not willing to admit that, and call this election for Trump, then God Help Us!! These State Judges are just running out the clock. And the Republican Legislators had best pack up their offices, because they are going to be run out of town on a Rail if they don't do their job and pull those fraudulent votes!

Every state supreme court is paving the way for an Obama 3rd term. Joe Biden is Obama's proxy. So is Kamala. When Obama got away with his crimes against Trump in his first term, the stage was set. He knew no one would dare touch the Kenyan. And he was right.

So this lawless judge will deny the State's legislature their plenary Constitutiional power to decide the election? They can meet and vote to appoint their electors to Trump due to massive voter fraud on their own. They don't need a judges permission or a lawsuit to force them into action. They can be heroes and do it on their own or zeros and let Biden scam his way with the theft. What's it gonna be Legislature members?

This is an uphill battle folks. Strongly suspect the only way Trump will win this is in the US Supreme Court, and even that is far from certain. To flip the results in the Presidential election, they have to prove voter fraud in numbers large enough that matter. They have to prove fraud in numbers that will flip at minimum, three states. Will any single state change their results on their own? Doubtful. Add to that our corrupt government, and overturning the election becomes that much harder.

We have some folks on Luzianne who seem to be pretty knowledgeable so, I have a question. It's obvious in these swing states we have massive election fraud, millions of people have been disenfranchised in a Federal election. Why can't Trump federalize the Guard in those states and have them as poll watchers in a signature ballot check. Since poll watchers were blocked out, thrown out and bullied it seems to me to be the right thing to do.

There's irony in a populism that supports Pres. Trump on the one hand but, on the other, supports having lawmakers instead of voters decide the presidential winner. Wasn't the populist reason for the 17th amendment to remediate the corruption of state legislatures that used to appoint senators by allowing the people to vote for them directly instead? As much as anyone, I want President Trump to remain in the office he rightfully won for a second term. But I don't want the failure of the legislature to correct its voting apparatus to then redound to them the power to choose the president themselves. Seems like a bad precedent for the future.

The Florida state courts were just as useless in 2000. It took the Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution, and that's it will take in 2020. The cowardly state legislators say the don't want to undermine the will of the people, but by failing to act they will do exactly that. Here's hoping the Supreme Court stands tall. If they don't, the totalitarian thugs will know there is not a government official left who will oppose them.

There is a simple undeniable truth behind all the legal actions that are in the courts. The Republican voting observers were not allowed to verify the legitimacy of the ballots through signature comparisons as required by law. This is like not being allowed to see the houses cards after they claim they won and letting them take the pot. This is not a legitimate election by any common sense notion of law. In the end the rest of the process is waiting to see if state legislators or courts understand this fact and rule on it to nullify this election. If they do President Trump will be legitimately inaugurated on January 20. If not we have an illegitimate government. Period.

It seems to me that a lot of judges and legislatures need to be unemployed when this is over. It's time to return to citizen politicians--a two-year stint for every position except the presidency, and then you take your ash back to regular life. For the Congress and Senate, you vote electronically (don't use Dominion!), and you can't have a residence in Washington. Pay is a stipend since you'll need to have a life outside of office. The stipend is only for expenses and other dedicated requirements (travel, etc.). Only in-person voting on one day for each election. No more deep state setups for shenanigans to take place. It's time for an overthrow of corrupt government.

It is clear that state courts and judges will not act on anecdotal evidence however convincing by itself. It is not enough to show fraud occurred. It must be demonstrated that election victory was fraudulent. That seems to be the sticking point everywhere. It inadmissible ballots - all in favor of Biden are ten twelve times the reported margin of victory what more does one do? In Nevada for example all seven judges had no trouble in certifying the Biden victory margin. Did they not see the submitted evidence r did they not believe it. What else will the SCOTUS rely on if it comes to them as seems likely now.

This Judge did the Trump Campain a favor in his Dismisal in that the Campain can now Appeal to the next Federal Judicial Level Directly otherwise a Positive Declaration on his part would have been tied up in Litigation at his level. Again, this Judge did POTUS a Favor! In reality, Most All Legal Challenges MUST go to the SCOTUS. Anything less is Just Waisting Time? BTW: The only date that counts is the one stated in the Constitution which declares that the end of the current President's Term of Office occurs at Noon Jan 20. After that, it gets complex, but if no contestants have been deemed winners, Congress determins who takes office in the Interim untill Congress determines the final President and VP. Finally, The two Georgia Senate elections are Critical regardless who is finall seated as POTUS. As the Fat Lady said, 'It's Not Over Till It's Over'..........

