Illinois teen charged with homicide
in killings of two people
during Kenosha protests

Original Article

An Illinois man suspected of killing two people and wounding a third during a third night of protests in Kenosha has been arrested and is now jailed in Lake County, Illinois. Court records show Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, has been charged there as a fugitive from justice. That document, reviewed by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, said he faces a first-degree intentional homicide charge in Kenosha County.

Comments:

The videos don't show what led up to Rittenhouse being chased down the street by the protestors. Very reminiscent of the Albuquerque, NM incident. Kid up from Illinois...why? What was he doing armed? Lots of unanswered questions.

We'll need more info to be sure what is going on, BUT.....it look like you can riot, burn and loot with impunity, but if you defend yourself or your neighborhood and get arrested. We do not have all the info, but if that is what this was, we see the "justice system" seems to be protecting the looters and arsonists rather then normal people and property owners.

He went from Illinois to Kenosha armed with an AK-15, according to the article. Shot two dead, shot another in the arm. Then the article says video showed him walking, arms up, toward tactical vehicles that were headed to the shooting victims. Drugged up? He is 17, no kid, and is being charged as an adult, hence his name is given. First degree says they believe he went to Kenosha with his weapon, intending to do harm. The article says there are a number of videos of what happened. As they say, “developing story”.

FTA (I was wrong about weapon): Video from bystanders showed a chaotic scene near a busy intersection in the city of Kenosha shortly before midnight, in which a man used an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle to kill one man with a blast to the head and another with a shot to the abdomen. A third man, believed to be a street medic, was shot in the arm and is expected to survive.

All the videos are online. You can see it all from several angles and distances. He was attacked by multiple men while trying to run away. One had a handgun, another was hitting him with a skateboard (club) while he was on the ground and tried to grab his rifle. Clear case of self defense. 3 antifa won't be joining the riots ever again.

I was wrong about Rittenhouse. Just posted a newer article about his considering himself to be militia, there to protect property. A local militia leader had put out a call for recruits. It appears that Rittenhouse was one who responded to that internet bulletin.

Just heard the Chief of Police of Kenosha speak. Sounds like a “woke” Chief. Most be comforting to his Policemen to know that should they use deadly force to protect themselves they will most likely be charged! Oh but he did Kneel with the BLM Marxist a few weeks earlier. So citizens if you are a resident of Kenosha if you protect your property you are a Vigilante!

I saw a video of rioters chasing Rittenhouse. He was knocked down and attacked. He fired his weapon in what appeared to be self defense. Rittenhouse apparently shot someone in the head prior to the incident shown in this video. Don’t know circumstances of the first shooting.

What do our "leaders" expect? The sheriff essentially told the 'militia' to go home because he's got it handled, and then demonstrated that he had no intention of fulfilling his duty. All over the nation it's been demonstrated time after time that law enforcement will not employ sufficient measures to protect the lives and property of peaceful citizens. More and more citizens will rise up to take action, beginning with the most volatile, least reasoned and least trained.

He was charged as an adult. so his name was revealed. In Wisconsin you are an adult at 18 unless you are involved in criminal activity. Then you are an adult at 17. Just posted an excellent article from RedState that puts forward the self defense issue. He has been branded an enemy of the state and now the political trial starts. He shot someone who was trying to crush his skull with a skateboard and that 'street medic' had a pistol pointed at the kid when the kid was on the ground. He didn't shoot the 'street medic' until the rioter charged him WITH A DRAWN PISTOL.

For the third time in less than 30 hours, four justices on the state Supreme Court dealt President Donald Trump a setback Friday, saying they wouldn't accept a lawsuit by Trump allies who wanted to let Republican lawmakers instead of voters decide how to cast the state's electoral votes. As with two decisions Thursday, Friday's ruling was 4-3, with conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn joining the court's liberals to rebuff the president as he seeks to take away Democrat Joe Biden's narrow win of the state. "The relief being sought by the petitioners is the most dramatic invocation of judicial power I have ever seen," Hagedorn wrote.

The U.S. government is awash in debt and red ink — and neither President Donald Trump or his Democratic challenger appear bothered by the status quo, an analyst told Yahoo Finance on Wednesday. Last week, the Treasury released data showing how the COVID-19 pandemic helped push the U.S. federal budget deficit above $3 trillion for the first 11 months of fiscal 2020, a rate more than double the prior full-year record. In previous years, the federal deficit — and the mountain of IOUs to investors it signified — would figure prominently in a presidential campaign.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
