A criminal complaint was filed against a California man earlier this month for sending threatening messages to Elizabeth Nunes, wife of Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), who is the ranking member on the powerful House Intelligence Committee and one of the driving forces behind exposing the false narrative that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election. A misdemeanor criminal complaint was filed on August 13, 2020, against William Joseph Burden (also known as William Joseph Terrell) after he allegedly sent threats and harassed Elizabeth, identified only as “E.N.” in the complaint obtained by The Daily Wire, which can exclusively

The creep wasn’t arrested due to “coronavirus concerns.” What a load of horsepucky! Cops in liberal hellscapes get feces and urine bags thrown at them and they’re expected to take it. This coronavirus business has sent us all to the Mad Hatter Tea Party!

He should be arrested and put in jail. Enough is enough! If anything happens to her or their children, the Governor should be charged as an accomplice.

#4, The only teacher referred to in this article is Elizabeth Nunes. I will go out on a limb and assume she is a very good teacher. If she worked in a liberal school district the school would have fired her just because she was married to Devin.

It just seems in ALL aspects of life we are being intimidated by the liberal party which is comprised of Democrats right now. There now seems to be a push (seeing quite a bit from the Clintons) about white privilege etc. I absolutely refuse to cave to a twisted line of thinking because of the skin color God gave me. God created me and I will not apologize.

A very simple course of action.... sue the mother and make him pay for harassment... perhaps this will discourage these wanna be important people... sometimes making them pay out of their pocket sends a message that this is illegal.. of course ... we are dealing with the california court system that harris was in charge of...so how effective it would be is marginal....

I thank God for Devin Nunes and others like him. He has been straightforward, honest and tenacious in his search for the truth involving all this malfeasance and unlawful activity by government officials against Trump. I will forever be grateful for his integrity and strength in 'this battle' to get all of the truth out in the open. American citizens deserve it. And to think his wife is being stalked and harassed is sickening. The leftists among us - as a whole - are looking more vicious and frenzied by the day. I hope this wonderful woman stays safe and gets justice - big time! Bless her!

Kenosha Was a Wake-Up Call for
Democratic Leaders across the Country

After a summer of seemingly unending chaos in America’s cities, Kenosha just may have been the tipping point. For three nights, the city burned in rioting after the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake, while Democratic governor Tony Evers refused to deploy a Wisconsin National Guard contingent large enough to quell the violence. For three days, Evers issued inflammatory statement after inflammatory statement — even going so far as to say that a Kenosha police officer “mercilessly” shot Blake — and refused to either condemn the violence or urge calm. Laughably, the sternest warning he gave rioters was to remind them to “wear your mask and keep social distance as best you can.”

In the latest slew of "mini-stroke" hit pieces against the president, the once-conservative Drudge Report titled its headlining story, "Trump Denies Mini-Stroke Sent Him To Hospital." The news aggregation site sourced a CNN video of President Donald Trump allegedly dragging his right leg while touring a North Carolina laboratory back in July. Trump on Tuesday denied the leftist spin that he suffered "a series of mini-strokes" prompting an unscheduled visit to Walter Reed hospital in November 2019. Trump's physician, Dr. Sean Conley, even cleared his health record in a statement, affirming that Trump is "fit to execute the duties of the Presidency."

A 19-year-old man, Jeffon Williams, was arrested and is facing several charges for shooting and wounding two Chicago police officers during a traffic stop. Criminal Court Judge John F. Lyke Jr. said Williams showed “utter disregard for any person, any human being.” He set bail at $10 million, but Williams will not be released because he violated the terms of previous bonds. And in St. Louis, a 29-year-old officer, Tamarris Bohannon, was murdered and another was wounded after responding to a shooting call. Details are still emerging, but it appears the gunman set a trap for the officers. The suspect, 43-year-old Thomas Kinworthy, was wanted for sexual assault in Florida.

I expect that President Trump will be re-elected in November. The Democrats apparently expect that as well. At least, the Democratic Party web site Axios does. Thus, Axios is warning the party’s faithful that President Trump is likely to win–apparently–on November 3. But never fear: weeks remain in which the Democrats can harvest fake ballots! A top Democratic data and analytics firm told “Axios on HBO” it’s highly likely that President Trump will appear to have won — potentially in a landslide — on election night, even if he ultimately loses when all the votes are counted. Why this matters:

Here’s what we know for sure about the current state of health of the tiny tyrant of North Korea, Kim Jong-un. He’s either perfectly fine, suffering from complications of a botched heart operation, in a coma, or dead. At the moment you can think of him as Schrodinger’s Dictator. But regardless of who is actually in charge in the hermit kingdom currently, somebody is issuing some significantly aggressive and adversarial orders this week. The Daily Mail reports that North Korean soldiers have been ordered to “shoot on sight” anyone seen within a half-mile of the country’s border with China.

Oh, how the administration’s critics howled when Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe announced there would be no more in-person briefings on foreign interference in U.S. elections for the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff D-Calif., promptly denounced the decision as a “betrayal of the public’s right to know how foreign powers are trying to subvert our democracy.” They’re wrong. In fact, the decision is a smart move by the DNI, one that better protects the American people and their right to a free and fair election.

From the front row of the Seattle Kingdome on April 2, 1984, Georgetown students felt like we too were being hugged by John Thompson Jr. First, the huge coach hugged Fred Brown, the hug that brought a great story full circle. The Georgetown Hoyas were national champions at the apex of college basketball’s mid-1980s popularity, and they did it as one of the most controversial teams in history. Remember the 2004 presidential campaign between George W. Bush and John Kerry? That campaign produced the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth in support of President Bush. The PAC exposed John Kerry’s record as a Vietnam veteran. It was very effective, too. There is a new version of this kind of Super PAC coming on the scene now and President Trump will be the beneficiary. Just in time to begin making up for some lost time, Preserve America will be overseen by Chris LaCivita, a veteran Republican strategist and the mastermind behind the Swift Boat veterans ad campaign.

Anybody remember the 1980s Isuzu auto TV pitchman “Joe Isuzu”? Wikipedia recalls him as “a pathological liar who made outrageous and overinflated claims about Isuzu’s cars,” which describes a lot of Joe Biden’s boasts about himself. Beyond just Biden, I think the whole Democratic Party has a “Joe Isuzu problem” when it comes to talking sensibly about the urban disorder exploding (literally) all over the country. Does it seem like Democrats are deaf-mutes when it comes to speaking clearly against the rioting going on right now?

A California district attorney is requiring her prosecutors to consider looters’ “needs” when weighing criminal charges against them. The new mandate, set forth by Contra Costa District Attorney Diane Becton, makes it tougher to prosecute looting cases in the county, which sits just outside San Francisco. Investigators must now consider “was this theft offense substantially motivated by the state of emergency, or simply a theft offense which occurred contemporaneously to the declared state of emergency?” according to the policy reported by local outlet East County Today. In making that determination, they must also consider five other factors, including “was the theft committed for financial gain or personal need?”