Surely you good folk didn't think it was only the Dems, Deep State and media that was against POTUS. After eight years of Clinton, eight years of Bush and eight years of Obama, the courts are packed against Conservatives. Republicans then, and even with this past election, refuse to fight for their Country. They will not jeopardize their big house, fancy car, decent job, all for the sake of a free Country. They gladly send money to millionaire lawyers and millionaire politicians. Some even go to rah rah rallys and rub elbows with fellow Republicans. Some think that voting is all that is needed. They leave the work that is needed for a free society for others to do.

Apparently Justice Brian Hagedorn does not care that state law was not followed nor about the shown fraud happened in the election as long as he does not make a hard decision. There is zero justice in this country any more and judges like Hagedorn are an example of judges not enforcing the law and letting heir politics determine their decisions.

#26 is So Far Out in Left Feild that His/Her/It's post is Nonsensicle. His/Her/It's brain is so full of FakeNewsMush that it must be difficult for His/Her/It to Formulate a Ration Thought. The Evidence of Dominion Tabulator Machines shading Trump votes into Biden votes is obvious to anyone with the ability to understand the Clear Descriptions by Technical Experts (Statatitions, Data Analyists, Pattern Recognition and Election Fraud Experts). You don't have to be a Computer Scientist to see that 90,000 votes for Biden and 3,400 for Trump at 3:45AM on Nov 4th, when Vote Counting had been Suspended for the night and no Vote Monitors or the Press were present, is Tantamount to fraud. In Dominion States, votes for candidates were not counted as Hole Numbers but as Decimal Fractionals. I.E. a vote for Biden was recorded as 1.3 of a vote and a vote for Trump was recorded as 0.70 of a vote. Normaly, this would give Biden a win in a close election but Trump's votes were so Overwhelmingly Greater than Biden's, by Hundreds of Thousands in city after city, that they had to Manufacture Fraudulent Ballots to SWAMP Trump's totals. In Wisconsin, 60,000 Mail-In/Absentee ballots were Received and Counted that had no Corresponding Requests for Absentee Ballots. That is a total Violation of Wisconsin State Law. All those votes will be Thrown Out giving Trump at least a 45,000+ vote win, not counting several thousands more Fraudulent Votes. In Geogia, many 10's of Thousands of Mail-In Ballots have been shown to be Fraudulent and will be thrown out as soon as the Just Recently Order FULL AUDIT is completed. Even that GutLess RINO Governor can't stop a massive Turn-Around Win for Trump. In Pennsylvania, both Dominion and Fraudulent Ballots account for 100's of thousands of Fraudulent Votes. late Tuesday night, Trump led by 850,000+ votes and we went to bed in the wee hours with his lead at 600,000+ votes. We woke up Wednesday AM with his lead gone and Biden leading by 12,000+ votes. Where did over a Half-Million votes come from in FOUR HOURS! BTW: The Pennsylvania Legislature is poised to Select all, if not most all, Trump Commited Electoral College Voters. Every Swing State had the same CO-Ordinated Frauds commited in Metro Cities controlled by DemoCraps. Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburg, Detroit, Lansing, Milwaukee, Madison, Phenix and Las Vegas. Biden Under-Performed in EVERY Precinct in the Country, in relation to Hitlery's and Obuma's vote counts, except in those NINE Metropolitan Cities run by DEMOCRAPS where he Phenomenally Out-Performed both Hitlery and Obuma. So has America Sunk So Low that Nine DemoCrap Controlled Cities now Select the Next President of the United States for the Rest of History? I THINK NOT! #26, Don't come here trying to Blow Smoke up our Butts. Op is correct that the court is not going to decide the election. Only the political left judges try to do that. If there is definite fraud and it can be proved, the legislators need to step in and do their job and stop the certification and appoint the electors. Most of the legislators don't have the stomach to make a decision. However, the U.S. Supreme court can step in and if there is definite FRAUD they can do two things, send it back to the legislators to do their job or cancel the electorate votes. If they cancel the electorate votes, they are sending a message to the Governors of the state that the management of the elections are getting out of control and need to stop.

In previous years, the federal deficit — and the mountain of IOUs to investors it signified — would figure prominently in a presidential campaign.

I keep calling him general, but my, my—the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said.(Snip) Earlier at the event, Biden mentioned the Defense Department leader by his name, “Secretary Austin,” while appearing to read from a teleprompter.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
